Exactly. People like 'White Male' will make anything racial. Vincent Brothers is evil for doing this, and he's getting what he deserves, but what about all the WHITE MEN that murder in cold blood? How about Scott Peterson? Charles Manson? As a matter of fact, 68% of serial killers in good ol' Uh-merica are white. And most of them are highly educated, including Vincent Brothers. So, what were you saying about the ghetto, you racist pr**k?

YES HE DESERVES DEATH BUT NOT BY LETHAL INJECTION BUT SOME OTHER WAY THAT IS MORE "PAINFUL" LIKE DEATH BY BOILING--which is a method of execution in which a person is killed by being immersed in a boiling liquid such as water or oil.
For the last time, I’m going to explain why Vincent Brothers is guilty as home-made sin and deserved his death sentence.'
You seem to have some personal involvement in this case as you've been arguing the prosecution case since 2009 and beyond.

Yeah, I hate baby killers, and I hate people who make excuses for evil, despicable men - like you for instance.
Vincent had plenty of time to drive the 5300 mile round trip from Ohio to Bakersfield, CA. All the witnesses who said they saw him on the weekend of the murders in Ohio eventually either admitted they were lying or changed their story. His brother Melvin admitted he signed for Vincent’s credit card after the family lunch Friday, and for purchases made with Vincent’s card during the weekend – He also admitted using Vincent’s cell phone while Vincent was in CA killing his entire family. He was on his own from early Thursday morning to late Monday, almost midnight. Melvin testified to this at Vincent’s trial. He would only have to average 60 to 65 mph to make the trip.[/cite]

Melvin changed his story. So Melvin = "all the witnesses" ; It also stands that that Melvin was threatened by the police as seen clearly on the interview video.

Don't be stupid - you know the rest of the family also wouldn't swear they saw Vincent in Ohio during the weekend in question after the cops began showing them evidence that he was on his wasn't there. The jury saw those same interview tapes, and they had a different read than you did, plus they got to see Melvin testify to those same things in the courtroom

It's not possible to drive across the country in two-three days.

It is possible - I just proved above it with the math
The rental car company employees did not write down random numbers, they asked the renters what the mileage was at checkout, and Vincent’s mileage was in agreement with the next three people who rented the car (plus their mileage, of course). Did 3 strangers – people who didn’t know Vincent or each other, lie about the mileage of the rental car? I think not.
Was it? The car dealer mentioned they didn't take exact mileage. in any case Vincent didn't just drive around Ohio he drove to North Carolina and back (about 1200 miles) down to Missouri -- however much that is.. That would explain the high mileage.

5300 miles of random driving? Are you serious? I'm aware of the trip to North Carolina, to his mother's house. It's included in the 5300 miles - your scenario doesn't come close to explaining all of the 5300 extra miles on his rental car
The bugs in the grill were only native to states in the Rocky Mountains. The possibility of finding them in Ohio was based on someone taking a bunch of that species and physically transporting them to Ohio. They are NOT native to the Midwest.
The bugs are irrelevant. Vincent is not the only person who drove that car.

Yeah, they're irrelevant, because you can't explain them. Again, the other three people who rented that car didn't go anywhere near the Rocky mountains - Only Vincent had a reason for that.
There may not be proof that he was at the actual crime scene, but he was seen by at least three different witnesses near his house very close to the time the prosecution says the murders took place.
You claim there were witnesses. How about backing that up?

Check the trail transcript - there are witnesses who testified to that fact.
Ah, and the accident. None of the witnesses were able to pick out Vincent’s picture when shown it. The man who admitted to being the driver reported that he was threatened with physical harm if he reported the accident.
Are people supposed to vividly recall the face of strangers who get into minor accidents on the road? No evidence besides the so called driver's statement was presented. How about some proof that he owned such a car, etc?

so what you're saying is there's no proof Vincent was involved in the accident in Ohio either - am I right? I mean you can't have it both ways
I guess that’s everything, and what it adds up to is a strong circumstantial case – so strong that Vincent Brothers was sentenced to death.
Nope.. No murder weapon, no motive, no witnesses to testify to his presence in California around the time of murder (other than in your head) -- just a few lies which don't add up to murder. Casey Anthony got away with much more.

That's your opinion - mine is based on fact, yours is based on God knows what.

Tell me why Vincent's younger brother, the one person that Vincent says was with him the entire weekend and can swear to it, ended up not testifying at the last minute. If the jury believes this guy, Vincent walks - what reason would he have for not testifying? An attack of conscience perhaps? There's your smoking gun, smart ass.

When are you assholes going to learn - the truth is what it is. It can't be manipulated, changed, or "reassessed". It's just the truth. So you guys keep coming at me with your bullshit theories, full of half truths and handpicked evidence, designed to prove your point, while my reply is always consistently the same facts, the same evidence, the same people making the same stupid mistakes. It's boring as hell for me, but it must be frustrating as hell for you.

Max -- is not obsessed with this case. Have you noticed that this is simply a single page, a single story, on what is a GIGANTIC website? Max is the editor of the website. 1+1=2

Circumstantial evidence is evidence, and the prosecutions case was strong enough get a conviction. Occam's Razor is a very useful tool, especially when there's this much circumstantial evidence. There's an OVERWHELMING amount of circumstantial evidence, far too much to attribute to mere 'circumstance' when taken as a whole. He's guilty. He was judged guilty by a jury of his peers. That means he's NOT innocent.
