Robert Williams Refuses To Attend His Own Trial
Robert Williams, one of the worst individuals that People You’ll See In Hell wrote about back in June of 2007, has been on trial for a few days now.
Robert Williams, who served eight years in prison a few years ago after being convicted of attempted murder, has been charged with kidnapping, burglary, rape, arson, sodomy and sexual assault.
He would like you all to believe that he is not guilty. On Thursday, Robert Williams showed up, shackled and chained with protective gloves secured on his hands.
But on the 6th of June, 2008, Robert Williams refused to go to the courtroom.
They can do that, you know.
It never helps them, but sometimes inmates do that.
It really annoys judges.
Robert Williams’ judge refused to delay the trial, of course, allowing the victim in the case, who was beaten, raped, flogged, had bleach thrown in her eyes, had her eyelids cut with a knife and boiling water thrown on her, to testify about what her attacker had done.
She was rather convincing.
Robert Williams, who tortured this woman to the point where she tried to kill herself to end the pain, will not be given the death penalty. New York will only sentence him to life in prison if he’s found guilty.
Better pay your taxes, folks. This is the kind of animal you’re paying to house, feed and clothe. Remember that he served his entire eight-year sentence starting in 1996, the last time he was sent to prison when he was found guilty of attempted murder. No good time for Mr. Robert Williams, especially after committing 28 disciplinary violations while in prison including such things as assaulting other inmates, correctional officers, harassment, lewd conduct and throwing urine and feces.
And when he’s given a life sentence, Robert Williams has absolutely nothing to gain by being good.

Never mind a life sentence, someone just needs to kill this SOB. Inflict the same torture that he has inflicted on his victims.

it IS ny state. they let everyone out after a period of time. and if they are so horrible, they parole them to the state of florida.
look at any ny state cases. they don’t do much time because the state got hip to what lawyers are up to. instead of jailing miserable attorneys they figure they can collect taxes and release criminals, while paying exorbitant attorney’s fees.

i lived in ny state twice. if you want to kill someone and have the lightest sentence possible, kill in ny state.
I think Marybeth Tinning is still in jail. She was up for parole last year but she got denied.

I wonder where an asshole like this clown rates in the prison hierarchy? I’d put him just above baby rapers and baby killers. Hopefully the general population will lay a little of their justice into every orifice Bobby has. This is one of the few times we should be grateful for the Aryan Brotherhood. What a POS.
There’s no such thing as “prison justice.” It’s a myth made up by people who want to feel better about lax sentencing. People like Williams rule prisons, make other prisoners into their “bitches” nad generally carry on in the same way they did on the outside.
Only in death for Williams will justice be served in this case.
you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Sure prison justice doesnt happen when the inmates do not know who the child rapists are because of a low profile case but one that is so easy to figure out like this one and he gets fucked up in there. None of them like guys who torture/rape women.
Oh and another thing on the costs assoiciated with keeping an inmate imprisoned. It costs WAY more to have an inmate on death row per year than it does to keep on in a maximum security prison

I think a sentence shoud be determines by what the perp did to the victim. Victims should also have constitutional rights.
After all he has done, he still has the right not to attend his trial. Did his victim have the right to at least choose what would be done to her?

Hell is obviously too good for this guy, but I don’t see any benefit to giving him the death penalty.
From what I understand, it actually costs the state more to put someone to death than it does to keep them in jail for life in any case. So there’s no monetary benefit.
If this guy got the death penalty, though, I’d have absolutely no problem with that. Ideally, he should be labeled a child molester, loudly and publicly, when he is marched into the yard. That would make a life sentence interesting, I would think.

Robert Williams deserves only death. Since he didn’t get the death sentence, someone should do the right thing and kill him.
