Meet 26-year-old Harve Johnson and 19-year-old Nadia Benz.
Harve Johnson loves to play video games and Nadia Benz just has to have a man in her life no matter what.
Until Monday, this charming pair was a threesome, they had another member of the family, Nadia’s daughter, 2-year-old old Darisabel Baez.
Darisabel was a cute curly-haired toddler who loved to play with the family’s black Labrador and pretend she was a cowgirl. She would also run around, and try to get the attention of adults like most toddlers do so she could play with them or just give them a kiss on the cheek. Darisabel had just enjoyed celebrating her second birthday on Saturday. Less than 48 hours later she would be dead.
On Sunday, Harve was apparently in a bad mood. Maybe he had just gotten to the final level of the video game he was playing and lost, or perhaps he was upset that Darisabel got more attention on her birthday than he ever did. Whatever the reason was, he was angry and by god, somebody was going to pay for it.
Harve decided that Darisabel was going to get a belated birthday gift, a video game controller. Did he let play with the buttons or let her twirl it around like a rope like a cowgirl? None of the above. Instead he proceeded to beat her with the controller on the head, face and body over and over until she was unconscious. And then like the big tough guy he is, kept beating her. The little girl would endure this for several hours.
And where was the mother during all of this? No prizes for guessing she was there the whole time. She heard her daughter’s screams and saw Johnson beating her daughter but did nothing to stop him. It wasn’t until Johnson dropped Darisabel’s limp body and wet body into her lap after he tried reviving her in the bathtub that she sprang into action. Realizing that getting beaten with a blunt object for several hours might have harmed her daughter, she called for an ambulance. Workers immediately called police upon seeing the child’s injuries. Johnson and Benz were both arrested and taken to jail while Darisabel was taken to Hershey Medical Center.
Sadly for Darisabel, her body couldn’t handle the beating it endured. She was taken off life support Monday night and died shortly thereafter.
At first police and doctors thought some of the bruises she had were from prior beatings. Benz had told cops Johnson had beaten her daughter before. It turns out all the injuries and bruises she had were sustained from the one brutal beating Johnson gave her.
Nadia Benz is charged with endangering the welfare of a child for doing nothing while her daughter was slowly being beaten to death and being a cold heartless bitch. Harve Johnson has been charged with first degree murder and reckless endangerment. He could end up getting a well deserved needle in the arm.
Given how child killers are viewed in prison it’s safe to say Harve Johnson and Nedia Benz will be in for a very painful time.
Here’s to hoping that the guards at the prison take Benz’s approach to hearing and seeing a beating and do nothing. It’d be a shame for their trip to Hell to be delayed.

Apologies for the picture of Darisbel not coming out. Maybe just as well, anyone seeing her picture would lose it. I don’t get how someone could beat a helpless child and even more that the mother just stood by. I really don’t.

What methods will we use for exact punishment for Mr. Johnson?
Aha. I know. It will be something basic.
First, we will construct a rest board out of wooden planks. (not much effort here)
Then, we will bound a naked Mr. Harve Johnson to the rest board with his extremities horizontally elongated. A microphone will be suspended inches away from his head to record his rants and raves.
Next, we will use a high velocity, direct drive nail gun to soften him up a bit.
This is the fun part, as we gather much audio material for our CDs.
At this point, we don’t want him to leave this world just yet. Let’s just empty the nail gun cartridge on him, one nail at a time. Shall we trigger the nail gun to the “Super Mario bros” theme? Or throw a few game controllers at him too? Yes.
Finally, the main event.
We have customized a SUV with armor plates.
It’s painted bright yellow, with the “have a nice day” smiley face emblazoned on it.
The truck will start at a great distance enough to gain maximum speed as it connects, and plows over Mr. Johnson!

Yep. I was pretty sure this one was going to show up here. I saw it on the headlines a few days ago and thought, “I wonder when I’ll see these two losers on my favorite blog” and sure enough, here they are. That poor sweet little angel:(
Like many others, I also cannot help but wonder what is up with these “adult” men who find games more precious than children or the clueless women who want these pathetic excuses for “men” in their lives. Don’t get me wrong: I’m one of those women that enjoys having a man in her life, but even I’d rather be alone than have one of them harm me or my child.
If I were in a similar situation with a new man in my life (assuming something happened to my husband, knock on wood that it doesn’t) I would never allow him to so much as raise his voice at my child. The way I see it, it’s my child and thus my preferences when it comes to discipline. No negotiations. If he can’t/won’t accept that, he can get out of my bed, out of my home and out of my life. My child is worth more to me than the pleasures and security any man can provide.
Anyone who beats a child to death, especially over something as inconsequential as a video game, does not deserve to continue to breathe the same air as the rest of us. And the mother. Don’t get me started on her. Oh, wait, I’ve already started. A mother’s job is to protect her child at all costs. To just stand there while one’s child is abused and murdered is negligence in the highest degree. She should have her tubes tied; she’s unworthy of a child.

I can’t understand how any mother could let her daughter be continually abused and finally murdered and do nothing about it. While the boyfriend or more appropriately penis of the week was the one that physically killed this girl, the “mother’s” indifference contributed because in the end any real mother would protect thier child from this kind of abuse, or even better prevent guys like this bastard from ever being near thier kids. I hope they both rot in hell and I hope she never is allowed to have kids again. Having that kind of knowledge about your child being abused and doing nothing when your child is murdered to save him or her should warrant just as much prison time as the actual murder.

What is wrong with some mothers? My god. I recently got married , giving my children a step-dad. Now even before we got serious, before we started dating even, at the time that we were just friends, i told him very clearly that on NO OCCASION was he to EVER smack, hit, whack my children. I told him that if he ever hurt or scared my kids that i would hurt him…badly. This WAS NOT an idle threat, i meant every word of it and still do.
He respected that and my straight forwardness, and five years later we married.
That doesnt change the rules though. If he ever hurts my kids i WILL go ape shit on his ass. He never has, i guess i made a good choice in husband material.
Both these animals deserve hell.
