Server Issues
We’re having some issues with our server. It appears that PYSIH is, once again, too sexy for it’s hardware.
We expect the problem to be resolved soon, because we’re throwing money at the problem.
Every dollar we bring in, through advertising or donations or by you supporting our sponsors, goes to paying the hosting bill and keeping the lights on. Usually it is not enough, but I don’t mind paying a bit out of pocket to keep PYSIH.com up and running.

Good to be back, but the thanks should go to admin. Server issues are his domain, I am but his humble servant.

We were on a shared host for the longest time. Then we went over to a VPS and just yesterday went to a dedicated server.
Very nice, did you guys go with a Linux server? I hope I am not alone in wanting more details, its kinda of interesting hehe =D
My website is also on a dedicated server, but I am sure does not get nearly as much traffic as this one.
I am also happy to know that the issue wasnt my computer. A big thank you to admin for forking out money to keep this site up.

I’m glad everything is up and running now. Im kind of addicted to this place. It holds a warm place in my heart–I think I went into withdrawal on the days it was down. (sad huh, well those are the joys of being a housewife.)
My husband was thinking you were on the server in Houston that got taken over by the FBI because of some other site sharing the server ( I dont know the details of the fiasco), but anyways then he yelled at me for sending money–not to the site per se, and I only heard a few parts of his rant ( I learned how to tune him out) but something about the FBI and them thinking we contribute to questionable goings-on.
Hes fine now, and I got a good laugh about his paranoid tirade.
Anyways, the point of my blabber–I’m glad everything is fixed.

Good dedicated servers aren’t cheap, so I hope everyone starts clicking on those ads.
Sure, there’s dedicated servers for under $70 a month, but in many cases they are unoptimized software running on already obsolete hardware.
