This is Cheyenne Cherry, and before you go crazy, she’s only 17 years old, and a minor facing only a small amount of jail time, maybe only some probation.
The second picture is Cheyenne’s former roommate’s kitten, Tiger Lily.
Tiger Lily was minding her own business, probably sitting in the window, on a small cushion, watching the people out her owner, Valerie Hernandez’s, window. Kittens don’t need much, they sleep most of the day, can rarely finish an entire can of wet cat food in a week, and often they’re litter box trained from day one, so only a few small messes to clean up. Tiger Lily looks like one of the good ones. No alley cat here, you can see several years of love and affection from this cat to any human who provides her a bit of care and attention.
Cheyenne Cherry decided that was not cool. She doesn’t like cats, she doesn’t like her former roommate. She and her friends broke into the apartment, trashed the place and decided that they were going to cook this kitten in a stove. They fled the apartment with DVDs and containers of noodles as their only schwag, and Cheyenne had this to say for herself and her friends actions, “(we) thought we would play a joke on Valerie and mess up her apartment.”
Ha, Ha, let me tell you, I’ve seen some great jokes, but putting a live Kitten into a stove and then turning it on, as you rush out after robbing and trashing my place has got to be one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard. Wait. No, I think that’s just about the sort of thing that would send me into a murderous rage where I begin yelling profanity from the roof top just before I throw the “jokester” off the building and decide to follow him/her down.
No, no, animals are not worth the same as people, sometimes they’re worth more, and it takes one of these acts of cruelty to prove it. There are therapy animals that help kids and adults survive chemo, there are cats that help old folks while the years away after the loss of their life partner, but then there are cats that die on the front lines of the human war against monsters. They throw the trip wire with their lives and identify people who are far too likely to kill other human beings.
She’s a minor, and maybe some day she’ll grow up, but today she’s also a criminal who has confessed to killing a cat in one of the most brutal ways, and all she has to say for herself is:
“I hate cats.”

Editor’s Note: Cheyenne Cherry is a real comedian. Last year she, along with her boyfriend, snatched a Teacup Yorkie from a woman in a Bronx park last June after holding a BB gun to her forehead. They then sent friends to return the dog days later when a 500 dollar reward was offered by the owner, Johan Castro. She also robbed a man of his Ipod at gunpoint.
In both instances, when she was arrested, she told the police, “It was just a joke.”

I wondering what it’s going to take before someone puts this spoiled little bitch in jail. Each time she’s been charged with a crime, and some of those crimes have been pretty serious, she’s gotten probation. Now she’s taken a life, albeit an animal’s life, but still a life. Thanks for the reformat and the publish Max. I had found the Yorkie stuff, but couldn’t get a complete copy of her actual Rap sheet from any public source because she’s 17–I hope to have her arrest record for this crime in a Fax and will try to add it as a document when I get a chance. All I know for sure about her other crimes are that she’s on probation and that if you’re a police officer who has her in custody you can call her probation officer for more information.

Well, since nobody else seems to want to say it, this ‘person’ (she certainly is neither a child nor a woman, and it’s iffy if she is even a person) is a certifiable cunt.
She didn’t just put a kitten in a HOT oven to die- she put it in and THEN turned on the heat. Just to make the funny last longer, I guess.
With a little slap on the wrist she should be free to go about her business of assaulting people, doing armed robbery, and continuing her passion of torturing small innocent animals soon.
Oh- and getting knocked up and pumping out a few children she can abuse when she’s bored with all that other fun stuff.
What would be really funny would be if she got a life sentence and the judge just shrugged and said ‘It was a joke- I thought it was funny’.
This person has no chance of being a worthwhile person- she has already chosen not to- and by virtue of that choice should be tried as an adult. I’d like to complain about lax animal abuse laws, but jeez, if she can’t even get a sentence for assaulting people, robbing them, stealing their pets- how’s an animal cruelty case going to stick?

I used to work the caster in a steel mill when I was in College Alanna, and I’m thinking that might be a suitable punishment you have in mind there for Cheyenne. We take her into the furnace and begin to whip her ass as she BAKES to death herself.
Actually, this is a possibility, since they have special suits that workers can wear into the furnaces for about 20 minutes, thus she could be whipped and baked all at once.

