Ingram Rahim Bakhsh
admin – One of the few good people from Canada sent this in to us the other day. Read his work and let us know if you think he should write for People You’ll See In Hell again…
I think a lot of the folks you read about at PYSIH just aren’t wired the way the rest of us are.
For example, there seems to be a tendency to not properly gauge consequences. I’m not offering excuses, I’m just saying that it’s pretty clear to us that the decisions these people make are obviously bad ones, the outcomes of which should have been obvious.
Take the decisions of 29-year-old Ingram Bakhsh, for example.
Now, most of us would not get behind the wheel of a car while we were drunk. If we did, and got busted for it, most of us would be scared straight and never do it again. Most of us would certainly not do it again before the first case even went to trial. And even if we did that, I’m certain none of us would do it a third time before the first two charges even came to trial.
Ingram Bakhsh…not so much.
He thought it would be a good idea to drink and drive again, and again, and again.
The last time he did it, however, things went south.
Andy Miller and Nettie Miller, 66 and 65 respectively, were in a stopped car at a railroad crossing in Milton, Ontario waiting for a train to go by. Ingram Bakhsh, who would later test at 4 times the legal limit, came up behind them in his car.
Keep in mind now, Mr. Bakhsh had 2 very recent arrests for DUI and had been ordered to abstain from drinking.
Also driving.
And especially drinking AND driving.
Anyway, I guess Ingram Bakhsh was tired of waiting at the crossing, because he pushed the Miller’s car onto the tracks – with the expected spectacular result. At least the Miller’s didn’t suffer; they were killed instantly when the train smashed into their car.
Ingram Bakhsh, unharmed of course, eventually drove through the intersection and hit another car.
Hopefully the Miller family can take comfort that Ingram Bakhsh was, in August of 2008, sentenced to 7.5 years. Now that’s justice, Canada-style!

Seven and a half years? Are you serious?
Good story unknown Canadian person!
I think his writing style fits right in.
Agreed
I concur.
as do I
word
Yeah nice job!
indifferent, i wanted a bit more i guess – other than that, kept me reading till the end, so there
i like him. the writer, not the sorry waste of space and frequent drunk driver.
Hey now, that’s more time then some serial pedophiles serve.
writing was awesome
He’s got my vote if he can provide me with current updates to feed my pysih addiction.
But I thought we were supposed to hate Canadians.
No we’re supposed to hate canade eh.
You risk death if you defect to the other side. But we make exceptions. :)
I like the writer also, did a great job writing the post
I don’t want to be over critical, so I’ll say: Not bad for a 1st write.
Excellent article, but I want this fools blood.
The writer did a great job!
7.5 years for killing 2 people and driving under the influence 3 times?!? It just seems there is no justice for the victims and their families.
/clap for the Masked Canuckian
/pull the hell switch for Shithead drunk driver
Not too shabby. Wow, that kind of shit only happens in the movies. Lame sentence, 7.5? Poor families. Yep, more proof as to why I think it is rediculous alcohol is legal and pot is not. If this guy got caught with a joint he would still be in jail.
This is insane. 7.5 years? Unfortunately, I have more experience with drunk drivers than I’d like. My younger brother was killed by a drunk driver, the day after he was arrested, stood before a judge for his third DWI offense. My brother was his fourth. It’s amazing to me that, like whiteiris says, this guy surely would have been locked up if he’d been caught with pot. It’s a shame that they let these very dangerous, repeat offenders out on the streets time and time agian, until they finally kill someone. The man who killed my brother got a whopping 14 tears. Doesn’t seem like enough. Wish they would start punishing these guys a little more harshly. Great write-up.
I agree. This guy that rented to us had a nearly severed armed from when he killed his best friend drinking and driving at age 18. It was creepy he used to wear this sock around it to keep it warm and it reminded me of his past everytime I saw that dirty sock. The sick thing is why did I even know this guy 20 years later! He should have been locked up.
I am sorry Diana, it hurts me to tell you the rest of the story because I know this is a horrible topic for you. But I think it supports your point.
This guy about six years after I knew him was driving home smashed, again (he was into porn too, he had a TV in his bathroom, he was gross). A little grandmother and her two teenage grandkids were on the side of the road changing a tire. One kid was holding a deck of cards… I will spare you the rest. The grandma surived. I think he is out again!!!!!! This was only 12 years ago. I would drop the name (so you CO’s can look him up, interesting file), but I am not like that. We do not need another murderer on our hands.
At some point, dont they lose their licence? Why give it back to them?
Even if they have served their time, they shouldnt be allowed back behind the wheel EVER.
They often do lose their liscense. However, although it is illegal to drive wihout a liscense, they seem to care about that every bit as much as they care about how they shouldn’t be driving while intoxicated. I thnk maybe we should shoot off their feet. Make it harder for them to be ABLE to drive.
