TurtleMania, I’m a little disappointed that the story didn’t come full circle by having the penis adorn a pizza. LOL.

P.S. It might be best to see how this trial unfolds… I am not saying it’s the case here, but 18-year-old girls have been known to make up stories as a desperate cover-up because of guilt. Let’s see what the evidence says!

Sherman, Sherman, Sherman – you poor, misguided fool. You asked for common sense, did you? Well, I’ve got a much better idea. Let’s talk facts:

While Derrick has been tried twice, and both juries have hung, he seems to have a hard time telling the truth.

“(Prosecutor Catherine) Fant told jurors that Nielsen was quick to lie, having lied about his employment record, and having stumbled with his answers when Fant cross-examined him – unlike his direct exam, which she said was rehearsed.”

Fant also caught Derricks parents in several lies, but I guess there were a couple of jurors that just weren’t that bright. The vast majority in both trials were for conviction.

What I find strange is why an 18-year-old virgin and model employee (RE her boss) would decide to have sex on the floor of that fat loser’s house, especially while she was supposed to be working.

Does that sound like a common sense thing to you, Sherman?

Oh yes, and then there’s the child pornography cops found on fat boy’s computer. Along with his retrial, he has that trial to look forward too.

Tell me something, Sherman; What the FUCK made you decide to defend this guy? Libel? If admin libeled Derrick, then so did the State of South Caroliona and The Sumter County Sherriff’s Office.

You just go for it, CS Sherman! (I’m having a whale of a time wondering what CS stands for, the possibilities are endless.) He likes a little rape with his pizza? Obviously I can understand how this can be a distortion of facts, because by the sounds of things, he actually enjoys a VERY BIG rape with his pizza.
