George Wood Pigman IV
This is twenty-seven year old George Wood Pigman IV. George comes from a well-educated upper middle class family from Pasadena, California. Both of George’s parents are college professors. His mother taught at Pasadena City College and his father currently holds a position at the prestigious Cal Tech University. George entered Pasadena City College in 2001 as a Journalism major.
Unlike his parents, George was not much of a student, apparently, because four years later in 2004, he was still attending classes at the junior college with no sign of an Associates Degree. George’s friends from high school recall him as being a “risk taker” who enjoyed using illegal drugs such as hallucinogenic mushrooms and methamphetamine. George had better things to do then to study, obviously.
According to court records, George had a minor run-in with the law when he was busted for petty theft and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. George was known to steal from friends and family to support his drug habit. George did not seem to mind or care that he had a pattern of systematically fucking off every good opportunity which he had been handed ex nihlo. Puttering through life, George was quickly becoming a drug addicted, uneducated, loser.
Enter Eimi Yamada, a twenty one year old foreign exchange student from Japan. Eimi had moved to the the United States to study at the Pasadena Poly Language Institute. Eimi decided to take some ESL classes at Pasadena City College and that is where she met George, the “Big Man On Campus”. George and Eimi hit it off, and I suspect that this was solely due to the fact that many things are “lost in translation”.
George was eventually expelled from Pasadena City College in Spring of 2004 when he failed to attend a disciplinary hearing pertaining to an alcohol violation which he had incurred on the campus. Eimi continued to take classes at the Poly Language Institute and attend ESL courses at night. Boyfriend George stole from Eimi on a regular basis to buy drugs and admitted to cheating on her multiple times. I am certain that the two argued frequently in regard to George’s shortcomings as I am positive that they became increasingly more evident to Eimi as time went on.
On the date of May 6th, 2005, George was hanging out with a friend when he asked to borrow a cell phone to place a call to Eimi. George’s friend testified in court that he heard George arguing with Eimi over the phone. Enraged, George hung up the phone and told his friend that Eimi wanted to end their relationship.
The two must have made up quickly because the following day, May 7th,, George joined Eimi at her rented apartment in San Gabriel. The two spent the day with one of Eimi’s close friends. The friend would later testify that George continued to excuse himself on numerous occasions to go outside and “get high”. However, the friend did not notice anything out of the ordinary.
According to court documentation, after Eimi’s friend left the house, Eimi and George had consensual sex. No reports thus far indicate if George ejaculated prematurely but I speculate that this was also a regular occurrence for the couple. Ha Ha.
Several hours later, Eimi’s downstairs neighbor was awakened to the couple arguing very loudly. George was heard yelling while Eimi was heard “begging, pleading, and crying”. The neighbor testified that she heard Eimi call for help. A loud and heavy thumping noise quickly followed those cries. Then silence. The neighbor contacted the police.
When police arrived to the apartment, they saw a trail of blood which was coming from the bathroom. In the bathroom, police found Eimi dead, lying on the floor naked, bloodied, and battered. She had what appeared to be multiple stab wounds. A few feet away from Eimi’s body, a pair of blood stained salad tongs were observed.
Coroners would later confirm that Eimi was beaten by George and then stabbed to death with the salad tongs. George would eventually write out the details of the murder in a journal which was confiscated from his cell in Twin Towers.
“I tried to choke her. She was yelling and kicking and not dying….I had to kill her. I looked around for a knife or something. I picked up a pair of semi-sharp salad tongs. I chased her into the bathroom. I started stabbing.”
As the police discovered Eimi’s body, a neighbor about one block away from the apartment complex also contacted police, concerned that someone was on his roof trying to break into his home. Police were dispatched to the residence and they immediately noticed George Wood Pigman IV, on the roof top. The responding Officer reported that George was naked and pacing back and forth. He was making noises, but not speaking coherent words. George’s hands were covered in Eimi’s blood and he was playing with his genitals.
