Rape has been a tool of war forever, and nothing has changed. Last I heard (in college) US troops were still shown porn to raise their aggression before an attack. My father didn’t believe me for years until he saw a report on it, and called to apologize. If Bush were able to make concentration camps for Muslims here and get away with it you bet your ass he would. After the Japanese camps during WWII, there’s no way there wouldn’t be a public outcry. It’s illegal, very illegal. Wiretapping is getting him in trouble, can you imagine him imprisoning innocent people?

As for Karadzic being able to teach Hitler a thing or two about eradicating peoples, tell my Austrian family members that…oh wait…you can’t. Genocide is genocide.

Oh, and I wouldn’t say Bush has the mask of respectability. He’s the Rodney Dangerfield of the oval office, deservedly.
