Yusuf Evans
Yusuf Evans was the proper host, when a cousin came from out of town, he took the time to ensure they (they have not specified the cousins gender yet) had clean towels and sheets, more than comfortable accommodations and even played chauffeur to them during their stay. Yusuf Evans felt the need to go even further than the typical host, he wanted to make the experience memorable for his cousin, so he lined up evening entertainment for them also.
The evening started out with Yusuf playing chauffeur driving his cousin and friend to a local restaurant for dinner and drinks, then over to the XTC Strip Club on Britain Road in Akron. From there, it was only right that Yusuf Evans also introduce his cousin to the Akron General Hospital’s Emergency Room.
Okay, how do you go from the strip club to the emergency room? I’m sure all of you are wondering about this little question too. Only Yusuf Evans could possibly make a night with strippers this entertaining. It appears that once Yusuf Evans, his guest and a local friend arrived at the XTC Strip Club on Britain Road in Akron, they took up front row seats at the stage where a local young lady, Tiara, was performing her most recent show. Dressed as I’m sure all Strip Club Dancers are, Tiara’s routine required her to do a high kick, removing from her body one of the last items of clothing she was wearing, a high healed (platform style) shoe.
Now most of us would be thrilled to get a piece of a strippers clothing, after all, she has to talk to us then to get it back, and usually manages to charge us for returning it to her. Only Yusuf Evans decided that catching the shoe with his hands would do nothing for Tiara’s performance, so he instead decided to catch the sole of the shoe with his nose.
This is how Yusuf Evans ended the tour of Akron, Ohio for his guest with a visit to the Akron General Hospital Emergency room. Now, for most of us the story would end here with us getting our nose x-rayed and bandaged. But not for Yusuf Evans, he has hired local attorney John Brooks Cameron (click here to see his site) to file a lawsuit in the Summit County Common Pleas Court for $25,000.00 stating that his nostril intermittently clogs due to a chipped bone that must be corrected with surgery. Interestingly enough, he also states in the lawsuit that this was his first time ever attending a strip club. Not to sure about that one. The lawsuit contends that the club required Tiara to wear improper attire that created an unsafe environment.
Wait, it’s a NUDE STRIP CLUB, what are they supposed to wear that would be considered safe? Maybe a pair of hiking boots with a garter and boot straps would have made Yusuf Evans feel more safe. Quite possibly, not sitting front row, leaning on the stage, may have resulted in Yusuf not getting hit with the flying shoe.
We have no word yet on if Tiara and the shoe are alright, though we will keep you updated on this important part of the story once it is known. But it may help Tiara’s emotional well being if we could locate a picture of Yusuf Evans so other Performers could view it and verify how often he actually does attend strip clubs.
So who deserves Hell?
Yusuf Evans for a blatantly obvious lie in being his first trip to a “strip club,” destroying his visitors evening with the trip to the ER and wasting our time and money on a ridiculous lawsuit?
John Brooks Cameron for being so greedy as to bypass charging Yusuf Evans for a 1 hour consultation and then kicking him out of his office, instead taking a large percentage of a ridiculous lawsuit that fully wastes the time and resources of the Summit County Common Please Court which could be spent much more wisely?
Both of them, just because they’re idiots?

I read about this a while back…. and I had just stopped laughing a minute before I read it again here. It is inconcieveable to me how anyone who hadn’t been to a strip club would know what was or wasn’t safe there, and for goodness sake what a class D pussy to even think of suing, let alone take on a case for said pussy.
Aren’t like, 80% of lawsuits fairly frivolous anyway?

I don’t think this is at all hell worthy. He didn’t rape or murder or abuse anyone. He’s filing a stupid law suit that won’t go anywhere, and the stripper meanwhile is probably enjoying the publicity and notoriety. But it was an amusing story, though.

Any reports on how the shoe is holding up? As you all know i am kinda ( ok, not kinda…AM) addicted to shoes, and was horrified to hear that a family member of one of my favourite accsessories had to go through such a traumatic ordeal.

I heard a rumour that it is suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and is in talks with its lawyer to sue for compensation. The good news is that it has been reunited with its twin and with this support and on going therapy ( preferably retail therapy) will make a compleate recovery.
In cases like this, it’s always the shoes that suffer the most, and frankly I’m damned tired of it.

I have few, but they are only worn on ‘naughty nights’ with hubby. And they dont stay on long enough to get uncomfortable. But when it comes to everday underwear, i favour the ‘boy leg’ variety. Very comfy:)

Nothing wrong with the lawsuit. Given the money grubbing nature of the US health care system, $25,000 seems about right to cover both the original emergency room visit, and any subsequent surgery. It’s not like he’s claiming “pain and suffering” and asking for millions.
Regardless of whether or not he lied about ever going to a strip club before, the fact is no one expects a shoe to come flying off. I have never seen a stripper remove her shoes, so I certainly wouldn’t be ready for one to come flying across the stage.
You obviously aren’t familiar with our Court Systems then Steve… Filing in the Common Please Court (where he has) basically places no maximum dollar limit on the case, 25k is simply a number because they have to choose something.
Now in the video I noted that Yusuf Evans stated he really doesn’t surgery “…so we’ll see what happens…” meaning he’s probably not going to get the surgery, just take the cash and run. The video has him standing in the middle of the street in what appears to be “his” neighborhood since we can’t see the strip club anywhere in the video that he’s in… Though they do have some nice shots of the strip club too…
There is something wrong with the lawsuit – and probably with going to the hospital.
I don’t know the extent of the injury, but I don’t imagine it could be that bad.
Shit happens – don’t waste a hospital’s time or the court’s time. Pull yourself up by you’re bootstraps and get on with your life.

Maybe not this incident, but if this story exemplifies Yusef’s overall personality then he is basically a greedy liar. While most men will lie about the strip club ( I would too!), since it’s winter here in CT, my injuries would be blamed on some ice somewhere……
Looks like breasts are going to have to have warnings tattooed on them soon……
While Yusef may not be hell bound, this story and some of the other stories cited state clearly why we, as a society are headed to hell in a hand basket!
You have to check out the video. Yusef isn’t exactly your suit and tie, Sunday go to church looking fella. Not that his appearance proves anything, but I know if I know I’m doing an interview that thousands, if not 100′s of thousands of people are going to see, I would probably try and dress a little better than Yusef did.

well I cant say that Mr. Evans is the brightest bulb in the bunch, but knowing John Cameron personally, I can honestly state that if he thought there was a damn good reason for pursuing this case then I am with him. Mr. Cameron is not greedy and we may not know all of the story, so all I can say is Cameron knows what he is doing and he’ll more than likely win this case..