Thanks to this story I got the hubby down to the pet shelter… they had so many kitten and so many cats right now… because this area doesn’t believe in spaying and neutering apparently. Anyway they had SO many kittens they had a 2 for 1 special. Like hamburgers!!!!!
No calling the landlord, nothing. My husband signed the paperwork, gave them 25 dollars for two new kittens…
And suddenly I have a (very clean) cat house! /sigh
Max, you know I’m not a fan of cats, and now I’m a bit overcrowded and feeling like my face is itching… and my grown cats are… well let’s just say they aren’t yet fans. LOL
But I felt so bad after what this WHORE did and I know that I can give them better care than most of the people who might *think* about adopting them, and I know they’ll never end up getting beaten, abused or cooked in an oven…
So yeah if anyone has the inkling or the room, the shelters are overloaded, people are dropping off their pets every single day and freaks like that dog killer or this bitch might get ahold of them even if the shelter doesn’t kill them. so I hate to preach but if you can, think about hitting up the shelter.
Alanna…..You and your hubby are really great people for taking in 2 more kittens. I just recently got a cat (kitten who is now a lot bigger, still cute, but feisty & sneaky as hell) that my husband found while he was working in a job site down in Texas on. He actually took the kitten back to the apartment he was staying at with his co-workers and kept it with him until he could bring him home. We live in Florida and he drove over 12 hours with the kitten in the car with him. Well, the kitty cat had an accident several times on such a long trip even though my husband had set up his litter box. My hubby didn’t get angry….he would just pull over to a rest area, clean up the car, and wash the kitty off. The only reason the poor kitten kept having accidents was because he was nervous to his stomach because of riding in the car. Because the kitten had several accidents, the car didn’t smell so hot when my husband got home. Personally, I didn’t think I was ever going to get the smell out. Thankfully, we own 4 vehicles, so we were able to get this one cleaned out.
Well, now the funny thing is that my husband is currently working on a jobsite in Louisiana. He found a beagle that came up to him two nights ago while he was eating. (He said he had seen the beagle a couple of times before from a distance & he thinks it may live in the neighborhood nearby the jobsite, but it’s most likely a stray) He fed the beagle and noticed that it had a slight limp. He tried to get the beagle to let him pet it, but it was too jumpy & ran off. My husband called me yesterday & asked if I would let him bring it to me if he could get the beagle’s trust. I am a sucker for animals…..so of course I said yes. This is not going to be an easy thing to deal with because I already have 4 dogs, 1 cat, & two turtles that are growing like mad!! Another thing is my mother-in-law is moving in with us when her house in Georgia sells & she is bringing her cat. My husband told me that she is going to probably go adopt 2 more this weekend. I told him that if she gets the cats & he brings me the beagle, that we are going to have to stop taking in anymore animals because that will be 5 dogs, 4 cats, & 2 turtles. I would love to have more, but I want to wait until we move into a house with a larger yard that has a couple of acres.
Anyway, sorry this was such a long & boring post, but I just wanted to let you know how great I think you and your husband are for adopting those two kittens.
I hope Cheyenne Cherry gets put down before she finally kills someone or another animal. This POS deserves the beat down from hell. She is nothing but a wanna be thug gangsterette!! Fucking bitch!!!

Thank you! Sometimes I’m at wits end, because the two newest kittens are EXTREMELY NEEDY and affectionate. Think noses in your ear, face licking and rubbing in the middle of the night, all night. Add to this the constant mewing when you’re trying to do something and I have to escape the house to get away from them sometimes.
But better that than leaving them to rot in a shelter, or god forbid, sticking them in the oven when they frustrate me!!!! Anyway I’m glad there are other people out there that have a few animals. Sometimes when we say how many pets we have people seem to think we live in a zoo!

Could not resist today either to applied for the adoption of 4 new cats (2 of them handicapped, the other two a cute little gang of 2 months old tomcats). Just had the strong feeling that I wanted to save at least these few lives (all of them from so called killing stations in Portugal and Spain.

