    Robert Knight

robert_knight 2I am a foodie. I have a huge freezer in my garage that is often full of unusual things. Like right now, I have a 20 pound box of Alaskan crab legs. (HEY – they were $3.99 a pound!) But I am pretty sure that I have never had anything quite as strange in my freezer as PYSIH’s newest celebretard, Robert Knight, 50, did.

Robert Knight had Tracey F. Moore’s head and arms in his freezer.

Tracey Moore, 44-years-old and mother of nine children, was Knight’s girlfriend. Neighbors say they were always fighting, and strangely, were said to walk about 15-20 feet apart from each other when they went anywhere. Sounds cozy, no?

He of course has a nice long record of violence, having been in jail for about 23 of the past 30 years on four different convictions – ranging from breaking & entering, to kidnapping. In February of last year, he was charged with stabbing Tracey Moore in the arm. Tracey didn’t show up for court (surprise!) and he got off.

William K. Bell, the victim’s long-estranged husband, showed up at Knight’s arraignment on Friday, along with their children. He told reporters that Moore met Knight and moved in with him four years ago. She stayed with Knight off and on even though he physically abused her, including stabbing her several different times and stealing from her, he said.

    “She just kept going back.”

No one knows why he decided to kill and dismember her body, but fortunately, Knight is pretty stupid. He decided to scatter most of the remains in his apartment complex, leaving parts in the various dumpsters and around a pond in the complex. Brilliant guy, isn’t he? Of course, the apartment manager called police (incredibly calmly) as soon as the first pieces were discovered.

Apparently, it really didn’t take the authorities long to focus in on Knight, who allowed them to search his apartment. That’s when they found his strange freezer contents. My guess is that Knight was the early suspect because he cuts a quite a noticeable and dashing figure (as in children and old ladies dash away from him as fast as they can.)

One neighbor reportedly said this about Knight with his conspicuous dreadlocks:

“He looked like Predator … He looked that weird.”

One other neighbor summed up this situation like this:

“I don’t get the idea of putting it 5 feet from your bedroom window. You should have just mailed it to the police with your name on it.”

I completely agree. But I am glad that most murderers are stupid. It makes it easier to catch them.

Robert Knight has been charged with murder. His bond is set at $2 million.

Editor’s Note: Reading Mazzi’s story was troubling enough, but then I ran across this little tidbit of information in the Columbus Dispatch:

Knight has served at least three prison terms in Ohio, beginning with a 10-month stay in 1979 for breaking and entering.

In 1981, a jury convicted him of the aggravated robbery of an older woman; the woman’s pelvis was cracked when he knocked her to the ground at gunpoint for her money and purse. A judge sentenced Knight to between seven and 25 years in prison. He was paroled in 1988.

In 1989, he served six months for possession of criminal tools and, one year later, he held a couple at gunpoint on the Near East Side. Knight pleaded guilty to one count of felonious assault and one count of kidnapping. He was sentenced to consecutive terms of 10-to-25 years in prison. He was paroled Nov. 1, 2005.

So we have another violent repeat offender who should still be in prison, walking the streets and eventually graduating to murder. I know parole is a necessary thing, even a good thing, but I’m still annoyed at the justice system for not realizing this guy was a danger to society. We have got to do better at recognizing potential killers like Robert Knight, or else the death toll from fools like him will continue to grow.

Yes he deserves hell, and what the fuck is up with the dreads, man? Some kind of ugly he is.

    2. Mazzi says:

Max, thanks for the extra info on Tracey. I felt bad that I couldn’t find out much about the victim. NINE kids? DAMN!

    3. Fred says:

I do wonder if the children were abused by him as well…. I don’t think he’s the type to love the kids but hate the mother.

I am glad that he is dumb, save us taxpayer’s a few bucks

He needs to be tossed in a freezer alive, naked and wet, so he’ll enjoy “thawing” for eternity!

    4. The Bosses Secretary says:

Why is parole a necessary thing? I know, I’m not a correctional officer, so I probably don’t know the reasoning behind letting wild animals loose to prey on the innocent after a certain period of time in which they don’t kill and eat any of the other freaks they are locked up with. But can’t we all pitch in $100 to build a hundred new prisons and just leave them there for their entire sentences? Now there’s some HOPE and CHANGE I could get behind.

      • Mazzi says:

I am with you here. Except, I think we should take a big ole chunk of federal land and set up a penal colony for these repeat violent offenders. Arm the borders, segregate males and females (so no breeding) and just let them kill themselves if they want to. No need for guards or bars inside. They want to live outside societies boundaries, then take them out of society permanently. Let REAL Darwinism take over, and stop this bullshit reverse Darwinism.

Keep the prisons for those who need to be punished but still have some possibility of rehabilitation and are willing to work towards rebuilding their lives. And just toss the others away for life. Fuck the bleeding hearts – at some point you just have to give up on human animals for the good of society.

    5. Lewbell says:

I know that it is far fetched but there are actually some guys who get paroled and go on to live productive lives. It really depends on the person and whether they think that they have hit rock bottom or not.

      • Mazzi says:

Exactly my point, Lew. As it is now, prison is a revolving door, with the salvageable and the horrible people being treated the same. The hopeful ones are forced to become animals themselves to survive in that environment, and only a few of them can adjust to humanity once they are free.

