6 years…what a joke! What is even scarier is to know that there are 3 rapists still out walking the streets and no one knows who they are. This poor girl has endured a horrific event and the UK justice system feels that 6 years is enough time to sentence this monster? You know that they will keep this guy segregated and in protective custody so that the GP prisoners won’t dole out a little prison justice. What’s even worse is that the pedo probably won’t even do the entire 6 years. They’ll probably let him out early with good behavior. I wonder if he’ll be straight released to the streets or if he will be monitored and put on a sex offender registry? These sex offender registries are helpful, but I will admit that it scares the shit out of me when I do a search and see that there are a ton of registered sex offenders that live nearby and I live in what is considered a very good area. It really doesn’t matter where you live because there are sex offenders from every social and economic background. I will admit that it pisses me off to know that a person with drug charges will get more time that a child molester or rapist in the United States. The war on drugs in the US has caused the prisons to become so overcrowded that judges are ordering prisons to release prisoners to make more room for new ones. That is exactly what led to the situation when Kenneth Allen McDuff was released from a Texas prison after his previous “Broomstick Murder” conviction. McDuff went on to kidnap, rape, and kill several women. They believe that he killed many more that they don’t even know about. He was finally executed by Texas, but only after many more innocent people lost their lives when he should have never been released to begin with because he was originally sentenced to life in prison. Sex offenders do not change (some may change their behavior and not engage in activities where they are reoffending, but they will always have the wants and desires inside them). It won’t surprise me when we hear that this guy has kidnapped and raped another young girl, but next time he’ll probably kill her. The whole situation is really sad. My thoughts are with this young lady and her family.

Oh lordy lordy lordy!!! The fantastic british justice system strikes again…! See peeps? This is the sort of thing i keep wittering on about! Six years for orchestrating the gang rape of a child whilst not so long ago a woman gets seven years for embezzling money from her firm, now i’m NOT condoning embezzlement in any way but how the fuck can it be more serious than gang rape!!! Not only that, as a sex offender this ratbastard will be segregated and rehabilitated… And yes, he’ll most likely only do three years, by which time this poor little girl will still not be old enough to leave school. I’m guessing he might of pleaded guilty early on as that also gets you a third of your sentence off right from the start, but ultimately our legal system over here needs dragging in line with the rest of the civilised world… Choudry should also of been sentenced for not revealing the others involved i think, sadly that a pipe dream, but the threat of it may of jogged his memory a little had it been possibe… ;(
