The police were called; His father called them: I was present as well as my husband, his sister and most of our neighbors. So - you continue your research!!!! Along with all of the other so called evidence presented in the case. They (the so trust worthy) Nassau County Police Department decided not to make a report because nothing was stolen. But of course - I am sure he was able to hit his self in the head, cut two bolts and locks within 4 minutes and get help. I always new my son was gifted!!!! Please - go on with you sick life’s - this is beyond redundancy and ignorance. Jason - this is specifically for you - you have no idea of the process - but, I will not fall into your gutter. You are a really sad person that needs to finds a life. Try to get over the two that are gone. That is what I do every day for the last 5 years. And for my first and final response to all this - a wonderful wife, mother and daughter in-law is dead a wonderful husband (sorry - he was definitely not gay - don't you think that is what they would have used in the trial as a motive? Wasn't!!! Artie, Jason, etc.!) father and son is in prison for the rest of his life. And, please, do not even try to say he deserved death. I, as his mother and my son, would prefer that - it is a little bit quicker for an innocent person. So, every one should be happy. You have gotten your so called justice. I can promise you, this site is named correctly - I will definitely see all of you in hell, but not my daughter (Effie) nor my son Michael.
