This is the first story that I’ve been so engrossed in, because of all the peculiar and bizarre details, that I couldn’t stop reading until all comments were read. I then looked at some news links. How sad and tragic this all is from beginning to end. Jeremiah committed suicide this month. I was so hoping to read that he was on the path to healing with counselling and that this would be a story where the victim managed to overcome, survive and start a decent life after suffering at the hands of the sick perp. Such a sad story :(. So much healing left for those he left behind that love him.

I’m from this town! And Jack Berry wasn’t married and had no daughter, therefore the women arguing about divorcing the dead and shit are liars. Jeremiah was justified. I went to school with his little brother and they were both sexually abused throughout their childhood. The mom who is defending Jeremiah is only doing so for the attetnion, she’s been out of their lives for so long. Jeremiah is (wrongfully) in jail now, but he protected himself and his younger brother who is doing well now. Seriously, the dad was crazy fucked up, he hung dead chickens and shit from their trees and made BOTH the boys dress in women’s clothing. I say, way to do it, Jeremiah.

Er, thanks, becks, now that’s TWO profoundly disturbing and highly bizarre stories I’ve read in one day, not counting several profoundly disturbing stories that were more of the same old crap. I’d say Jeremiah Berry and Cody Posey deserve intense treatment and counseling, not hell, and therefore don’t deserve this site, but I guess the name “People You’ll See in Hell” is broad enough to include those folks who have already been there.
