James Many White Horses also know affectionaly as (hymmie , its a spanish thing “J” sounds like an “H” ) was born an autistic child. Summer Many White Horses gave birth to him in a Billings prison, another aunt raised him for more than a year before a judge returned him to his mother after her release. Her daughter also was raised by a relative for a time. No one is sure who the father is and it is missing on the birth certificate. James was loved very deeply by his relitives.

Like the true dirtbag she is , Summer told many lies to CPS and got custody of the children back. Was it a loving mother wanting to be with her children you ask ??? NO!!!! , it was just another dirtbag looking for a free ride , curtsey of your tax dollars.

On May 29, 2008 Summer claims hymmie fell out of his high chair and died. Instead of Summer calling for help she wrapped him in a blanket, put him in a garbage bag, and tossed him in her trunk. Her Golden Goose has died , no reason to tell any one and stop getting the checks for hymmie from the state. She tells lots of lies to her family about little jimmys were abouts and continues to drive the car around , with her dead son in the trunk.

On July 21, 2008 a month later (with her daughter in the car and jimmy in the trunk) , fleeing the police she crashed into a parked truck failed a breath test and was arrested. Her daughter was placed in the custody of the Department of Health and Human Services and Summer is off to jail.
On Aug. 10, 2008 Summer is released from jail.
On Aug. 14, 2008 Child welfare officials moved for and gained custody of the daughter and to determine the boy’s whereabouts. Summer says her son was staying with a friend in Portland, Ore., A dispositional hearing was set for Sept. 3.
On Sept. 3, 2008 Summer is a NO SHOW !!
On Sept. 4, 2008 a social worker called Great Falls police to request that James be listed as a missing child. Local media outlets were contacted.
On Sept. 5, 2008 Police find Summer and ask her” Were The Fuck is Jimmie, you dumb fuck bitch” , Ok thats not what they said , its what I would have said. After lieing like a dog, Summer spills her guts and admits Little James Dean Jr. Is in the trunk . 3 friggin months after mommy dearest put him in the trunk.

Summer White Horses was charged with deliberate homicide and held on $250,000 bail.

On Sept. 13, 2008 Hundreds gathered in Browning to remember James Many White Horses
Jimmie was a happy child who loved toy cars and was nicknamed “Hymmie,” family members said
“He was just an active little boy. Just a happy, bubbly eyed little kid,” said Elissie Buffalo, Summer Many White Horses’ aunt. “He was loved dearly.” Marie Franks
