Just watched the "Burned" episode of L&OSVU. I would strongly encourage Yvette to sue the shit out of Palumbo, but I realize that the fact that Palumbo was allowed to retire quietly and with full pension says something about the judiciary. At the same time, the fact that Hargrave's appeals were all denied is certainly nice.

After Palumbo reinstated the protective order ex post facto, someone should have taken a rubber stamp and put "closing the barn door after the horse is already gone" all over his forehead.

Hello all,

This sick fucker deserves to have every bone in his body shattered with a hammer and then strung up upside down with his throat slit and skinned alive. I hate men who can't face rejection and then continue to stalk, damage personal property, or attempt to maim their victim.
Before I met my husband, I was in high school and dating this jerk (D. Morrison) who would lie to me all the time and do some tacky shit. He thought he was hot shit since he favored Shemar Moore and had a six pack. Around Christmastime of my senior year of high school, I decided enough was enough and I was tired of him lying and the tears he made me shed. I walked up to him and said we're through. At first I missed him, but if I ever went back to him, the problems will return. And I begin to find out he had other girls and was lying all the time. I saw him with a girl and I knew he was cheating on me. In March of 2003, I met my husband who was a year older than me and about to join the US Army. We hit it off immediatley and together we bought a 2003 Nissian Pathfinder as our wedding/going to the Army/relationship present. When my husband left for basic training at Fort Benning, GA in May, that's when the crazy in my ex decided to jump out. Somehow, he figured out that my husband had joined the Army and was trying his old games of I'm sorry, just take me back, I swear my love is true. And I told him that I am over him and I am currently engaged to a wonderful man. Not taking no for an answer, the ex decided to follow me and my girlfriends everywhere we went. He would leave roses and perfumes on my parents front door. Even after I graduated high school, he still continued to stalk me. It seems as though after I discovered I was pregnant with my first child, the stalking got worse. One sunny, warm June morning, I came outside to drive my mother to church, and all four tires of my Pathfinder were slashed. Eventually, after my three brothers threatend him and roughed him up a bit, my ex was arrested for raping one of my best friends. May he rot in hell.
Getting back to the point, Yvette Cade, you are an amazingly strong woman and I admire your strength. I hope you are healing well and find a man out there that will love you and care for you. I wish you the best.
Burn in hell Roger Hargrove, you fucking bastard! Satan has a special crevice in hell for your punk ass.

Wow. After all of that... she's still beautiful. Really. Just look at her. He ruined her skin, but he never touched her true beauty. What an amazingly strong woman. I hope she is healing, and I hope she has all of the love she deserves.

You're right Coolidge74, I should have made that an option. Polumbo is as guilty as Hargrave in this case, there's no doubt about it. Blame it on me being new to the editor's job and my lack of imagination at the time.

I've been watching your comments man, and I like your honesty and point of view. Hope you continue to come here and let us know what you're thinking.

In the ' Deserve Hell ' column, you should have put in Richard A. Palumbo too. Hargrave and Palumbo deserve hell together but that's just my opinion.

(Writer’s note: Had the people in the store stepped in and tried to help it might have gone a little better for Ms. Cade)

Excuse me,but I saw the video, and they didn't have TIME to respond to what was happening. Not to mention they could have become victims themselves,as obviously the man was hell bent on revenge. They did however, put the fire out,or it may have been much worse.Ms Cade is lucky to have been in the presence of such brave and unselfish people.
On another note, that Judge Polumbo should have his pension revoked.Sounds to me like he was a woman hater. But that's another subject!
