I have to admit, I think, we are being very very hard on the second guy. This is a site about people who willfully or recklessly kill or permanently injure/damage other human beings.

This guy, at least according to the facts laid out above, did not do anything that caused harm to any one else. Okay, so he has a fetish for young girls’ heads on porn bodies.. yeah, it’s weird, even fucked up, but I have a hard time condemning someone for doing something for themselves in the privacy of their own home. So he probably jerked off to the photos, that he hid in his room. He wasn’t doing anything to the girls, he wasn’t showing the photos to any body…

Is it disturbing: Yes! Is it illegal? I highly doubt it. In fact, I’d be surprised if he was convicted based on that statute actually, and I think saying “he will be a child rapist in the future” is totally absurd, and a very very scary way of handling justice.

I love this site, and this is the first time I am disgusted by the remarks here: “He should be executed????” Am I missing something? since when did weird become a ticket to hell?????

Imagine being turned in by a homeless person for child porn. “I may have lost everything, I may be on the street and covered in my own filth, I may have absolutely NO dignity, but I’m a damn sight better than a pedophile like you!” Hehe.

A friend of mine was walking to her car from a club I was playing at on Halloween night about 3 years ago. She was dressed as a pirate, complete with tricorn hat, walking next to a parking garage. She heard “Hey, Imma PISS on you!” being bellowed drunkenly from above. She looked up, and some random wasted guy on the top level was unzipping his pants, weaving back and forth and smiling at her.

Figuring it was all just drunk-talk, she kept walking. He peed on her from 4 stories up, hit the hat, and it all trickled down like a 3 spout water fountain. NONE of it hit her clothes, just her cheap felt pirate hat, but DAMN! How gross!

Luckily the parking attendant saw it, called the cops, and she had the satisfaction of watching him get arrested as she drove away. I wish she had stuck around, but at least they got him on public nudity for dangling his naked wang off a parking garage.

Aren’t there rules for penis ownership? Like, don’t pee on hot chicks dressed as sexy pirates on Halloween no matter how fun it sounds, unless they’re paying you for it? Last I heard, a golden shower goes for $500 in Long Beach, CA. I’d say he owes her money…

I don’t try to say that i understand all of our laws, so the legallity of what Danny Parker did..is not for me to say. But i live in a neighboring town…and i find hin disgusting. A grown man clipping pictures of little girls and pasting them on adult bodies is creepy as hell no matter the state of dress… I live only a few miles from him…and what i find amusing is HOW he was caught…it seems he put the cut up remains of the pictures in the trash…and while looking for aluminum cans some of the ares homeless found these pics and turned them in.
I don’t blame them for that at all….because who knows what was going on there.
But, this was not solved by the efforts of police..this was solved by a handfull of bums.
Perhaps what Danny should have said is”I would have gotten away with it if it hadn’t been for you meddling bums!”

I find the Danny Parker case disturbing for several reasons, the first being the law used to charge him sounds unconstitutional. Parker is troubled, to be sure, but there was no intent proven he was going to distribute his ‘art’. As bizarre and disturbing as the ‘art’ is, it would seem to be protected by the 1st Amendment. Charging with him a crime is as absurd as someone finding a draft for a murder mystery in the trash, concluding the author is therefore a murderer and having him arrested.

Putting all that aside for a moment, this website is rife with instances of law enforcement and courts (usually courts and govt. agencies) dropping the ball when monitoring ACTUAL convicted sex offenders. Do they really have time to pursue a case against a (so-far) innocent subnormal creep’s cutouts? Do we really have to spend the tens of thousands for a cell that is better filled with an ACTUAL convicted child molester?

another angle: quite often stalkers threaten to kill their targets, usually women. When these women go to the police for help, even after filing a restraining order, they’re told, “Oh we can’t do anything unless he actually tries to kill you.” Oh, OK, thanks! How about applying some of that police “logic” to cases where, you know, it would really be logical, such as the potential pedo-creep?

I’m the farthest you can imagine from a sympathetic ACLU lackey and in fact wouldn’t mind sending most of these (convicted) bastards and bastardesses to Hell myself. But convicting Parker-types who haven’t done anything illegal (says the 1st Amendment) is as wasteful as locking up potheads.

I have to say I applaud the mother inflicting wounds that required stitches. Given that I’ve read so many cases of women (and men) not defending (or killing) their children on pysih, this girl deserves some applause for hitting him that hard in defense of her child.

i know this is old almost a year but this man is well on his way to being a child rapist he’s got one foot in hell and the other on thin ice. he better pray for quick help the 911 number for god is OUR FATHER WHO WATCHES IN HEAVEN ETC….
