Weinman was so excited while he was telling the cops how he "thought" the killing were committed he nearly pissed himself himself. In this country, you are never innocent until proven guilty. You must always prove your innocence. Just the way our justice system works. Which is why any DA will not go to court with a case that won't hold up in court.
