This is 34-year-old Raul Monroy Jr.
Raul Monroy Jr. is a registered sexual offender.
Back in 2003, Raul was charged with and convicted of a count of attempted rape. He served a few years in prison, after which he was paroled and put back on the streets in June of 2008.
On the 2nd of September, 2008, at about 30 minutes until midnight, Raul Monroy Jr. got very, very horny.
15 minutes later, Raul Monroy Jr. began to pull on the front door to the Cornerstone Broadmoor Assisted Living Residence in Wichita, Kansas. Noticing a keypad by the door, Raul began pushing keys, hoping to somehow stumble across the security code that would unlock the front door and let him in.
It didn’t work.
Two employees of the nursing home noticed the strange man who was fiddling with the front door, but didn’t think much of it when it appeared that the guy gave up and left.
Raul Monroy Jr. wouldn’t be denied access to that sweet senior loving that easily, however.
Walking around the building to a back door, Raul Monroy Jr. tried to open it, but found it was locked. Not one to let a simple locked door stop him, Raul managed to force it open.
After wandering the halls for a few minutes, Raul Monroy Jr. came across the room of an 85-year-old man. Opening the door, Raul stuck his head into the room and asked the senior if the man wanted to get it on.
Obviously a traditionalist, the gentleman turned down the room service and told Raul Monroy Jr. to piss off.
Following the tactic that many men have perfected in bars throughout the world, Raul Monroy Jr. took the rejection in stride as he left that room and looked for someone else to make a pass at. It didn’t take Raul long before he found a room with a single 85-year-old woman inside.
This time, Raul Monroy Jr. didn’t wait for the rejection. Instead of chancing that a woman old enough to be his great-grandmother would turn down his sexual advances, he strode over to the woman and began to sexually assault her.
Shortly after Raul Monroy Jr. entered her room, the police showed up at the nursing home - alerted by staff who had been told about the nocturnal visitor by the elderly man who was Raul’s first target.
Police found the rear door had been forced open and tracked down Raul Monroy Jr., arresting him on the spot and in the act.
Raul Monroy Jr. was charged with aggravated burglary, aggravated sexual battery and attempted aggravated sodomy.
According to Wichita Police Spokesperson Gordon Bassham, who has a talent for stating the obvious, it isn’t uncommon for sexual offenders to repeat their crimes once they’re released from prison.
Debbi Elmore, vice president for marketing and public relations for Via Christi Senior Services, which owns Cornerstone Broadmoor, wanted to reassure the public that the overall security of the nursing home was being strengthened and that seniors in their care were now safe:
It’s very unsettling. We go to great lengths to ensure the safety and security of our residents. We’ve taken steps to ensure that nothing like this will happen again
Raul Monroy Jr’s preliminary hearing is set for the 18th of September, 2008. We look forward to hearing what Raul has to say for himself.

You all should see an Asian Film called “Lady Vengeance”. In it this lady gets out of jail and hunts down the child murderer that kidnapped her daughter and sent her to jail for a murder he committed. He would kidnap kids, kill them, then send a ransom demand to the parents. Towards the end, she ties the jerk to a chair and gathers the parents of all the kids he killed. Then they all take turns in the other room with him. It’s fantastic. If only we could really do that.
