James Chester
This is 22-year-old James Chester.
James Chester is a pedophile who happens to look quite young himself. This look of Chester’s creates all kind of opportunities for mischief for himself and grief for other people.
In what could only be described as a pedophile’s wet dream, when he was 19, James Chester managed to fool a school admissions officer – using a doctored birth certificate that stated he was 16 to enroll himself at St. Edmund’s Catholic School in Portsmouth, England. James Chester’s major slip was to put himself in classes with 14-year-olds, claiming that he needed to catch up on missed schoolwork. Still, James managed to stay in those classes for three weeks before school officials called police with their suspicions.
While James Chester was arrested, no charges were brought against him. This encouraged a now 20-year-old Mr. Chester to try again, this time trying to enroll in the City of Portsmouth Boys School. He had a bit less luck this time, as the school admissions officer remembered his name and face from the alert the year before, called police and sent out yet another alert to all schools in the area.
Clearly, the enrolling into school thing wasn’t working too well for James, so he decided to use a different tactic the third time around. Instead of trying to enroll, James figured that he could just wear the school uniform and just pick up hot teens who were walking around.
It worked, sort of.
Initially Chester befriended a teenage boy, playing computer games and riding bikes with him. As they hung out, James expressed his interest in his friend’s little 13-year-old sister.
The 13-year-old fell for the charms of James Chester, who wooed her for five months.
Even the girl’s parents loved James, regularly inviting him to come over for dinner and bringing him along with the family to church services.
After five months of relationship-building, James Chester told the girl’s parents that they were going out for some milk before taking the 13-year-old with him to Northern Ireland. Staying in cheap hotels, they consummated their relationship during one magical night. The girl considered herself quite happy…
…at least until authorities caught up with James Chester, arresting him and telling her that he was a bit older than 16.
The victim’s 46-year-old father told the press:
He’s devious, callous, manipulative and an incredible actor. We welcomed him into our home and treated him like family. We had no idea he was an adult. He looked like and behaved like an immature boy. Chester turned up in a school uniform and my daughter thought he was a schoolboy the whole time – we all thought he was. He abused my daughter and he has mentally abused the rest of us. My daughter is disgusted.
After being arrested, James posted bail and promptly left town. He was found and arrested five months later.
James Chester will be sentenced on the 9th of September, 2008.
Update:
On the 9th of September, 2008, James Chester was sentenced to 30 months in prison.
Judge Graham White also banned James Chester from wearing a school uniform, befriending children and going within 50 metres of any secondary school or playing area.
James Chester was also placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register for the next 10 years.

What is it with the name “Chester” and being a molester? It is almost some kind of sick destiny.
This reminds me of the old Chester the Molester cartoons from Hustler I believe it was.
They had this in an episode of CSI, Criminal Minds, Or Something like that. A Man posing as a Child. Another Pedo was “pretending” to be that pedo’s dad. Weird. Too Weird.
Wasn’t there a missing 30-something year old woman from some European country who turned up in another European country having successfully posed as an 11-year-old boy?
This was a true story. There was a 20ish guy with an old man and they were pretending to be father and son. The son would shave his body and stay thin so he could look young enough for high school and I think there may have been another old man involved too. Somewhere in the southwest, either AZ or TX. Just a couple years ago. Does anyone else remember this or am I imagining things.

There was a Law and Order SVU similar to this as well. Except it was a girl and she posed as a 16 year old repeatedly, but just to stay in the system and be taken care of by foster parents.
Hopefully young Mister Chester the Molester will be taken care of before he can play this character out again.

I think there was a kid in my class quite a few years ago named Chester and we called him “chester, chester, child molester” he ended up being a child molester…I wonder if it was our fault for being so mean….hmmm

I would like to pose this question to anyone still following this story:
where do you draw the line between what age for a man is acceptable and what age for a man is not acceptable to have sex with a younger girl?
For example, nobody thinks anything of a 16 year old girl having sex with a 16 year old guy. It happens all the time. But what about a 16 year old girl and a 17 year old guy? Is that morally acceptable? Sure, let’s say. What about 16 and 18? No, you say?
Hm, ok. What about a 16 year old girl and a guy who is 17 and 6 months?
Do you see where I’m going with this? Where do you draw the line? And how can you reasonably justify the fact that “drawing a line” means you wake up one day and behaviors that were acceptable yesterday are suddenly and mysteriously immoral and inappropriate now?
It’s the same situation with the legal drinking age. Sure, the law says that it’s unacceptable to consume alcoholic beverages when you are under 21 years old (here in the states, at least), but you don’t just wake up on your 21st birthday with some magically instilled sense of wisdom and responsibility that makes it OK to drink now.
You could use the law as your defining line for this sort of question, but laws change from place to place and aren’t a reflection of one’s personal beliefs about what is right and what is wrong. I want to hear your opinions on this question.
I believe you have to look at both parties. Is it acceptable for a 16 year old to have sex with a 13 year old? Flash forward and it is a 30 year old and a 27 year old. We say great, when’s the wedding? But 16 and 13? Some body is going to jail. That’s because society deems a 13 year old incapable of giving consent. There are plenty of people incarcerated for statutory rape who literally skated over the age line. Should we punish them for the rest of their lives and brand them sex offenders because they had consensual sex with their BF/GF? What about the times when the younger of the two lies about their age? Say the 13 year old tells the 16 year old that they are 16, not 13. Should the 16 year old be branded a sex offender for the rest of their life because they didn’t demand to see ID? Personally, I don’t believe so. BUT, if we start allowing for these little exceptions, where do we as a society draw the line? It really comes down to the prosecuting attorney, whether or not they believe a crime has been committed.
Give that boy a break. He deserves to be brought to court for his lies and fraud, but he didn’t do any mental or physical damage to the girl. She apparently was in love with him and whatever they did was consensual. When I was 14, I had a sexual relationship with a 19 year old boy, which is legal where we live. And I have never felt like it damaged or hurt me in any way.
At the end of the day he must have known what he was doing was wrong, otherwise why disguise your age and put a uniform on. The guy is a pedaphile no if’s or but’s, he’d done it before and was found out. He did it because he like young children. Even if they are 13yr’s or 15yr’s he knew that what he was doing was wrong. Im english and remember this story, the girl fell in love with him and thought she was special because he’d spent months trying to get her to date him. When in reality he was grooming her, telling her how much he loved her and the girl being young and probably believed him and the age he said thought it was a wonderful relationship when all along he was a fucking pedaphile mother fucker who deserves to be castrated.