Most of you know my wife and I are serious cat people. We have 11 of the furry little beasties, including two precious little kittens we named Jimi Hendrix and Phoebe. Now I’m the kind of person who worries that the toilet seats are all down, because my friend had a kitten years ago that fell into the toilet and drowned. I cannot wrap my mind around people like Cheyenne here, I just can’t. The thought of the little baby desperately scratching at the oven door as it gets hotter and hotter – aw Jesus, I’m fucking crying again. The way I feel at the moment I wouldn’t think twice about kicking the living shit out of this little bitch and leaving her in a bloody heap on the sidewalk. People like Cheyenne Cherry are fucking monsters, there’s no two ways about it – they’re missing something in their brains that makes the rest of us human, and that makes them less than human, less than an animal even, because an animal wouldn’t purposely torture a sensitive little creature on purpose.
I believe in Karma, and I hope I get to hear about when it all comes around for Cheyenne. Because if I’m right, it’s going to be a bad fucking day for this stupid cunt – a really bad fucking day.
Thank you Max- finally somebody has as many cats as I do. I’m not a collector- I just have this many because OTHER people didn’t want them. And didn’t fix their cats. All of mine are fixed. I even fix other people’s cats- they never seem to notice!
I love kittens and puppies. They smell so good! But I never get to have any because all mine are fixed. Sniff. So the idea of putting some cunt putting a kitten in an oven just fries me.

That’s how we ended up with all of ours too. A couple were strays that we took the time to befriend, and eventually they decided they’d like to move inside with us. But several were obviously someone’s abandoned pet – They were just way too friendly. Queenie hadn’t even grown her fur back from her spaying. Jimi and Phoebe came from a neighbor’s female, but we took them on the condition that they allow us to pay to have momma fixed when she was ready (they honestly couldn’t afford it, but were too proud to accept our offers before).
We’ve also got Oscar, who’s FIV positive, Max (the original one), who diabetic and gets insulin twice a day, and Harry, our elder statesman – 14 years old with hyperthyroidism but still going strong. He also gets meds twice a day.
Oliver was a victim of abuse – he was a mean little son of a bitch when we first brought him in, but now he’s my best buddy. It took a lot of patience and love to get him to trust people again; last night he slept in the crook of my arm.
So I get you 100% Glorybug. These poor, neglected animals came to us, what else could we do but help them. When they got sick, we took them to the vet. We paid $1400 to fix a neighborhood stray’s badly broken back leg last year – How could we do anything else? Tigger is with our local rescue organization and they’ll be adopting him out soon.
That’s why I can’t begin to comprehend what goes on in the minds of monsters like Cheyenne Cherry. I can’t watch one of my cats suffer, so to think about purposefully torturing and killing a little kitten is beyond my imagination. I hope LilMissSunshine is right, and they’re are people out there looking for Ms. Cherry right now, and I hope they find her. I don’t want her dead, but I do want her to be taught a lesson in pain and suffering.

Cats, maybe I get that, when people say they hate them. I understand that they just don’t like that adult cats don’t slobber at your feet begging for approval. They have standards, and you just may not meet them! Dogs- I’m iffy on that. I have one, and II had one before her for 18 years. She thinks she’s a cat, same as my last dog, so that works out. Cats, yes. They can deflate your ego. They can remind you that you are not the center of the uniiverse. Some people are too insecure to deal with that- I personally like the reality check.
But kiittens? Kittens are full of every worldly goodness and softness and purity. Kittnes float on clouds of happiness. Even just pictures of kittens make people happy. So to be a kitten killer is probably the worst thing you could be.
Chiildren- they have minds of their own and miight hate you some day- but they are still deserving of love and affection. Even when they get to their teens and tell you off. But cats, kittens, dogs etc? They’ll never stab you in the back or tell you off. It takes a real loser kind of person to hate animals. A bully. Someone who wants to take on something that can’t fight back. That’s why these losers graduate from abusing animals to abusing children and women. Because they are losers.
And I hate to say it, but women who hate and abuse animals are the biiggest cunts there are. They should certainly never be allowed to have children.

You’ve expressed my thoughts perfectly. I am a huge animal lover and although I have only one cat, he is like my child and brings so much to our lives. Feeling the way we do about our pets makes this so much harder to comprehend. I just can’t wrap my mind around how someone could be so stone cold and heartless and not even have a bit of remorse. I say get the oven pre-heated to 1000 degrees ’cause I’m gonna have me a Cherry fry!!!

