The principle got caught with FAKE pictures...this guy practically got caught red handed. Other then that...the attempt is just that, an attempt and really, like Jason said should get a lesser sentence then actually commiting the crime. I attempted to murder you but failed so you are at my trial saying how I tried to kill you. OR I killed you and now there has to be a mountain of evidence to prove it.
