This is 46-year-old Billy Ray Young.

Billy Ray Young is one of the many fine individuals that are members of that exclusive club known as the Mississippi Sex Offender Registry.

After a 1994 conviction for rape and carnal knowledge of a child under 14 years of age, Billy Ray got out of prison and started a new life as a member of that club.

Dorothy Champion had the pleasure of meeting with Billy Ray Young sometime in 2007. They got along well enough, as Billy Ray concentrated very hard on being especially nice to Dorothy and her family.

Billy Ray was putting his best face forward, so to speak.

This is 18-year-old Reginald Davis.

Reginald Davis is young, but he’s already a father – Reginald managed to impregnate a 15-year-old Arkansas girl back in December of 2007.

Maybe it was Reginald Davis’s Christmas present to her.

It’s hard to say.

Since turning 18, Reginald Davis has stayed out of trouble with the law, a streak which abruptly stopped on the 1st of September, 2008.

That was the day when, while visiting his baby’s momma, Reginald Davis decided that it would be a good idea to rape and beat on his 8-day-old daughter.

We’re not sure what Reginald was thinking when he did this, but we’re not sure what most of the people you’ll see on People You’ll See In Hell were thinking when they acted the way that they did.

This is 34-year-old Troy Anthony Gooch, who really prefers to go by just plain ol’ Troy Gooch.

When Troy Gooch was 19 – back in 1993 – under the cover of darkness, Troy broke into the house of a family that had a young teenage girl. After confronting the girl while carrying a knife, Troy attempted to rape the teenager.

According to the first sources that PYSIH.com checked, Troy Gooch was unsuccessful.

This is 34-year-old Raul Monroy Jr.

Raul Monroy Jr. is a registered sexual offender.

Back in 2003, Raul was charged with and convicted of a count of attempted rape. He served a few years in prison, after which he was paroled and put back on the streets in June of 2008.

On the 2nd of September, 2008, at about 30 minutes until midnight, Raul Monroy Jr. got very, very horny.

15 minutes later, Raul Monroy Jr. began to pull on the front door to the Cornerstone Broadmoor Assisted Living Residence in Wichita, Kansas. Noticing a keypad by the door, Raul began pushing keys, hoping to somehow stumble across the security code that would unlock the front door and let him in.

This is 50-year-old Carlton Wood.

During the first week of June, 2008, Carlton Wood walked into the town of Wake Forest, North Carolina.

He walked and he walked.

People finally noticed Carlton Wood walking around town and began wondering about him. In a small town like Wake Forest, a town of about 22,000 people, standing out is the last thing a pedophile such as Carlton Wood wants to do.

And yes, Carlton Wood is a pedophile. In 1986, Carlton was convicted of taking indecent liberties with a child in North Carolina. After serving a 22-month prison sentence, Carlton Wood was released and moved to Tennessee. Carlton Woods was also convicted of drunk driving in 1995, a conviction which may have helped him develop that walking habit for a while.

This is 26-year-old Terri Sullivan.

Terri Sullivan and her husband, 27-year-old Scott Sullivan, had a baby around the last week of July.

They named the baby girl Kimberly.

Kimberly Sullivan weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces when she came out of Terri Sullivan’s tummy and took her first breath of air.

She looked healthy – like a normal newborn infant – and was cleared to leave the hospital with her parents.

Terri Sullivan and Scott Sullivan took Kimberly Sullivan home to their new apartment in Tucson, Arizona and started the process of caring for the new addition to their family.

They didn’t do a very good job.

Levi Johnston lives in Wasilla, Alaska. The young man still lives with his parents while going to Wasilla High School as a Senior.

Despite his youth, Levi Johnston already has had several run-ins with the law. Alaska state troopers cited Levi on the 15th of July, 2007 for snagging a king salmon in the waters of Moose Creek – a creek which had been closed to king salmon fishing.

This flagrant display of disrespect towards the laws of the state of Alaska gives us a hint as to just how evil Levi Johnson really is, despite the fact that he somehow managed to make his $370 bail. And just how did Mr. Levi Johnston get that $370 anyways?

50-year-old Jay Allen Hench must be one hell of a guy.

After all, Jay Hench was able to put himself into position to molest a teenage boy from 1993 to 1995. It takes a real winner to do that.

When his activities were found out, Jay Allen Hench was accused of rape, but pled guilty to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse -for which he was sentenced to serve 5 to 10 in a state prison.

Now, after being released, Jay Allen Hench is yet another of those registered sexual offenders who, after serving their time for their crimes against society, are forced to report their whereabouts to the authorities. You can think of most of these people as kind of like walking landmines if you will, waiting for something to set them off.
