She had bruises and a black eye. She was in shock for days. She stated that she tried to protect Zoe from Lamar. I believe Heather was also repeatedly beaten by Lamar. Dana encouraged Lamar to live with her to 'help out', Dana should have been charged. Dana is the one who is ultimately responsible for Zoe's death. This was unbelievable, Child protective services was called NUMEROUS times during the year before this happened in regards to the unsafe situation Heather, Zoe and the twin's were in however, nothing was done.