Dear mister all powerful admin,
I honestly think the guy should write for our enjoment, disgust, rage whatever. I think given time he will see that 7.5 years for double murder is not nearly enough. I think that we, your loyal readers and subjects, can show this unknown write the truth path to cynisism and rage.
You loyal reader
Mulch
good story, needs more cynical comments though, just for that added touch of evilness.
7.5 years is peanuts, he should be serving more then twice that time.
More cyncical? I can give you that, my dear Double D :)
Seriously guys, cut him some slack. I mean, who among us hasn’t run into cars filled with innocent people and shoved them onto railroad tracks directly into the path of an oncoming train? Oh wait. Nobody here has done that! That’s fuckin-a-right! Common sense (which this moron so obviously lacks) would dictate that you do NOT drive while under the influence! Death is too good for this guy. As Ainen says in Dragonheart “Death should be a release, not a punishment.”
Break every bone in this idiot’s body, then drown him in alcohol.
I like the guy”s style and wit, good writer and I hope that he’ll improve with time and experience.
I do hope that he’s being sarcastic / ashamed / disgusted with the 7.5 year sentence though.
This guy is almost like the last post, Jernmaine Canada – he killed them willingly and knowingly, the act was intentional, but I am sure that an attorney, who will deserve hell, will say that Ingram was intoxicated and therefore unaware and not responsible.
This guy deserves death, he’s a cold blooded killer with a BAC
I think it was a set-up. He did intentionally kill them. He blamed it all on the booze.
He meant to ram the car so that the train can wreck it thus killing Andy Miller and Nettie Miller.
i don’t think it was a setup against the Millers, I think the Millers happened to be between a train and a drunk who thought it’d be funny to see a car get rammed by a train.
It could have just as easily been you or I.
I’d rather it be me and Ingram Bakhsh.
I don’t want to go to hell without him.
maybe they can pass a law that says, 3 years for drinking and driving (period, per count). If you kill someone, add 7 years (per life lost making it 10 years if you ONLY kill 1 person). In this case the guy would have gottes, 3(years)*3(counts of DWI)+14 (2 people murdered)= 23 years. MINIMUM!!!
That would be a nice start. I’ve heard of cases where people only got 6 months for intoxication manslaughter. It’s disgusting. If we were to give, say, the three years for just a DWI, maybe these shitheads would learn before they start offing people.
Down the street from me, the crosses I put up are still there
Claudia Woodford was crossing the street with a group of children and other adults while holding a baby. She was struck and she held the baby such that the baby recieved minor scratches. Because of the way she held the baby, she left herself open to injuries that later proved fatal.
She was struck by an UNINSURED moiorist who got out of his car, looked at her, got back in and sped away. 36 MONTHS or so – could not prove he was drunk by the time he was found.

Cudos for the writer…well written story. He’s definitely one of us.
As for the story, why isn’t this 1st degree murder? I mean, he must have made a decision at some point to push the car in front of him onto the tracks, resulting in the deaths of both occupants. OK, maybe not 1st, but 2nd. I don’t understand the law at all, especially in Canada.
I live in Canada and unfortunately this is a typical sentence for this type of crime. I have never understood why it’s okay to kill people as long as you use your car to do it. WFT?
Because the people you elect to office piss their pants at the sight of a gun. Those nasty dirty evil clumps of inert metal.
What a fricking jackasshole. POSWOT.
Mr. Bakhsh recieved 7.5 years, but he will most likely only serve 1/3 of his sentence behind bars (I know this does not make the situation any more pleasant). He is definitely a special piece of shit, but I did not vote to send this dicktree to hell. Any human would relive this every day and think of how they destroyed so many lives by ending 2 negligently & carelessly. I can guarantee you this individual is tortured daily.
By no means am I excusing what this prick did, but he is NOT a cold hearted killer like some of our more popular stars here at PYSIH.
i sat in the court room while this mans trial was going on for killing my grandparents and i can tell you staight up that this man has no remorse, as unbelievable as this may sound. Rolling his eyes and slouched back all lazy looking offers no comfort to my family and i that when he gets out of jail he will not commit this crime again, he is a habitual drunk driver
WTF!! 7.5 years? That just isn’t fair…
I agree most certainly, however the information is somewhat false, yes he was sentenced to 7.5 years but was eligible for parole in 18 months, justice will never be served, i no longer have my grandparents, nothing can fix that, but i appreciate everyone reading the story this man wrote and i hope it saves lives, that is what my grandparents, andy and nettie devoted thier lives to.
they were good friends for 40 years, kill the basterd that killed them.he will only kill other inocent people.die now
this person deserves to die . why should he live to kill others, like carla harmoka???????????????for once lets do justice.
