JACKS FOUND GUILTY OF MURDERING HER DAUGHTERS

July 29th, 2009–A judge found Banita Jacks guilty Wednesday of felony murder in the deaths of her four children, a case that shocked the region after it was discovered Jacks had lived with the girls’ decomposing bodies for months.

Jacks was also found guilty of first-degree murder of her three youngest daughters — Tatianna Jacks, 11, N’Kiah Fogle, 6, and Aja Fogle, 5 — but not guilty of the first-degree murder of the eldest, Brittany, 16. She was also convicted of felony cruelty to children, the predicate charge for felony murder.

Jacks showed no emotion as the verdict was read, reported ABC 7′s Jennifer Donelan.

GRELL SENTENCED TO DEATH IN DAUGHTER’S MURDER

Jul. 27, 2009–Eight years after a judge sentenced to Shawn Ryan Grell to death for murdering his 2-year-old daughter, a jury reached the same conclusion and ordered that he die by lethal injection.

The victim’s mother cried and hugged the victim’s grandmother when the verdict was read. At least two jurors also cried.

“It’s been a long 10 years but it’s worth the wait,” said Lee Petruso, victim Kristen Salem’s grandmother.

But defense attorney Gary Bevilacqua said he’s still hoping that the state Supreme Court will reduce Grell’s sentence to life in prison. “You can’t have a procedure where you execute the retarded,” Bevilacqua said. “He’s been diagnosed as retarded since first grade.”

I realize I’ve been scare for the last week or so, but I had two molars pulled on Saturday dues to infection, and the pain involved in both the procedure and the recovery is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Let’s just say I can describe Jesus for anybody who’d like to know what he looks like.

To others however, the Marines represent a long history of violence. Military tactics that turn good men into killing machines. Men who can’t get into a good old fashioned bar fight without tunnel vision kicking in and murdering someone over a spilt beer. 19 year old Christopher Nadeau was one such Marine, who was walking a razor thin line between a man who was Born to Kill, and a functioning member of society.

On May 10, 1999, Patrolman Lawrence Jupin of Westminster, MA, noticed an unusual individual dressed in camouflage (no, not me) walking along Route 31.

Naturally, as it was not hunting season and it was 12:15 am, Patrolman Jupin and Officer Ralph LeBlanc detained the man and requested his ID. Upon receiving it, he called the dispatcher to check for warrants. Then the shit hit the fan.

The man ran into a nearby wooded area, with Jupin following close behind. The suspect pulled a .357 Magnum handgun and pointed it in Jupin’s direction. Larry told him to drop his weapon. There was an exchange of fire and both men were wounded. Officer LeBlanc heard Jupin shout “I’m hit!”

ATTEMPT TO SELL GIRL GETS MAN THIRTY YEARS

A San Antonio man who helped his then-girlfriend try to sell her 5-year-old daughter for sex to an FBI informant posing as a pedophile will spend the next three decades in prison.

On Tuesday, Senior U.S. District Judge Harry Lee Hudspeth gave Sean Michael Block the mandatory minimum sentence — 30 years — ordered by Congress for the crime.

Block could have faced up to life in prison, although sentencing guidelines recommended no more than 405 months. The judge also gave him 20 years for a separate child-porn charge and 10 years of federal supervision on both counts, and ordered the sentences to run concurrently.

Meet Jacob Levi Shaffer, the latest in a long line of so-called angry men who are mad because their wife/significant other has decided that, for what ever reason, she wants to end the relationship with that man.

Mad enough to kill.

On Saturday morning, July 18th, 2009, at around 10 minutes to ten, the Lincoln County, Tennessee, Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from Jacob Shaffer, 30, requesting that a deputy be sent to the home of his estranged wife, Traci Shaffer. When the deputy arrived, he found Shaffer sitting on the porch of the house holding his four-year-old daughter. Shaffer made some comments about something having happened in the house, so the officer went inside to check. What he found would remind him of a slaughter house.

Hi Everyone

I wish I had not went today, it was horrible sitting through hearing all that shit! Sorry for cussing but I wanted to put my fists into Stacey Barker head so bad, I cried hearing the Coroner, the detectives and the Sheriff’s Deputies.

This Bitch was as usual non emotional except when the coroner or detective said something she didn’t like then she sucked her teeth and rolled her eyes and bitched to her Public Defender…anything but tears!
