UPDATE: Ryan Bois Guilty Of The Rape And Murder Of His 6-Year-Old Cousin
MURDERER SENTENCED TO LIFE IN PRISON

Ryan “Booda” Bois was found guilty today of the “violent, selfish” murder and rape of his 6-year-old cousin in the summer of 2007 and was sentenced to two life terms in prison without parole.
Bois was found guilty on 10 of 13 counts, including two counts of rape and one count each of kidnapping and home invasion, in the heartless abduction and murder of little Joanna Mullin.
Judge Janet Sanders said this case is “the worst” she has handled in her 14 years on the bench.
An impact statement from Joanna’s parents read to the court by an aunt left many in tears.
“Because of your violent, selfish acts, our lives have been shattered. Our little Joanna was kind, caring, gentle, loving, funny, truly all things good,” read Janet Mullen Saucedo, standing in for Jerome and Heather Mullin. The grief-stricken parents attended the opening 
day of the trial in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham, but did not return.
“She loved her little brother so much and would have been ecstatic to have a new little baby sister. Our son Jeffrey . . . misses her terribly and cannot understand why his best friend in the whole world is no longer here. And our son James will never have any memories of Joanna . . . Jayne will never know the amazing big sister she has. We’ll never get to watch her grow and make milestones.
“She would be making her First Communion this year. She never even had a full day of school. She was so excited to be going into first grade. But instead of going school shopping, we were shopping for her coffin,” the aunt stated.
Prosecutors said the bruised and bloodied nude body of Joanna, wrapped in a fitted sheet and comforter, was stuffed between the front and back seats of her grandmother Arlene White’s stolen Ford Explorer on Aug. 4, 2007, when police pulled over Bois, allegedly for leading them on a high-speed chase through Weymouth, Braintree and Quincy.
Upon his arrest, Bois, accused of packing an 8-inch knife and a packet of heroin, allegedly told Weymouth police officer Edward Hancock, “Shoot me. I’m a loser. You don’t even know.”
Joanna was sleeping over at her grandmother’s house in East Weymouth when Bois broke in through a screen window, raped the child and strangled her, prosecutors said.
Bois’ defense attorney Beverly Cannone argued her client was not criminally responsible because of a mental illness. The jury, which deliberated for half a day yesterday and half a day today, disagreed. The jury was made up of nine women and three men.

Man, that prosecuter did an excellent job of picking that jury. That poor, beautiful little girl. I agree that I am glad that the police did not shoot him. He needs to suffer for what he did. Death would have been too easy for him.
Oh yeah- I am thrilled that the had to publicly face up to what he did, and didn’t get to take the easy way out. I hope it was humiliating to be the subject of so much ridicule. But now- I hope he gets shanked.

Myself I choose paraordinance for my 1911 frame needs. Staggared magizines against the stacked mags. I would rather have those 5 rounds more.
Anyway your idea is simple yet not very well thought out. Please go in to more detial as to how you would secure those to be “punished” What kind of rounds would you use? Would you use store bought or would you hand load?
You see I refuse to use any firearms when punishing. I would rather use a rusty razor, hammer, drill. amonia, salt water, branding irons, cork screws. Much more personal. Plus the fact you can reduse the toughest ol boys to wimpering globs of bloody meat.
Doing so requires patience and skills. One must enjoy one’s work. One must understand the human body and who to inflict as much pain without injuring too much.

I say greet him with a train of 30 or so in the morning, followed by him forced to dance naked on the tables at lunch, and then tucked in for the night with a blanket party.
After that make sure he is never out of the infirmary for more than 2 days and start it again.

I know of a guy that was in less than a year, and came out permanantly crippled and almost a vegetable. Guess it pissed some people off that he tried to kill my friends 6 y/o and 17 y/o daughters.