Officers then saw the bloody trail which led all the way from the neighbors roof top back to Eimi’s apartment bathroom. When the trail of blood was followed back to the apartment, police discovered identification belonging to George. George was swiftly arrested. He was transported to a nearby hospital for observation. A short while later, George was released from the hospital and transported by Deputy Sheriffs to the infamous Twin Towers prison located in Los Angeles. While riding in the vehicle, George made this statement to the Deputy:
“You know, I shouldn’t be telling you this, but the only way to fight this is temporary insanity.”
And then it was “show time”. From the first moment that George stepped foot into the Twin Towers facility, he did everything in his power to convince professionals that he was insane. First, George acted up by taking his clothes off and sitting in his jail cell naked. When that did not get him the attention he wanted, he started spitting on Officers. George then started to act out aggressively and display inappropriate sexual behaviors.
Eventually, George was deemed a “threat to himself and others” and was transferred to the mental health unit for an evaluation. The Nurse who completed the intake with George noted in her patient logs that his behavior seemed “over the top”. She further commented that George seemed to be purposefully answering questions as illogically as possible. Basically, staff suspected that George was faking mental illness. This is a common incidence in criminal cases. The faking of symptoms for purposes of a known gain is called “Malingering” which is a legal term.
George knew from the very beginning that to get a lesser sentence in a mental institution instead of an actual prison, he would have to claim “temporary insanity”. This time around, he was not all that convincing and as a result, he was released back into general population.
George knew he had to put on the performance of his life if he was going to get that mental health diagnosis which he so desperately needed. Without a diagnosis, George knew that he could not claim temporary insanity and that he would be facing twenty five years to life in prison. In Los Angeles. In general population. George knew he was going to be chewed up and spit out. He knew he would be someone’s bitch. He needed to convince staff that he was really insane.
George began displaying textbook examples of “delusions of grandeur”. George started to make outlandish statements, claiming to have ongoing communication with George W. Bush and rapper, 50 Cent. George made absurd proclamations, insisting that he was God and that the world was coming to an end, and only he could stop that from happening. He continued to have outbursts and behave in an aggressive and sexually inappropriate manner.
George was sent back to the mental health unit for further evaluation. Instead of emerging with well-deserved Oscar, George came out with a Golden Ticket. The coveted diagnosis of Bipolar I with Psychotic Episodes. Bravo, George, Bravo.
Once he received his diagnosis, George’s defense attorneys quickly went to work. George entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity on October 2nd, 2006. George’s defense team initially pushed that the charges be reduced from murder in the first degree to involuntary manslaughter due to George’s “impaired mental state”. After much delay, the case finally went to trial in 2009.
On February 19th 2009, Los Angeles Deputy D.A. Sullivan, in closing arguments, reminded Jurors that George’s mental health had never been called into question until after his actual arrest. She stated that “The only evidence you have of that (insanity) comes from after the crime maybe something changed after he entered men’s jail, but it wasn’t that way when he killed Eimi.”
The Jurors first deliberated on the charges against George. On February 23rd the Jury determined that he was guilty of first degree murder. As the verdict was read, George sat motionless. The same Jury then reconvened on that same day to determine if George was insane at the time of the murder. On March 6th, 2009, The Jury determined that he was insane at the time that he killed Eimi Yamada. That’s right people, those 12 jackasses swallowed Pigman’s bullshit story hook, line and sinker. George would face the Judge at a later date for sentencing purposes. He is expected to be sentenced to a state mental hospital when he returns to court March 30
So Georgie played his little game, and the Jury fell for it. George Wood Pigman IV never had the odds stacked against him. He was not mentally ill. He came from a good family who supported him and encouraged education, which he screwed off in exchange for partying. George Wood Pigman IV is a cowardly, selfish, drug addicted, greedy, thieving, cheating, lying little bastard.
The way I see it is that there was only one actual factor which George did have against him from the get go. And that was his jacked up birth name. I am sure that it provided his classmates in grammar school with several hours of entertainment at his expense. PIG-MAN. That is one fucked up name. And his middle name is “Wood”, too. Ha Ha..
But if we’re lucky George, you’ll have to roast in the afterlife. So, roast little piggy, roast. Roast for murdering a young girl who had her whole life ahead of her. Roast for your crappy little rouse of mental illness in a pathetic attempt to skirt murder a charges and prison time. And please, let me be the first to congratulate you by shoving that proverbial apple into your lying mouth.
