This is 18-year-old Reginald Davis.
Reginald Davis is young, but he’s already a father - Reginald managed to impregnate a 15-year-old Arkansas girl back in December of 2007.
Maybe it was Reginald Davis’s Christmas present to her.
It’s hard to say.
Since turning 18, Reginald Davis has stayed out of trouble with the law, a streak which abruptly stopped on the 1st of September, 2008.
That was the day when, while visiting his baby’s momma, Reginald Davis decided that it would be a good idea to rape and beat on his 8-day-old daughter.
We’re not sure what Reginald was thinking when he did this, but we’re not sure what most of the people you’ll see on People You’ll See In Hell were thinking when they acted the way that they did.
According to police, the rape and beating happened while Reginald Davis was alone in a room with his new daughter. After the mother finished showering for bed, she came out to check on her daughter and found blood on the infant.
When the girl’s mother found the blood, she got the baby to the Forrest City Medical Center.
When doctors at the medical center saw the extent of this 8-day-old infant’s injuries, they called police while they simultaneously arranged for a transfer of the baby to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.
Her injuries were rather severe, you see, and the doctors at the center knew she needed special care. After all, the average medical center isn’t set up to treat an infant for a broken skull and the damage one would expect from a grown man raping an infant.
Reginald Davis has been charged with one count of rape and one count of second-degree battery. He is scheduled to appear in court on the 17th of September, 2008.
Investigators are still looking into this situation and aren’t announcing if there will be other arrests in relation to the incident.
Since Reginald Davis turned 18, he hasn’t been charged with anything other than this. His juvenile record is unavailable - according to Arkansas state law, that information can’t be released.
You have to wonder what you’d find if it was opened.

There are some amazingly disgusting minds in this world. It just completely blows me away how anyone can possibly do something like this.
I have 3 daughters, ages 2, 4 & y6. They were 1, 3 & 5 when my wife left them with me for 3 months. Three months with noone but me to tend to them. Reginald DOB is 06/21/1990.
A 17 year old male knocking up a 14 year old girl. And then raping his own 8 day old daughter.
It was reported he had a clean record with the law ( well excluding his sealed juvie record )
but that was wrong. He has a pending misdemeanor theft charge from an August 2008 incident.
It looks like Reggie was living with his mommy and the 15 year old with her mother. Reggie arrived at his girlfriends house some time around 1AM . It was reported there were other people in the house, Only one I know of was the girls mom .
The babies mom takes a shower and Reggie is left to watch the child. After the shower , the babies mom notices blood on the sheets. They all head to the hospital and the doctors find numerous injuries including a skull fracture, bruising on the face and vaginal bleeding.( I am pretty sure the head injuries were caused from Reggie trying to keep the child quiet while he was raping her).
Reggie gets arrested and tossed in the hoosegow , he calls his mommy .
Mommy tells the press :
“No, I know he didn’t do that,”
“Reginald’s family thinks he may have been set-up. They say it isn’t in his nature to hurt a child.
“Whatever happened over there, I hope they just come out with the truth and tell it because all. I know when I talked
to him, he said something about a baby, and he didn’t do that.”
When that doesn’t work Reggies mommy switches tactics to mental illness.
“Mother says he has mental health issues”
I am not sure about the poor baby girls condition , last report said she was at Children’s Hospital in NICU(neonatal intensive care unit), in very serious condition. But that was a month ago.
