37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez is yet another illegal immigrant doing a job that Americans just won’t do.
After entering the country illegally, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, who has undoubtedly been upset with his silly, silly name for some time, set out to make himself a new life here in the States.
And, like many illegal immigrants here in the States, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez succeeded in making himself a new life.
Sadly, Guadalupe Gutierrez chose a 10-year-old girl to make himself a new life with.
On the 28th of April, 2008, a 10-year-old girl in eastern Idaho gave birth to a six-pound baby girl by cesarean section at Madison Memorial Hospital – a hospital which prides itself on being “progressive but caring.”
While this girl was 10 when she gave birth, she was actually 9 when she became pregnant with Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez’s child, which makes Guadalupe Gutierrez a sick son of a bitch in just about any country you care to name except Thailand. Thailand couldn’t care less if a 9-year-old was impregnated, as long as there were barrels of cash involved in the transaction and the government got their fair share.
Of course, Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was not in Thailand. Guadalupe Gutierrez was in Idaho, which is, from all reports, not quite as bad as Thailand. Granted, some parts of Mexico have a tradition of allowing older men to abduct and rape girls as young as 12 as long as they intend to marry them, so maybe Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was going to do the right thing by this pre-teen.
Don’t believe me? Just ask Dr. Deborah Schurman-Kauflin from the Violent Crimes Institute in Atlanta, Georgia. According to Dr. Schurman-Kauflin:
Over the past several years, the U.S. has seen a large influx of immigrants, both legal and illegal, from countries whose values are opposed to the rights guaranteed by the U.S. constitution. These societies accord women little to no rights, and the idea of violence committed by men against women and children is not unusual.

Thus it is not surprising that the U.S. is seeing more attacks against women and little girls committed by these immigrants. In August 2005, illegal immigrant Jose Ramirez from El Salvador was charged with the violent attack of a 15 year old girl who refused to respond when he whistled at her (Roh, 2005). Perhaps such primitive behavior stems from the homeland culture. El Salvador and Guatemala have had a string of unsolved brutal murders where young females have been abducted and cut apart. Authorities have found body parts, including heads scattered around. In one instance, two female heads were deposited right in front of a local police station, blood still oozing from the severed heads (Miles, 2003). Gangs are suspected in these crimes as it is often part of their initiation to kill.
Regardless of dominant cultural mores, apparently this little 9-year-old girl had a medical condition that made her hit puberty a little tiny bit early and made her irresistible to illegal immigrants such as Guadalupe Gutierrez. Adding to the problem was that the girl had a Dora The Explorer-type body and was slightly overweight. The girl’s size kept people close to her from really noticing that this baby had a baby inside of her.
At some point in every girl’s pregnancy, however, people are going to notice – usually when the baby is hanging upside down from between the girl’s legs, waving at everyone in the room and asking for some of mom’s milk in the nicest way possible. Once medical personnel noticed that this girl was indeed pregnant, the police were called.
Interviews were done and on the same day, once the police managed to stop shaking their heads in disbelief, Guadalupe Gutierrez was found and arrested.
Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez has been charged with one count of rape. If found guilty, Mr. Gutierrez could be given a sentence of life in prison and a $50,000 fine that he will never, ever pay.

Getting pregnant at 9, she might not have ever actually had a period yet. If he was raping her prior to her first period, then he could have easily inpregnated her on her first ovulation which would mean she didn’t get her period yet.

Since both my Grandfathers were illegals, okay one Grandfather and one Great Gradfather I can see both sides of your argument.
My Grandfather from Mexico never applied for citizenship, but he married a woman, had 9 children and worked in a factory until the day he died. This man did everything he could to raise his children and give them all the opportunities he never had. He was law abiding and hard working.
Now Eddie, my Great Grandfather (other side of the family) came here illegally also, but he applied for and obtained citizenship. Unfortunately, he found it easier to run the docks in Boston and claim he was making his money in Real Estate. In truth he was just a gangster, nothing more than that. He ended up in prison over income taxes, because the government proved he didn’t report what he owed, and could not have made it in real estate.
So, you see, I’ve got both sides in my blood. Hard working honest and a gangster, but neither of them would have thought of comitting the crimes we see today. Even Eddie had a code of ethics to him. These scrotum hairs of today have no clue what ethics is and don’t care who they hurt, it’s just about themselves.
It’s kinda strange I make my living as a financial analyst in real estate if you think about it.

My mother was born and raised in Denmark. she married my father here in Germany wherehe was stationed. He was later stationed at Ft. Benning and they moved all over the US. My mother was not illegal. After 10 years she applied for citizenship and took all the classes required. She was granted citizenship when I was about 10. she told me she was so proud.
She never forgot that she is Danish and she started a Danish club in Lacy WA. they now have over 500 members. All legal or citizens.

The girl became pregnant at age 9, sometime between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30 2007, authorities say, and gave birth in April.

I was a labor and delivery nurse for a long time and I can tell you horrendous stories; but I won’t, except one.
It seems like every year we were seeing girls come in and give birth at younger and younger ages. Most of them would be back through the birthing process like clockwork year after year.
The most outrageous case I ever witnessed was an 11 year old girl in my hospital who was pregnant with twins-from a rape by her stepfather. This poor girl had the hardest labor then gave her babies up for adoption–all the while being belittled by her mom for being a “slut” and “seducing” her husband. This little girl was destroyed- physically, emotionally, mentally. But low and behold for each of the next 3 years she was back giving birth in our l&d ward.
My point is that what usually happens in these cases are the emotionally immature female searches for love everywhere and if a baby comes it fills a void in them.
I have daughters, one will be 9 in January-I can’t imagine her with her period let alone pregnant. My feeling is just because a female is capable of conceiving doesn’t mean her body can take carrying a baby. For the parents not to know this girl was preggo is like not knowing the grass is green. I live about 25 minutes from where this girl gave birth. This was such a huge story because there is not a whole lot of crime in Southeast Idaho. I don’t know what kind of fucked up person would rape a little girl, but if I remember correctly, her mother also helped to conceal the pregnancy. Or at least she knew about it. That would mean hell for her too!

I’m not defending Sherry in any way she is an ignorant gutter whore but since when is being Mexican a part of a race. Or any “race” for that matter. We are all of the same race. I work with people from Africia not blacks but I work with 2 men, one if from Angola and the other is from South Africia. Not a single problem from them at all. I have even learned history and culture from them.
I also work with people from India, Russia, England, Denmark, Germany and Holland. All good hard working people. All of different colors and religions. Funny how the language and humor can get raw at times but we all laugh at it. We don’t take ourselvs too seriously. We enjoy life and exchange experiences.
