I vote give her entirely to her foster parents, she doesn’t need to spend her life carrying that shitbag’s surname and she certainly doesn’t need to grow up with people who will teach her to blame fuckups on “the devil.” Or stick her in a microwave oven. Sick, sick, sick- any decent human being wouldn’t even try to deny her a normal life with parents who are mentally competent and love her.