I said no to hell because, while her act was evil, she did it with friends and didn’t positively turn teh oven on herself. Tossed the cat in teh oven sure, but it’s not 100% positive she turned teh oven on. She’s done some wicked things sure, but she’s 17. Killing animals isn’t a crime, or else drop that burger buddy! She kills a child, actually pulls that trigger, yes…hell-bound for sure. Shunned for violence toward animals? Sure. Heavy fine, jail time with probation? Sure…try her as an adult please. She’s 17 and has time to grow the hell up, so no hell from me…this time.
I understand where you are coming from, but I just think that the cruelty displayed from this girl is so overwhelming that she has no right to walk beside civilized people. It may have been an animal this time, but from the callousness she showed there is little or no doubt that she has a broken conscience and is evil.

I have four cats, and I can’t even begin to imagine how I would react if I ever came home and found one of them burned alive in my oven. Not only did the kitten die an agonizing death, but the kitten’s owner has to live with the memory of that sight and smell for the rest of her life.
I really do believe that God allows our pets to join us in the afterlife, how could eternity be complete without them? I hope that little kitty is at peace now.

Reading all these comments have helped me to deal with this horror so much. I just rescued a kitten from a bad situation and I’ve sat and cried and hugged her for two nights now, ever since I’ve read about Tiger Lily. I can’t imagine anything at all bad enough to happen to that waste of skin that resembles a human being, but you all have some really great possibilities and I vote for all of them at once.
One comment that is noteworthy – please sign to have her tried as an adult ( I just did) so she goes to an adult prison. Prisoners have their own “code” and animal abusers are right down there with child abusers. The prisoners mete out their own punishment. Remember Jeff Dahmer was found dead in prison – so if no one gets this worthless piece of crap off the street before it gets to the big house then it will find what it deserves there. God I just can’t imagine enough suffering that it can be caused in order to make up for what it did. Just looking at the picture of the beautiful little kitten tears my heart into pieces. Thank God her suffering is over now, and she is at peace.

We have 11 of the little fuzzballs running around our house because we feel it’s our duty to take care of the abandoned and neglected cats that show up at our door. And that doesn’t count all the strays we have fed outside or brought to the local rescue group because they didn’t get along with our guys. You did a really good thing when you saved that kitten from a bad situation, and your karma will be better for it. She appreciates it, and you’ll find that she will return the favor in love, purrs, rubby-rubs and head butts for a long time to come.

This one hits a nerve with me as well.. I love cats, and always have.. Now, when I was about 17 or 18 I had this beautiful little kitten named Tobermory.. He was gray and white, fluffy, and he had extra toes.. I LOVE EXTRA TOED CATS!! .. anyway.. One night my mom asked me to put she and my dad’s laundry into the dryer.. The dryer was broken so it always made this thumping noise.. well..I didnt know that the kitten had jumped inside.. Oh god, when my mom woke me up and told me what happened I was just.. numb.. I spent the rest of the day in bed, crying and trying not to throw up.. My dad tried to fix things in a very dad-like way, and came home from the pet store with another kitten.. It wasn’t about losing the kitten, even though Toby was a wonderful little cat.. it was knowing that I brought about the horrible demise of that beautiful little creature.. To this day it gives me the shivers, and I have a hard time thinking about it.. I just can’t imagine doing something like that on purpose.. I can’t..
Oh, and I forgot to add.. Kids like this don’t come from abusive, neglectful parents.. they come from over indulgent parents.. parents who turn a blind eye to the selfish, and cruel actions of their spoiled children..

