It was the final act on a long list of screw-ups committed by a spoiled, irresponsible young punk. And it was the most violent in a pattern of escalating violence – just two weeks before he died he had been arrested for child abuse a domestic assault, as another girlfriend had taken out a PPO on him.

That said, I’d like to comment on what you wrote above. It was very late when I replied to Dani, so stuck to replying to the important points and ignored her foul mouth, insults and threatening tone. I’ve gotten so used to that sort of attitude that it rolls off me like water off a duck’s back anyway.

But if I had addressed it, I’d like to think I would have done it as well as you did – but I probably wouldn’t have. You’re a lot like Jason, a gift with words and the intelligence to make those words say what you want them too. I struggle with that all the time, so I admire people who make it look as easy as you do.

We’ve been dealing with the Bitterman and Peterson fans since the day this story was posted nearly 3 years ago. Their campaign of misinformation and half truths, and a in a few cases, out right lies, has been persistent but ineffective, and as a result their reactions become more and more shrill and desperate. This is the first time they’ve threatened to sue this website. I guess the lawsuit against Officer Kossow isn’t going too well.

Hmmm, I should look up the records on that case. Usually when some one make a comment like Dani’s after a long period of inactivity on a story, it means something negative had happened and supporters of the perpetrator come here to take it out on us. That’s always a mistake, as jacky over at the Reta/Sanchez story found out just a couple of days ago.

So Dani, you and Gabe were the only ones there. He was such a great guy that your screaming caused a neighbor to call the cops. The cops entered, told St. Gabe to drop the knife he was holding on you….although he meant to only cut himself so why were you screaming? Then he turns the knife on the cops and gets tazered and you escape out the door screaming.

Yeah. I’d be in total control of what was happening too at the time. Except you left the room. So you don’t really know anything that happened after that. However, the whole thing was being taped, remember? Electronics usually don’t get all hysterical and can be relied on.

I don’t believe you’re Dani at all. Maybe Robert, I’d believe you were Bobo. Why is it no one who writes in from Gabe’s side can even remotely keep their stories straight? Bobo says he and Gabe liked to hang out, they were fishing buddies. Bobo said that, not any one here. Now “Dani” says he wasn’t in her life that much, so I guess Daddy and Gabe must have been doing that hanging out without you.

If you actually HAD contacted a lawyer, you would have told you that you had no case. See, we’re smart here. We know things like that. Most of the people here seem like good, law abiding citizens. Being threatened by cops or lawyers doesn’t exactly leave me shaking in my shoes. I imagine it may have made Max giggle a little, but I don’t him very well yet, so I may be wrong.

I’ll go out on a limb here and assume you meant respectful. Not that I expect you to know how to spell it, but if you use the term, you should know what it means. Mirriam Webster Dictionary says it means : marked by or showing respect or deference . You may be be a bit young for Aretha, but still you are old enough to know, and I’m quoting again: Respect:

Just so you know, that doesn’t include swear words, threats or bullying. There’s a big world out there, you illiterate loser, not just your little corner of self made hell. Give it a break “Dani”. There must be more than one computer available where you live, but all Gabe’s friends seem to type on the same one with the caps key broken and are only semi literate. Did the fact no one bought into the “daughter did it all” stories make you decide to play her today? I think you are just a troll who didn’t know Gabe at all, just wandering around, saying whatever you think will get anyone’s panties in a wad.
