Missing a few upstairs if you know what I mean. Some of those houses that he "bought" I did carpenter, framing and tile work in. He didn't pay well and I always had to squeeze my money out of him. When I tried to make small chat with him on the jobsite he was always vauge and elusive about his past. I never trusted him and couldnt put my finger on the why. He was a millionaire living in a basement apartment on first and lowell come on that's straight hood, can we say grimey!! Recently a fellow sub contractor called and said he was going after Rex and RMA in court and wanted to know if he owed me money. He did fix and flips in Denver metro area in homes and apartment complexes and could have hid bodies anywhere!!! I have never seen someone try so hard to maintain self control when upset now I know he was thinking about choppin me into little pieces to backfill the garage pad!!!
