I am Caleb’s grandma and Brenda’s stepmom. No one can know the pain unless God forbid their family experiences something like. you have no idea. this story does not end with Brenda’s sentence..gulity of murder but not guilty due to mental defect or deficiancy. that is the sentence. She is as of this date still in the mental institute. Our family has gone through and still does go through such terrible, terrible heartache. for the loss first and formost of my little apple boy Caleb, of his mom who will never be the same, of the life Caleb’s sister was torn from ,the life she knew when this happened ,to be given to a drunk father and his girlfriend who was also married at the time and her husband was in Iraq at the time she was bedding with Caleb’s daddy. if it helps some of you feel better about the bitch as you say…remember her grandma cries everyday for her lil man and misses her granddaughter terribly. We know the pain of all the families we see on the news when they lose a little one. hug your kids and grankids!!!

What a whacked out nutjob! This might possibly be a runner up for the CRAZIEST person ever featured on this website. I am interested to know what exactly ever became of this pyschotic woman. She needs to be euthanzied STAT!
I hate when pyschotic religous zealots attempt to use the Bible in order to jusitfy their unspeakable horrors. “God made me do it” or “I heard voices while reading the Bible!”. It’s sickening and it’s sacreligious. Bitchy Brenda could have used David Berkowitz’s excuse: “The Dog made me do it!” and she would have sounded a little bit more sane. The only thing that we can do to this bitch is have her emasculated, disembowelled, beheaded, and quartered. Shit like this just pisses me off. And to think that they actually allowed this fucktard to move back in with her children after stating that she was going to harm them? Who runs the CPS in Wisconsin?! Idiots? And not even two weeks later she offs her son. This bitch deserves to be suffocated with a dry cleaning bag ala’ Darrion Scott.

“Twenty-eight-year-old Brenda Thiel pleaded no contest to first-degree intentional homicide but also contended she was not guilty because of her mental state.
“A criminal complaint says she told police she heard voices telling her to “give her only son” just before she suffocated the boy, Caleb, in their home May 5th.”
“Winnebago County Circuit Judge Scott Woldt found Thiel not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.”
“She will be placed in a mental institution instead of prison, and she will have the opportunity to petition the court for conditional release at six-month intervals.”