This animal was bred to be a pet. To hold a higher significance than something to be eaten. You grumble about Hell, but you fail to see what Hell is. Hell is a punishment for the social contract to convince its members is punishment for violating the social contract. You are either a member of this society or you reject this society. Mores, values and taboos help us to identify who will mess up and break the bigger ones. You need to look up these terms. Let me give you the simplest example. Two people, unrelated and having never known each other see each other on the horizon. They evaluate one another in a scale.
1. Is this person a danger to me?
2. Is this person available to me for Sex and Reproduction?
3. Does this person have something I want?
4. Can I take what I want from this person?
That’s the bottom of the barrel. That’s the absolute base understanding we have of another individual until we layer on top of it, the contracts we make with society and a culture to establish boundaries, like, don’t rape, don’t eat, don’t steal, don’t kill. We don’t instinctively avoid killing one another, we simply understand that at the basic level there’s a reason the world is organized. We build logical and emotional “sets” that establish how we behave and how we respond, and these allow a community to form. Hell is a fearsome place, cobbled from multiple mythologies and literary works to make us afraid of what we do, even and beyond the existence of our own lives. When we end, we still have something to be afraid of.
If that is the case, then we are all going to hell.
The lowest common denominator of the Christian faith actually believe we all “deserve” hell, but that we avoid it through the apologies of Divine grace. We accept this grace by surrendering our spirit to a specific being through a specific ritual in honest request for atonement, after confession of our sins. Other religions actually have similar examples. Note how extensively the “Big Picture” plays in that particular concept.
By the way the owner can get another cat. Believe it or not Jason, pets are replaceable.
People are replaceable as well. We are replaceable, but what we “choose” to replace ourselves with, is the Biggest Picture available. We should prefer someone who does not kill animals that belong to other people for sport and sick enjoyment. We have better things to do with our time than try and support those who will just drag us down.
At no time did I engage in the royal we. I simply wanted to stress how firmly I believe that you and I don’t understand the same limitations of the social contract and that people like me, don’t get people like you, because we see the world a little brighter and bigger than you do. I don’t think you’d kill someone, but I think you’d be a poor guardian of the lives of any other human being you were asked to protect. Every single dog I’ve owned had her own distinct personality. Also, my love for my canine companions was a direct result of the bonding that occurs between an owner and his/her pet.
Being said, yes, I did move on to bring another dog companion into my life after one had passed away, but in NO WAY did getting another dog alleviate the intense sorrow I felt after the death of my previous dog.
So obtaining another dog, in essence, DID NOT replace the previous dog.
You’re failing to grasp the seriousness of this incident. And unfortunately, whoever made the decision to release Cheyenne Cherry back onto the streets shares the same mindset as you do.

Really, I think it’s more relative than that. I’m sorry, but I think a cat that gives a person companionship has more of a right to life than a girl who robs people at gunpoint and tortures living beings with full knowledge that it’s horrible and wrong. Does a cat not have a nervous system? They suffer from things like this just as much as a human would.
It’s not even just so much the fact that she killed a cat, but her attitude of the whole situation. “It was a joke,” “I don’t like cats,” and the most disturbing, “I left the apartment because I didn’t want to hear the cat crying.” This was not a girl who acted in a fit of rage. I’m going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you are in possession of a wry, ironic wit and not just a douche bag. Let me help you wrap your small mind around this situation. This “young lady” obviously has sociopathic tendencies. You know, the kind you can’t fix. If she’s willing and able to do something so horrible to a truly defenseless creature not to mention the pain she put it’s owner through with her actions, she will not hesitate to do something similar to a human. I don’t mean she’ll stuff a baby in the oven specifically, but a look at her history beyond this crime – and it is a crime – plainly shows that her behavior is escalating and she has a complete disregard for the feelings of her victims. While it’s just a kitten now do we need to wait until it’s a human? It’s clear that you don’t have pets because if you did you would understand the relationship that builds between a pet and it’s human. It’s a relationship of mutual respect and love that scientists have shown to be to the benefit of both. They are a part of the family. These are creatures with their own personalites that have been domesticated and brought into a home, not raised to be sustinance (we can debate the moral implications of that somewhere else) so the cruel slaughter of this animal was for no other reason than to inflict pain. That’s what is at issue. Not the act itself, although it was disgusting and cruel, but her basic lack of compassion and capacity commit such a crime.

