  • Ria Ramkissoon

Ria RamkissoonThis is 21-year-old Ria Ramkissoon, holding her 1-year-old son Javon Thompson.

Javon Thompson was a demon child, as any idiot can plainly see.

Ria Ramkissoon and her friends noticed that Javon Thompson refused to say “amen” after meals. After noticing this, Ria Ramkissoon stopped feeding him - as any faithfully religious mother would do.

Of course, being only one – an age where children can barely talk at all (which may have something to do with why he refused to say amen), Javon Thompson couldn’t really complain about being denied food and water for two days.

    Instead he died.

His mother and her “Spiritual Advisor”, a woman who goes by the name Queen Antoinette, waited for the divine sign that the demon had been driven from Javon: a resurrection.

Instead, Javon’s body began to decompose.

For more than a week, police say in charging documents describing the scene, the child’s lifeless body lay in the back room of an apartment. Queen Antoinette, the 40-year-old leader of a group that called itself 1 Mind Ministries, brought in her followers and told them to pray. God, she said, would raise Javon from the dead.

    Didn’t work.

After the Queen and her “Princes” and “Princesses” (as her followers are referred to) abandoned hope of Javon’s resurrection, they switched to Plan B. Queen Antoinette burned Javon’s clothing and mattress and put his body in a suitcase. She stuffed the suitcase with mothballs and fabric softener sheets, and opened it occasionally to spray disinfectant inside.

In early 2007, the Royal Nutcases stored the suitcase behind a home in Philadelphia and relocated to New York City, according to police, who found the suitcase more than a year later, the body still inside.

Ria Ramkissoon, and four other people authorities say are members of the 1 Mind group face first-degree murder charges in his death.

Ria Ramkissoon’s mother says that her daughter had been brainwashed by the cult and that Ria had acted only at the group leader’s will.

Ramkissoon’s mother says that her daughter’s association with the group began shortly after Javon was born in September 2005, when Ria Ramkissoon was 18. Ria was struggling to care for her baby while working and taking college classes. Ria’s mother insists that her daughter was not responsible for her grandson’s death, and was brainwashed by the Queen.

Ria Ramkissoon’s mother claimed that she did try to get custody of Javon, but it is unclear why the authorities did nothing. Authorities claim that they have no record of contacts by the grandmother.

The mother says that Rai Ramkissoon embraced christianity passionately (mom is hindu).

The church that Ria attended first was eventually dismantled after the preacher was convicted of pedophelia with young boys of the congregation.

So, she immediately goes out and finds another whack-job religion? What a loser.

Honestly, except for the fact that he suffered for those two days, my guess is that Javon is better off than he would have been if he had to grow up with that freak for a mom.

Now, toss her ass in jail and sew up (or rip out) her uterus. She has no right to reproduce.

Ummm, actually NO, I have never been influenced to do anything, it was always my choice. I constantly had friends asking me to try meth or coke with them. I chose not to, even if it meant losing “friends” I don’t follow the latest fashion trends and if a new “hip” restaurant or other type of place opens I don’t go just because everyone else does. I take pride in my individuality and the fact that I am my own person and make my own choices.I guess some people are just sheep and not strong enough to think for themselves. I smoke cause I want to, I drink cause I want to when I want to, not because anyone else says I should.

“Influenced” is a pussies way of saying “I fucked up but it wasn’t my fault.”

I agree Liz. Everything I’ve ever done, weather it be a bad decision or a good was always on my own will. I made the choice. No one has ever put a gun to my head and made me do anything and until that day comes, I’ll continue to learn from my mistakes and take the consequences for them. Like you said Liz, some ARE sheep… you and I are an exception and are strong women who make decisions on our own no matter the consequence. But we ARE woman enough to take the heat and say “You know what? I did it. I fucked up. I made that decision.”

Fred reply on August 25th, 2008:

I had a choice and I allowed myself to be influenced, I have up the right to think for myself and let someone else think for me and thus exploit me.
I knew better, but I chose to go with the flow, stay on the same road going in the direction I was told.

From Rush, “Subdivisions” - “if you choose not to decide, you still have made a choice”

Decisions are constantly being made, from should I pick my nose now that I am alone in my cube to I enjoy visiation with my daughter, so ax murdering her mother is not such a good idea.

How insanely crazy is it that the group was mad the one-year-old wouldn’t say “Amen”. Were they also pissed that the cat wasn’t repenting it’s sins? There is so much more sick behavior that for sure went on but the whole truth of what happened to that child and other members in the group will probably never be known.

This is Little Javon’s song to his mom, called: “I’m Sorry”

If I say “I’m sorry”, will that make you smile?
If I say “I didn’t mean to hurt you”, would it make it all worthwhile?

Mom, I’m only a child and I depend on you.
I want to make you happy. I’ll do anything you ask me to.
But some things I just can’t do. Give me time and I’ll show you.

If I say “I’m sorry”, will you still frown?
If I say “I didn’t mean to hurt you”, will you feel letdown?

Mom, I’m only a child and I need your warm embrace.
There’s nothing more special than to see your smiling face.
If I’m such a disgrace. Why’d you have me in the first place?

If I say “I’m sorry”, will you approve?
If I say “I didn’t mean to hurt you”, will you accept or will you refuse?

Mom, I’m only a child and need your loving touch.
In time I’ll impress you, but now I can’t say much.
But in my eyes, they’ll say… warmly these words:
      “I’m sorry.”

Marcie, Ria’s mom is included because she is trying to justify her daughter’s involvement in her grandchild’s death.

She is saying that it’s not Ria’s fault - she was brainwashed, yadda yadda yadda.

      Bullshit.

She is also obviously jockeying for some sort of lawsuit against the authorities who didn’t rescue her grandchild from the clutches of his psychotic mother. It is significant in my mind that there is no record of her “really” trying to get intervention for the baby.

      Also bullshit.

I think her mom is hell-worthy based on what I have read. If it turns out that she really DID try to get help, then she may just be savable, but that brainwashing thing has got to go.

Some people are weaker then others and “crack under pressure”. Don’t act like that aspect surprises you. Very well. Thanks for informing us you are above that. Here is your medal (o) for being so strong. :o) I still personally think everything is riding on mothers, in this case two are to blame. Of course the childs for obvious reasons but also the mother of the mother. For being so naive or can we say STUPID ( I am not very creative with adj). I mean come on any “Strong” person would go get her daughter out of the cult especially if the grandchild is involved at gun point if need be. A child is at stake. Why was the grandma so naive? Her grandson was missing for a year. Could it be her lack of American perspective? Ok Maritak, there ya go I brought it back to race for you. :o)

Why couldn’t the Indian get a job? Duh! Because we’re drunk all the time!

Why couldn’t the Indian eat in the restaurant? Because they didn’t have a reservation!

      There. Fixed that for you.

Oh, and Turtle…. when you’re not actively plotting criminal punishment involving peeing, you are quite the wordsmith. Sad poem, though.

If this POS “Mom” (for lack of a better word) would have just consulted her ‘What to Expect during the Toddler Years”, or a generic Dr. Spock, she’d have seen that worrying that your child is not meeting developmental milestones could be a worry…. being evil for not being able to speak, much less say “Amen”… not so much.

But, I’m bitter. My dad offered me $1000 if either of my boys first word was “Grandpa”. Safe bet for him, I guess- each time their first word was “Mama”. That should tell this POS something. And, I didn’t kill either of them, even though they each cost me $1000!

      Whackos… jeesalouisa, they’re everywhere now.
