Juries have a hell of a lot of rights they don't generally know about, including the right to nullify a law they find unconstitutional. As quoted from the Fully Informed Jury Association ( http://www.fija.org/ ) "When you serve as a juror, you can veto bad laws ~ or good laws if those laws are misapplied in the case before you.
