Forty-year-old Willie McGloun apparently has a problem with getting women his own age.
Maybe it’s because of Willie McGloun’s looks, or because of his hygiene or the small fact he’s HIV positive. That HIV fact alone can make it pretty hard to get a date on Saturday nights.
Whatever the reasons, ol Willie McGloun just couldn’t get any action from the ladies. Finally, he had enough and decided he was going to get some action, one way or another.
Willie McGloun was friends with a local family and had been staying with them for a while. One of the family members had a fifteen year old niece who has a mental disability. While it isn’t a severe mental disability, it makes her very prone to suggestion and manipulation.
A perfect victim for a sexual predator like Willie McGloun.
It is unclear when the abuse of the girl started but it came to end on the 23rd of September, 2007, when they were caught in bed together. After his arrest, Willie McGloun admitted to police he and the girl had intercourse several times without protection. That means in addition to the risk of pregnancy, Willie exposed the girl to the HIV he had.
Willie McGloun claimed to have no knowledge of his HIV status, but you just know how reliable the words of a sexual predator are.
While most teenagers celebrate their sweet sixteen by getting a license, spending time with friends or just getting crazy, Willie’s victim spent hers a little differently. She waited at a hospital for HIV results with her mother, with both women praying the results would be negative.
Sadly, they weren’t. The girl got the birthday present from hell in the form of positive test results. An everlasting reminder of what was done to her.
Willie McGloun pleaded guilty to second degree rape and got just four years in prison.
Yup, you read that right.
For raping a fifteen year old and giving her a lifetime of taking drug cocktails and the knowledge that she will end up dying from AIDS someday, Willie McGloun got only four years, which was the harshest sentence he could have received - even if it could be proven that he knew he had HIV, under New York law Willie McGloun would have received the same amount of time in prison as he did for second degree rape.
When he’s released, Willie McGloun will be ordered to register as a sex offender and have no contact with the victim. A simple slap on the wrist for the hell that she’ll endure for the rest of her life.
The victim is doing as well as can be expected and with advances being made in medicine everyday, hopefully one day a cure will be found for HIV/AIDS. Perhaps one day, victims of the virus can finally get rid of the cloud hanging over their heads.
Let’s hope Willie McGloun dies before that day comes. It’d be a shame to see his trip to hell delayed.

4 years…. when he gets out, he & any estate he has should be responsible for ALL her medical bills related to the crime - counseling, HIV/AIDS, etc…
She and her parents will never be able to be “normal” again, Dating???

It seems to me like an HIV-positive individual who knowingly has unprotected sex/needle sharing/whatever with an unsuspecting partner is guilty of attempted murder. Or reckless endangerment at the least.

While I’m glad that he received the “harshest” sentence possible, I think the laws should be revised so that the harshest sentence would be locking this bastard up and throwing away the key or even better what TurtleMania suggested.

HIV status is protected by law. I think though that in certain states, if an infected person is proven to have had unprotected sex without informing the other person, whether consensual or forced, can be charged with aggravated assault if condition was known prior.
At this point, after being charged, they have just cause to get all medical records for this man. Even his HIV or any treatment for illness related problems and meds. Giving them the chance to charge him with further crimes that will add to his sentence. If the family pursues it, they may be able to keep him behind bars so he can infect the people that will seek prison justice upon him. He will end up in the AIDS ward on the prison block.
Whole different world. You don’t get off so easily as getting injected or electrocuted or gassed.
You get to suffer the worst kind of death and most painful. While getting fucked in the ass.

Richard Armstrong was arrested in September of 1993 after attempting to buy marijuana. He is currently serving his 8th year of a 30-80 year sentence at the Ross Correctional Institution in Ohio after being convicted on four counts: 1) Engaging in Corrupt Acts, 2) Drug Trafficking, 3) Possession of a Criminal Tool, and 4) Theft.
Does ANYONE ELSE realize this??? Maybe if we stop this ridiculous redundant drug war we could clear out the jails enough to keep this guy in there longer…

The drug war is being fought in such a manner that the lawyers are making money! If we could make the drug war less profitable for lawyers, I am sure that there would be real solutiions fast.
The other part of the problem is tha many of our elected officials are or were lawyers, so until the drug war becomes unprofitable for the lawyers, there will be no change!

How about having them run around in a decrepit landmine field? The land mines are ancient, but we do need to know if they pose a hazard. Better the felons can test it for us!

And yes…some criminals can be put to work elsewhere clearing landmines from farmland overseas. Then not only are they absolutely not going to have contact with their families or their victims…they have a decent chance of being gotten rid of at the same time for free. (OK, so not “free” per sey, but I would love to know the numbers in tax dollars it would take to send a criminal to clear mine fields overseas vs how much is spent with them in prison for 4 years.)
