Interesting name.. you certainly couldn’t get much lower than this perv. I feel a bit sorry for the older brother. If I am calculating the dates right, he was still a child (and victim) himself when he abused his younger brother. I don’t normally buy into the excuse that abusers were once abused themselves, but in this case, I might have trouble convicting the brother. Mom? No trouble – except they don’t allow the DP for this =/
