This is 31-year-old Kenneth Bernard Silas, who might be mistaken for Cuba Gooding Jr. if it’s dark and you squint a little bit.
Kenneth Bernard Silas really likes his drugs. He likes marijuana, cocaine and Ecstasy, all of which Kenneth Silas did very early in the morning on the 6th of April, 2008.
Riding that chemical high, Kenneth Bernard Silas walked into the house of some people he knew at 3 in the morning. Moving to the room of an 11-year-old girl, he shook her awake and told her to get dressed.
Specifically, Kenneth Bernard Silas told this pre-teen to wear a black dress and a necklace. She needed to wear those items because she was going to be “like a prostitute” for him. Kenneth Bernard Silas also told her that if she didn’t come with him, some people would come into her house and kill her aunts.
Being 11, naive, presumably liking her aunts, and probably being more than a little tired after being woken up at 3 in the morning, the girl complied with the somewhat strange requests and got into Kenneth Bernard Silas’ silver car.
Then they drove away together
After a 30-minute drive, Kenneth Silas and his date arrived at a remote area of St. John’s County, Florida, where Kenneth parked his car in a stranger’s garage and walked the girl to an abandoned house about 300 feet away.
Once inside the abandoned house, which undoubtedly provided just the right kind of romantic atmosphere that classical poets wrote about, Kenneth Silas and this 11-year-old girl hopped into bed and had deep and meaningful sex.
And when I say it was deep and meaningful sex, what I really mean is that Kenneth Silas raped this child over and over again, fueled by lust and drugs, until the cops physically dragged him off the girl at around 11:30 in the morning.
The stranger, whose garage Kenneth Bernard Silas had parked his car in, noticed that someone had taken the liberty of using his garage and called the cops.
The cops arrived, searched the car, and found two pills along with a healthy dose of white powder which was contained in a plastic baggie.
More sheriff’s deputies showed up and a search was conducted of the area. During the search, the deputies entered the house and found Kenneth Bernard Silas and the girl in bed together.
Kenneth Silas was pulled off the child and arrested while the girl was escorted away. Kenneth had no problem admitting what he had done, telling deputies that he had told the girl her aunts would be killed in order to get her to come along with him.
But it wasn’t his fault that he kidnapped and raped a little girl, you see.
According to Kenneth Silas, drugs were the reason why he did what he did. It wasn’t him at all, it was the drugs.
Kenneth Bernard Silas has been charged with capital sexual battery, false imprisonment, burglary, child abuse, drug possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The child, who will never, ever be able to forget what happened, was physically unharmed and was returned to her mother.
This is why therapy is a growth industry.

i firmly believe that if you’re carefull and don’t overdo it, using drugs is no worse then drinking alcohol.

admin - She had no injuries which required immediate treatment. Emotional and psychological injuries, she has plenty of. Of course most women end up seeing a psychiatrist at some point in their lives anyway, so she’ll just get a head start I suppose.