Cheyenne has made put together a pretty impressive rap sheet in just 17 years. Armed robbery, extortion and gun possession are just a few of the crimes she been charged with. And whenever she get’s caught, the only excuse she offers police is that it was just a joke.
Now she’s taken a life – yeah I know it’s just a kitten to you, but it’s still a life. And the way she did it, condemning that little kitten to a slow agonizing death, show that she, and now you, have a disturbing lack of empathy for a sensitive innocent animal that feels pain just like we do. Your suggestion that we should stop domesticating animals for companionship would rob many people of important components of their lives. I don’t think you’ve ever had a bond with an animal. You may have owned two cats, but you didn’t bond with them, so I doubt they were treated as well as you believe. Not everyone have human companions in their lives that they can depend on, some people need the unconditional companionship of a dog or a cat. There’s nothing wrong with the companionship of an animal, either.
But hey why don’t you go up to a blind person and tell them that their seeing-eye-dog should only be there for work and not companionship to their faces? I first read this story about a week ago on a different website and it is still troubling me today. I recently received a kitten from somebody who was watching my house while I was out of town and found it wandering around near the highway. I hadn’t though of a name for it yet and so I have named it Tiger Lily in honor of this kitten, whose misery is at least at an end and who I hope is resting peacefully in God’s hands. As for the perpetrator, it would be fitting for her to spend eternity in an oven. Maybe somebody at the prison can arrange for at least a temporary stay in one.

Some people contend that the death of this helpless infant feline is not nearly as awful as the death of a human. I’ll be the first to admit it. I hate cats. HATE them. Something about them just creeps me out, I don’t like being around them and I avoid them at all costs. But would I ever inflict this kind of suffering on a living thing? HELL NO.
I will say though… it never fails to amaze me that people become SO enraged when someone kills a cat, but not nearly as many people seem to care when it happens to a baby. They go out there signing petitions and forming lynch mobs for this kitten. But when something just as horrendous happens to a baby, it doesn’t get nearly the same reaction.
Thats for many reasons. They do express outrage, but we know that there are laws in place and they are usually strong enough to deal with the perps. In the case of animals, the laws are too weak and the cases are often not prosecuted, so many people feel that in order for the perps of those crimes to be dealt with, you have to keep pressure on the public officials to do so. There are of course many more reasons, and each person can speak for themselves, but the above is one of the most common reasons, IMO.
I can agree with you on that as being a reason, but most of the laws now that protect children are SHAMEFUL at best. I don’t believe any living thing should be subjected the misery that cat was. But I find it disheartening when a baby can be disgarded in a dumpster, the underage mother does some jail time, or maybe some community service and no one bats an eyelash. I feel the same way you feel about cats about SQUIRRELS. I am not only creeped out by them but I am PETRIFIED of them (laugh if you must). However, my fear keeps me away from them-as much as I would like the world to be voided of them. I have never killed one, as a matter of fact, if there is one in the road I get all stressed out because if I hit it I imagine its family and friends tracking me down and punishing me. I know that is extremely wierd but I have this recurring nightmare of squirrels eating my face off. My friends think its funny, and my mom sent me an article about a squirrel attacking a wonan in Germany and she lost a leg….that just furthered my belief that those creatures are vicious. You know, I’m really not that fond of cats either. They tend to piss in my garden so it stinks like hell in summer and they like trashing those garbage bags too leaving a mess in the whole neighbourhood.
When I leave the door or window open in the summer some cats try (and occasionally succeed) to come in and try to sneak in in order to eat one of the birds.
However, as much as it aggrevates me I would rather blame their owners first though and never take it out on those cats who’s only mistake was being held as a pet by someone who don’t seem to care enough.

I have four cats, two dogs, and fish at home. All of my relatives have animals too. I could never, in my life, imagine ever finding a way to make what this less-deserving of pond scum murder did. This story really made me cry. We live in such a messed up world. I don’t understand how a human being can hurt another living creature like that. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats. My cats love to sleep in my lap. Whenever I sit down on my couch, one of my cats will come and curl up in my lap. Sometimes I will get annoyed because I’m trying to eat a snack or it’s just too hot for them to sleep there, but I could NEVER imagine hurting them. I love my animals dearly. I once got mad at my dog and I yelled at her, and then apologized right away because I felt so bad! All animals wanna do is love you and be loved. They might accidentally chew up your shoe or have an accident, but at the end of the day they are your best friend. You won’t find anyone more loyal.

