The person is asked a series of question like name, address, occupation then is asked detials in to the crime itself. Just like the old lie dector tests the first set of questions are to establish a standard in heart rate, voice influction and general body reaction. The problem with this is the ACLU and the gutless politicians. You see the ACLU is not interested in punishing anyone and neither are 99.9% of the politicians.
