Edward Davidson
This is Edward Davidson, also known as the “spam king”.
Edward Davidson would regularly send out hundreds of thousands of e-mails through his company servers, selling watches, perfumes, drugs and other crap. Edward’s sales tactics solely consisted of sending millions of ads to people who didn’t want them, hoping that the recipients of his ads would be tricked into clicking on one of his links.
Edward Davidson would manage to get a better than average click-through rate by disguising the headline of the e-mails that he sent out so when a person opened it, instead of getting a friendly greeting from a friend saying hello or a bill, it’d be telling them they needed to boost their sex life or that certain penny stocks were great investments.
All of the spam that he sent out brought Davidson more than three million dollars between 2003 and 2006. Not a bad haul for a crook.
Edward Davidson used the money to buy a two story house, gold coins and countless other goods. He lived the good life.
Unfortunately for his long-term plans, Edward Davidson neglected to inform the IRS of all the money he was making. He was eventually arrested for fraud and tax evasion, because the IRS doesn’t believe that money made illegally is exempt from taxation.
For his crimes, Edward Davidson was sentenced in April of 2008 to twenty one months in prison. He was also ordered to pay back more than seven hundred thousand in restitution.
While the spamming alone would almost be enough to earn Edward Davidson a spot on People You’ll See In Hell, what he did next certainly solidified his position.
Apparently by the 20th of July, 2008, Eddie decided that he had served enough time in prison and when his wife came to visit, he either forced his way into the car she was driving or she assisted him. Either way, Eddie left prison that day after serving less than four months of his sentence.
As of now, it’s uncertain if his wife helped him or not but it is certain that if she did she would come to regret her decision.
Less than four days after the jail break Eddie was apparently feeling nostalgic. He missed his old house that the government took away after his conviction. The house where his kids would play, he would make love with his wife, and he would rip people off.
So many wonderful things to remember.
So Edward Davidson decided that he would take the whole family, including his wife, their three year old daughter, infant son and his teenage daughter from a previous marriage, to see their former dwelling and create one last big memory.
While his family might have thought it was a trip to remember the good old days and that those days might come again, Edward Davidson had another plan in mind.
That plan was to execute his family.
According to his teenage daughter who survived, Edward Davidson told everyone he had a “surprise” for them. The surprise gift turned out to be a handgun.
Edward Davidson pulled out his handgun and proceeded to shoot his wife a few times. With his wife on the ground, Edward turned to and gunned down his three year old daughter.
With those two down, Edward Davidson turned the gun on his oldest daughter, firing a few times. Miraculously, she managed to get away with only a bullet wound to the neck.
The only member of the family left unscathed was Edward’s infant son.
Eddie’s teenage daughter was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover physically, but emotionally, she’ll never be the same. His son hopefully won’t remember anything but will still grow up only having memories of his mother and his sister.
After wiping out half of his family, Edward Davidson then proceeded to take the coward’s way out and a bullet in his miserable worthless head. If there’s any justice, when Edward Davidson arrives in hell he’ll be chained to a computer and be forced to deal with all the spam e-mail that is sent everyday.
You can’t get tortured any worse than that.

That poor girl has to live with the vision that her father slaughtered her whole family and she lived. She’ll probably try to take her own life one day simply because her mother was murdered, her three year old sister was murdered and her worthless father killed himself right in front of her. I know I’d never be able to live with that and that’s sad.
At least he sent himself there, saving us taxpayers a small fortune.
While he fucked up his life, his wife and kids have lives that are THEIR OWN. If they wanted to kill themselves the wife and the oldest daughter could have, but at that point in time had not yet chosen to do so.
In hell I hope that the computer he is on only receives gay porn (no lesbian porn).
I agree, Fred. I like when they kill themselves. Yes it saves everyone money and I hate it when they find “Jesus” in prison. Why is Jesus in prison anyway?

Anyway, he did us all a favor. I’d love to bring back his family though.
I find that there are two types who do find “Jesus” in jail.
Tye 1 that makes us all sick, and really pisses me off, are the type that feel that we should forgive them because Jesus died for our sins and has forgiven them. To them I only 1/2 agree – Jesus’s death only purpose was to restore the relationship with God, so when we get there we may see a few people that we voted to the contrary. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that Jesus came to save us from punishment, just God’s judgment. Also the Bible states that “the old is going and the new is coming” which basically means that we are now changing people and if we are walking with Christ CONSTANTLY changing people. Temptation still comes our way, it’s just as a Christain we should be more aware of temptation and work harder to overcome it. Yes, Christians still succumb to temptation because as we are still hunan and there will always be some of the old within us until we are no longer human. Jesus’s death seperates us from our sins “as far as the East is from the West” which is wicked far, BUT it does not change the fact that something wrong was done. A murder’s finding Jesus does not bring back the victims nor is someone unmolested. If anything, finding Jesus should help them better see whay they are in jail.
The second type find Jesus and know better why thaey are behind bars. While in prison they work to better themselves, so that when they are released we have a better person.
When Jesus hung on the cross, he had 2 others with him. One was an asshole, while the other believed in Jesus. Jesus did not take him off his cross – he let that man die by crucification, BUT Jesus did not let his spirit go to hell.
Considering how much spam has hit my email accounts over the years, this guy deserved hot coals even before he murdered his family.

I really, don’t get this one. Seems to me he got off pretty easy. Less than 2 years prison time and $700,000 in restitution. You think he was a big money earner for the mob, and they got pissed because their cash cow got busted, so they threatened him. How that would equate to taking out his family can only add up to him being one of those Steve Seuple sort of guys, who thinks the family just cant possible make it with out the great HIM. One thing I’m sure of is the world is amuch better place with out his selfish arrogant ass, and I grieve for his wife Amy Lee and her 3 year old daughter. I know she’s his daughter too, biologically speaking, but he gave up any other right the moment he pointed that pistol at her a pulled the trigger. If he doesn’t like he can take it up with me in my dreams. I think I’d like the opportunity to tell him to go fuck off on another plain of conscienceness, would you?
I don’t understand how he made money by spamming. When you click on a spam message, how does it make money for someone? Sorry, but I’m old fashioned. I just want to make sure that I’m not getting ripped off if I open an email.
when you click a spam message, theres often an earmark (for lack of a better word) that tells the owner of that site where the link came from. Liek if you visit a website and click a sponser…the owner of teh website gets money (often just a few cents, but hundreds of clicks really add up). A Spam email works similarly, and often, but not always, mob owned. Recently a Russian guy was convicted for running a spam schem and had tied to the Russian Mafia.
I feel for the mother and child who died,and the baby that will never know his mummy, but more so for the daughter who survived. That poor girl will never be the same again.

at first i though we where voting if a spammer should go to hell (in which case i would’ve voted no, spam works because people click links, not because there’s spammers imho), but this piece of shit certainly needs to rot in hell!

His wife though shouldve never taken him away from the prison though- big mistake on her part.
Its not known if she willingly drove him away from the prison or not.
Im also wondering HOW THE HELL he managed to get near her car while in prison? I was not aware that prison visits included walking your visitor to the car!!! Isnt that a HUGE breach of security?