You know, I’ve killed many animals… and no, I don’t really know how many. They were squirrels, rabbits, various game birds, dogs, and yes, even cats. These were all animals that were killed and eaten, killed because they were rats or some other kind of vermin, or killed because they were terminally sick. Typically, those animals in the last category were killed with a pistol/revolver in contact with the back of the skull, and often they were long-time pets. I am definitely not a PETA supporter.
That said, killing an animal by putting it into an oven and turning it on is no joke. As much as I’d like to say “let the punishment fit the crime”, I still think burning the little bitch to a cinder would be too cruel. .45 ACP. ADA’s plea for a probationary record review!

the discussion, we could see that the Defense Attorney was clearly upset. The Judge left the court

Tomorrow (Sep 2) I believe is sentencing day. I left a voicemail with Judge Clancy . . . couldn’t get the prosecutor’s number, some recording. Everybody concentrate hard on serious hurt for CC for the rest of her f****d up life! And share everything at this site!
How about we nail her into the ground (through her arms and legs), jam some catnip into her eyelids, and round up all the kittens and cats we can find and let them scratch her eyeballs out slowly while we laugh at her and washboard her repulsive face until she almost dies, then punch her in the mouth (knocking some teeth out) a few times to bring her back, then do it all over again. While doing that we can also shave all of her skin off of her body with tiny razors, then throw sand and salt all over her as she wriggles in pain and everyone takes great joy in it and just laughs at her pathetic existence. After that we can throw some rubbing alcohol all over her, and in her scratched up eyes (or bloody eye sockets). We can then force-feed her her own useless eyeballs, washing them down with some fresh diarrhea. These stories literally make me sick. I’ve done rescue work for years and I just can’t comprehend the thinking process of abusers of any living creatures. Right now I have 13 cats and 3 dogs; it ‘s ok, i live in the country and have some acreage and a very large fenced yard. My babies are spayed, neutered, vaccinated and flea-free. What really concerns me is what she may do when she is older; she could so easily move from torturing an animal to abusing a child.

I wish I knew E, but I’m hoping each delay is bad news for her. I’m thinking her lawyer is delaying the inevitable, and she’s going to receive a long sentence – possibly the max. As you probably know, she was sentenced once to 2 years, but the judge changed his mind in response to heavy public pressure to throw the book at her. We can only hope that here little outburst at the first sentencing (“It’s dead, bitch!”) comes back to burn her.
I’ve learned over the last two years that reasoned, reasonable, well-thought and well edited letters to judges and legal officials can be powerful tools in our legal system. I don’t know if she read my letter, but I wrote one before and one after sentencing. I thanked her(the honorable Margaret Clancy) in the second letter, but begged her to reconsider given the news clipping I printed and included in the envelope. I imagine 30 other people did the same thing, and I hope even if she didn’t read the letter, having to chuck the thing in the shredder at least came to her attention.
I had also heard, possibly at this site, that some official body, the name escapes me, was withholding information on Cherry from the public. It’s a database where you can look up inmate locations, all completely legal, but a decision had been made to protect Cherry because the level of public anger indicated she was in actual danger.
Let’s hope someone at this agency/body/database is receptive to bribery.

I cannot for the life of me fathom the reason for these postponements. Is it usual for Bronx Supreme Court? NEW YORK, Nov. 3 (UPI) — A technicality forced a judge to reject a plea agreement offered to a 17-year-old girl charged with burning a cat in an oven, New York prosecutors said.
Cheyenne Cherry had pleaded guilty and accepted a deal for one year in prison for animal cruelty in the May 6 fatal burning of her former roommate’s cat, Tiger Lily, The New York Post reported Tuesday.
Bronx County Supreme Court Judge Margaret Clancy Monday withdrew the agreement after determining it was illegal to reduce a violent felony charge to a non-violent charge, The Post reported.
Prosecutors offered a new agreement in which Cherry could plead guilty to animal cruelty in exchange for two years in prison.
Cherry’s lawyer, Danielle Follette, accused prosecutors of succumbing to pressure from animal rights activists who were following the proceedings.
Cherry next is to appear in court Dec. 2.

Ostracizing and alienation are good but not enuf. I prefer to think of her getting three P’s, something physical, painful, and permanent.
