We have long memories and tend to avenge atrocities like the ones these two criminals have perpetrated on their community, the juvenile justice system and these children. It is time to make an example of these two when they get out of prison. In the mean time, everyone involved in this scheme should go to prison, all personal and real property confiscated, including the two private correctional facilities involved, and should be sold at auction. The proceeds should be put into a special reparations fund to pay damages to the victims of these two judges. In additions, a class action lawsuit should be filed against the counties that these assholes worked for. Ciavarella and Conahan should also be made aware that there may be an additional price to pay once they are released from prison. Someong from Penn. shuld organize a welcoming committee upon their release. I love to see retribution in cases like this.

Do these 2 scumbags deserve hell? In my opinion yes, they do deserve to spend eternity burning in a lake of brimstone and fire. While they’re still on earth? Yes being locked up with Budda without lubrication is a start. Now that these lower than pond scum criminals are where they belong, in prison, where they sent so many innocent teenagers for years, they better get use to bending over and taking up the ass like prison bitches do. Actually, nothing you could do to these pieces of shit will ever equal the utter destruction and injustice they did to those children and their families.

Theres more to it then whats being said here. If these kids offenses were no big deal then they would have been handled in the magistrates office not the juvenile courts. Fact of the matter is these kids did something illegal and they SHOULD be locked up maybe they will think twice b4 doin it again. And Civarella wasnt even charged with taking any money for locking up kids. It wasnt even brought up at the trial. You know damn well if the feds wouild have been able to prove it, they would have hit them with it. its all a big thing to hype it up. Yeah he did things wrong, tax evation and shit like that but i dont think he took any money for locking uo any kid or the feds would have been all over it at the trial.

I hope these bastards meet up with some of these kids relatives incarcerated. Do they have children?? How could you sleep at night knowing you were getting kickbacks from extreme sentences of youths. I think the justice system is a joke anyway and judges think they are above the public and this just re-affirms that!

When a person is a traitor to their country, they get the death penalty for treason, no questions asked. When these pathetic excuses for men commit reverse treason, where the government betrays its own people, shouldnt they get the same? How is this democracy when the poor and middle class have no power, when their relation to the government is paying taxes that get shoved up the rich CEO’s asses. THis is NOT democracy, this is aristocracy. 1% of the population own 99% of the nations wealth, compared to 2006 when it was 20% holding 80%. When the economy is set up for success, capitalism can work to allow increased industrial growth, but now, all we get is a ressession and reverse treason. We NEED democracy, and this is a perfect example why!
