To bear witness to how these poor souls met their demise, so that while their death is no less tragic perhaps they dont have to feel as though they have died completely alone-without anyone knowing what happened...I am sure some could argue that its for for the 'morbid curiosity', but moreover, I feel our society is becoming so pussified that almost everything is censored and buttered up by NEWSCORP. that we live in this little bubble. if we were in Iran or Palestine or something kids see death there from a young age and its not hidden from them. They see it for what it is-violent and gruesome and perhaps in some ways that could take away the "video game" mentality of gore I think we have in the west. I watch these things to know what reality is. Fucked up indeed. I can agree with the post that says to remove it b/c what if was your family member online, but I say leave these videos up as a possible deterent to other would be "thrill kill seekers." Also the more we keep our heads in the sand and pretend there isnt true evil in the world how can we expect to protect ourselves?
