I have been embroiled in a ansty custody case, and sometimes judges & guardian ad-litems think they know what's best more a child more so than its mother. Just like I'm sure that when he doesn't go to jail (which you know he won't) they will probably restore his visitation to some degree. You know, because our judicial system rules! I wouldn't be surprised if this were a couple fight that dragged the kid into it. There really aren't enough facts to make a fair assumption. Maybe this guy is just a run of the mill idiot. My two year old has bruises all up and down her legs from playing outside, couple that with her daddy playing an innocent game of pretending to put her foot in the ceiling fan, and to an outsider make think she was abused. Which is the furthest thing from the truth. I guess there are alot of factors that will determine whether I think this guy is a jerk, or just stupid. In closing, kids and plastic bags are dangerous mix! This story seems a little fishy.
