WalMart Rapist Gets 35 Years In Plea Deal
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — An Orange County man accepted a plea deal on Friday in the rape of a woman inside her car at a Wal-Mart parking lot last year.
David Welker, 25, will spend 35 years in prison and have 10 years of supervised probation.
Welker agreed to a plea deal after initially denying involvement in the April attack.
Investigators said Welker ambushed the woman, forced her to drive to the back of the store and raped her repeatedly as he pointed a gun at her baby in the back seat.
“The person I met I don’t feel is capable of doing that at all because he was so sweet and gentle,” said Meghan Mathis, Welker’s ex-girlfriend. “I don’t want to, but the evidence is there.”
Investigators said a sweatshirt Welker was seen wearing in photos taken at a money machine where he used the victim’s ATM card was found at his home.
A spokesperson with the state attorney’s office said prosecutors were satisfied with the deal.
And so ends the sag of David Welker, the guy with the thirteen page rap sheet who’s friends couldn’t believe he’d commit any crime at all. Now he’s a convicted rapist, and they’re all convicted fools and jackasses. There’s a lesson here, and it’s to be careful who you hitch your wagon to, because you could end up looking even stupider than they people that supported David Welker.

He may even had been the “life of he party” because he was buying drinks for everyone with someone else’s money – so he may have appeared to be nice, but he was not giving of himself, so it was no big deal from him to appear nice as it was costing other people, not him!
Also some of his female friend thought he was a nice guy as oppsed to the usual pig that most guys are….. Unlike most guys who will take such matters in their own hands, he demanded that strangers take care of his needs….
So yes he is nice to certain people because he is able to be nasty to others……
Yeah. It’s those “nice guys” who are usually the weirdos. This douche gets what he deserves in the end, and I hope you, like I, take solice in the fact that he will be someone’s bitch in prison. He will probably have his property jacked and get his ass kicked ona regular basis. At least you can rely on those staples within our prison system because you cannot count on a speedy trial and conviction, that is for certain.

I don’t think this person went out and did this as a planned act. The story on the news makes you think that, but I don’t believe it. I am not saying what he did is not wrong, please don’t think that. I just don’t like the fact he got so much time in jail for this.