As a human, I don’t want others to be thrown away for a single mistake. I want them to be helped, and to be guided into future productivity. That can’t happen so long as they are housed with the beasts in the same jails. I DO want the violent, unrepentant criminals gone forever. Someone who beats up an old lady, then brutalizes a couple of more, then kills his girlfriend – I don’t care how badly he wants to clean up his act after the fact. He has traded his life for the mental health of three people (who will never be the same) and the life of his girlfriend. Throw him away – he has no place in society.

        • Mazzi says:

Oh, and I really don’t give a crap how bad his upbringing was. My mantra is: once they cross the line to victimiz-ER, they have no right to be called a victim anymore.

    6. Alanna says:

Another woman who had terrible taste in men. I hope that her children, sadly learn from her example and stay away from people like her boytoy.

    7. momwhocares says:

i LOVE crab legs, especially Alaskan king ones.

oh yeah on another note, why do women take this abuse? why can’t i understand it for the life of me? and a woman with 9 kids i’m sorry has no business shacking up with anyone, she should be dedicating her time to her children, not to the penis.

      just my opinion.

    8. dansergrrl says:

i too am a foodie.. but peeking into a freezer and spotting a dismembered head might make me rethink eating… ever again.

what the hell is wrong with people?… i’m ACTUALLY asking!

    9. J says:

put him under the jail this time

    10. Tito says:

All I can say is an old Eddie Murphy line fron The Nutty Professor….

“Damn man, I heard of dreadlocks. But shitlocks?”

    11. DogBitez says:

Hey folks, let’s not stereotype guys with dreads. Some are handsome, hardworking, good men. So, dreadlocks are nothing more than a hairstyle you like or don’t like. I’ll take a guy with dreadlocks over a guy with a fugly 80′s mullet any day (throw in a smooth Jamaican accent and I’ll start to drool). That said, while it’s horrifying to think of this man murdering and dismembering Tracey, you really have to wonder WTF was going through her head… if anything. Was there even one functioning brain cell in that woman? Mother of nine children and she’s hanging with a dude that spent the last 23 out of 30 years in prison for violent crimes? I think she just got the death penalty for stupidity. And hopefully, so will Robert Knight.

    12. Tristan says:

I just dont understand, why you let someone who has been in and out of jail for so long, walk the streets again… THATS why crime happens, because stupid motherf**kers keep letting other stupid motherf**kers like these out…

    13. ? says:

Why did she keep going back?
I dont understand…Did she enjoy being stabbed repeatedly?
She could have prevented her own death.
I hope he burns rots…slowly and painfully.

      • Mazzi says:

Why did she keep going back? That is the million dollar question! If someone could invent a pill to stop that shit, this message board would no longer have to exist.

    14. harlequin1031 says:

It wouldn’t be necessary for everyone to pitch in money if we would stop wasting jail and prison space on victimless crimes. As far as I ca see the only purpose of a jail should be to keep people who are a true danger to society AWAY from society-FOREVER

    15. hazzard2myself says:

you cant “rehabilitate” evil. HOLY Water baths the rest of his miserable life wont help this kind of crazy. GO STRaight TO HELL.. DO NOT PASS GO, DO NOT COLLECT $200.00 STRAIGHT TO HELL. N STOPPING.

    16. Corset Lass says:

Another textbook example of a repeat offender that should have never been let out of prison. Now nine children no longer have their mother in their lives because of this sicko creep. My condolences to the family!

    17. Lantern says:

One episode of Forensic Files and dude could have pulled off the crime of the century.

    18. Chinchillazilla says:

When I first saw him I was like “He reminds me of someone” and I couldn’t think of who.

It was Predator, I realized when I got to that line.

    19. krystin kiley says:

is it just me or does this guy really resemble randy jackson?!

    20. V.XIII says:

This guy looks stink ass, like he stinks which is probobly why they walked 15 – 20 feet away from each other… you ever seen or walked by people that had a certain smell, like they were evil? His smell comes across in the photo…

    21. Holy Website Batman says:

Sigh… this woman was really killed by free enterprise.

It’s sad, but in a capitalist society, it’s hard to put money into prisons when by nature the prisons don’t make much money. It comes out of tax dollars, and can anyone honestly think of any enterprise that has succeeded on the funding of government money?

      Maybe we should think about:

      – taking away cable
      – taking away their free weights (really… we give them weights so they can get strong and continue to be a menace)

Christ, let’s give them a “get skinny” diet, and make them walk in circles all day for exercise.

This is prison folks. They need to pay for their crimes.

When I was a kid and I got sent to my room, I thought “Sweet.. that’s where my toys are!” That’s until my father came in with a belt and dared me to touch one of them. I learned really quick that being punished meant reflecting on what I had done wrong.

How can inmates think about that when they’ve got law degrees to study for in the nice prison library (some communities don’t have libraries as well stocked as some penitentiaries), they have to worry about the prison basketball/football/baseball game, and of course.. I’m sure there are a few inmates that never missed an episode of lost.

What a sick, stupid asshole. They need to throw him in the dungeon, throw away the key, and have done with it.
