37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez is yet another illegal immigrant doing a job that Americans just won’t do.
After entering the country illegally, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, who has undoubtedly been upset with his silly, silly name for some time, set out to make himself a new life here in the States.
And, like many illegal immigrants here in the States, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez succeeded in making himself a new life.
Sadly, Guadalupe Gutierrez chose a 10-year-old girl to make himself a new life with.
On the 28th of April, 2008, a 10-year-old girl in eastern Idaho gave birth to a six-pound baby girl by cesarean section at Madison Memorial Hospital - a hospital which prides itself on being “progressive but caring.”
While this girl was 10 when she gave birth, she was actually 9 when she became pregnant with Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez’s child, which makes Guadalupe Gutierrez a sick son of a bitch in just about any country you care to name except Thailand. Thailand couldn’t care less if a 9-year-old was impregnated, as long as there were barrels of cash involved in the transaction and the government got their fair share.
Of course, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was not in Thailand. Guadalupe Gutierrez was in Idaho, which is, from all reports, not quite as bad as Thailand. Granted, some parts of Mexico have a tradition of allowing older men to abduct and rape girls as young as 12 as long as they intend to marry them, so maybe Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was going to do the right thing by this pre-teen.
Don’t believe me? Just ask Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin from the Violent Crimes Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. According to Dr. Schurman-Kauflin:
Over the past several years, the U.S. has seen a large influx of immigrants, both legal and illegal, from countries whose values are opposed to the rights guaranteed by the U.S. constitution. Specifically, there are large numbers of immigrants coming from countries that are misogynistic. These societies accord women little to no rights, and the idea of violence committed by men against women and children is not unusual.
First, take the concept of ‘rapto.’ This comes from Mexico where in some areas, it is socially acceptable for a man of any age to abduct a female of any age as long as long as he intends to marry her. That is right. Men can kidnap and rape females. This is acceptable in Oaxaca where the government continues to view rapto as a minor crime. One legislator even referred to this horrid violation as “romantic.” Lest anyone believe such garbage, note that 24 year old Mexican immigrant Eliseo Nunez snatched a 12 year old girl and took her to Mexico to fulfill his erotic desires. Isn’t that romantic?
The fact is that South American male attitudes toward females are often archaic and misogynistic. Thus it is not surprising that the U.S. is seeing more attacks against women and little girls committed by these immigrants. In August 2005, illegal immigrant Jose Ramirez from El Salvador was charged with the violent attack of a 15 year old girl who refused to respond when he whistled at her (Roh, 2005). Perhaps such primitive behavior stems from the homeland culture. El Salvador and Guatemala have had a string of unsolved brutal murders where young females have been abducted and cut apart. Authorities have found body parts, including heads scattered around. In one instance, two female heads were deposited right in front of a local police station, blood still oozing from the severed heads (Miles, 2003). Gangs are suspected in these crimes as it is often part of their initiation to kill.
Regardless of dominant cultural mores, apparently this little 9-year-old girl had a medical condition that made her hit puberty a little tiny bit early and made her irresistible to illegal immigrants such as Guadalupe Gutierrez. Adding to the problem was that the girl had a Dora The Explorer-type body and was slightly overweight. The girl’s size kept people close to her from really noticing that this baby had a baby inside of her.
At some point in every girl’s pregnancy, however, people are going to notice - usually when the baby is hanging upside down from between the girl’s legs, waving at everyone in the room and asking for some of mom’s milk in the nicest way possible. Once medical personnel noticed that this girl was indeed pregnant, the police were called.
Interviews were done and on the same day, once the police managed to stop shaking their heads in disbelief, Guadalupe Gutierrez was found and arrested.
Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez has been charged with one count of rape. If found guilty, Mr. Gutierrez could be given a sentence of life in prison and a $50,000 fine that he will never, ever pay.

i really cannot see how a ‘grown’ man could do that to a little child. i had to do an article in class to do with men’s brains, and most men who watched some type of porn, were watching porn with the youngest available girls in it (18 or so), if it were available and legal in the USA i am sure that the guys would be all into that (well some)… i really don’t understand…? how, why? errh… men are so complicated

I’m now wondering how this was allowed to happen? Did no-one notice this pig was unusually close to the girl, and even if she was a little overweight, is it possible that a 10 yr old wouldn’t be noticeably pregnant? Was no-one paying attention to cycle and whether she was getting her period every month? That poor child - and now she has a child…….

Yes it sounds like illegals do what most American born do not want to do - a 10 year old version of Dora just does not turn me on, so we need illegals!
He shoud be sex changed to a woman, jailed for a few years, then sent back to the country of origion for some “victim awareness therapy”.

That poor girl. She wasn’t even in a double-digit age when she conceived! Presumably she won’t have to raise the baby herself but…god. Imagine, later in life, when she tries to explain her history to a potential husband or whatever.

I hope the baby is all right physically, and the mother too. With her being that young, the birth must have been even worse than usual.

Oh dear God! I read this story earlier this week. And all I can do is sit here and lower my head and pray that that little girl will be OK.
Our hands, as a nation, have been tied from preventing people illegaly crossing over 50% of the time. Everyday another illegal person comes over and takes away from America what could belong to a rightfuly deserving citizen.
Absolutely a damn shame this had to happen. This guy needs to have his own spot in hell. This case, is a proper example of where the death penalty should be put in place.

Ok, this one is called “El pollo rostizado” (”the roasted chicken”). Yummy.
First, we’ll crank up the volume on the stereo and play the “La Bamba” song repetitiously. Every hardy meat cuisine started with a good tenderizing. For that reason, Juarez would receive a good ass-kicking.
Then, he is stripped naked and urinated on.
Next, his hands and feet are bound and he’s place on a stake.
A lacerating cord is tied snugly around the base of his genitals.
Every time Juarez loses balance on the stake, the cord inflicts a circumference cut around the base of the penis, eventually castrating him!
Oh, and after it’s all said and done - he’d be sent back to Mexico where be belongs.

Imagine if you will that, when this new child is 10, the age the mother is now, the mother will still not be of legal drinking age. When she’s old enough to vote, she’ll have a third grader. When she’s 31 she’ll be able to go to parties with her 21 year old. This is so very very wrong.
