Any actions by the deceased do not negate his responsibility for his deliberate decision to drink and drive. A mistake is when you forget to pay your Visa bill and incur a late charge, committing a crime is not. It does appear that you yourself are judging if you have decided we are all going to hell ?? If you find the website revolting no one is forcing you to read it now are they? And I will reiterate, everyone in this country with a driver's license has been told over and over that if you drink and drive you may kill someone or injure someone and you are breaking a law. Drinking and driving is not a mistake, it is a criminal activity that endangers others and I find it incredibly offensive that you would negate the deaths and injuries of all the victims of drunk driving by calling it a "mistake" Lets see, but for the fact that Grobbel deliberately decided to commit the illegal action of drinking and driving he would not have been involved in this particular accident.
