While Max the Cat is working slavishly in the hole I’ve dug for him in the basement, from time to time I like to jump in here and throw out some interesting stories that catch my eye.
Rape Roulette
A few New Guinea women living in a refuge in Western Highlands Provence are experiencing a disturbing series of attacks.
While living in a donated house in a small town, the 13 women have reported numerous attacks by local men, who apparently love to get their drunk on.
According to the women, they’re constantly being attacked by the local men, who are forcing their way into the house to rape – despite the fact that all 13 women in the house are HIV or AIDS positive.
We are totally confused why they keep coming here, looking for us despite our status. They are totally ignorant men searching for Hell. We are victims, feeding on antiretroviral drugs. We have no strength to defend such attacks.
All the women in the house are undergoing treatment for AIDS or HIV, taking an intense regimen of drugs that are intended to combat the highly-contagious sexually-transmitted diseases. While the village is aware of the women’s situation, it doesn’t seem to matter a whole lot to the rapists who break in.
According to Reverend Apollos Yimbak, care and counselling coordinator for PNG’s National AIDS Council Secretariat:
Last Friday a grade 11 student from a Mt Hagen school went to the residence, broke in and raped a woman. The woman told him she had AIDS and to wear a condom, but he refused. It’s a disturbing story, it’s a suicide, but the positive side is that the woman tried to offer a safe alternative, to negotiate.
While this wouldn’t normally disturb me, rapists getting their just reward – you can bet that these same men are going home to their wives and girlfriends and spreading the love a bit.
Resident Evil Re-enacted Poorly In Scotland
Three Scottish youths – one 13-year-old boy and two 14-year-old girls – had a fun little beating session in an underground car garage after they cornered another 14-year-old girl and tortured her for 45 minutes or so.
While the two 14-year-old girls hit their victim with metal signs that they’d ripped off the wall and beat the girl on her head with their stiletto heels, the 13-year-old boy recorded the entire encounter with his cellphone while commenting that it looked like a game of “Resident Evil” was being played. Of course, as anyone who has ever played Resident Evil knows, there’s very little beating of 14-year-old girls in the game itself.
When someone working in the area finally noticed that there was a beating going on, they summoned staff to assist and called the police.
The victim, who was covered in blood from head to toe, stayed in the hospital for 6 days while recovering from the attack.
The 21-year-old sister of the victim couldn’t identify her younger sister when she first saw her after the attack. She told the media:
They are complete animals and, no matter what age they are, it is just horrifying, absolutely horrifying. I feel completely disgusted that children of this age can do anything like that.
The victim still suffers flashbacks and is now afraid to go into car garages.
The three assailants admitted their assault. They will be sentenced in late September or early October.

In the second story, I almost have to wonder if the kid mentioned Resident Evil as a pre-emptive defense? Or, if he even said it? Sound’s like lawyer bullshit to me.
He’s heard on the recording comparing it to watching a game of Resident Evil.
ack! My bad! I don’t know how I missed that part. But I still have to wonder if the little hoodlum is just a saavy bastard covering his ass?
Then again, I may be biased – I don’t put much stock in the “video games made me do it” defense. I’ve been a gamer since Pong, and my daughter started playing original Nintendo when she was 2 or 3. She and most her friends have played every genre on every system, and not a single one of them has EVER confused games with reality.
My feeling is that some kids (and adults) play violent games because they are drawn to violence. They then act on the violence, and people try to make a correlation. I am not so sure that the correlation is the simple one – that violent games cause violent behavior.
I will give the fact that exposure to violence may desensitize one, but I don’t think it can CAUSE violent behavior.

I’m sure the idiots in Scotland will maybe get 3 days in lock-up, and then they will be released on “compassionate grounds”. Certainly what is good enough for Abdel Baset al -Megrahi is good enough for everyone else.
Such a fine country Scotland is nowadays, and so harsh on criminals. * sarcasm noted*
VD Roullette with AIDS as the bullets…… it’s like jumping on the Highway to Hell in rush hour – it will be a slow and painful trip with a no turn back horrible destination (even worst than going to work every day).
Also if these women are as sickly as I am imagining, sex with them is maybe a little more than masturbation with a partner….. I doubt if there is anything appealing about these women, they do not sound like willing participants nor will they offer the (sick/evil) thrill of resistance…….
In the second story the children’s attys will try and blame the video game, but the truth is these children have little or no soul. I do not know enough as to really comment on the evil fucks, but it’s a safe guess that they will be appearing in web sites like this again, esp if Scotland is as strict as they have been with some other famous evil fucks. Right now these kids are in the slow lane, but give them time as they are still warming the engine up!

Those rapists got what was coming to them, but the 13 women sure didn’t. What makes it even sadder is that they told the men they were HIV positive yet still the rape continued. I would kill to see the looks on the family of those men while they try to explain where they got HIV from.
As for the second story…well seeing how basically all lawyers operate the same way they will probably blame Resident Evil though in my opinion flesh eating zombies and harmless 14 year old girls have very little in common, but hey that’s just me.

Er…wrong topic? Besides – the guy who died was drunk – on a bit of a rampage, and the guy charged was probably frightened. No great loss anyways.
The whole raping-AIDS-patients is a simple case of survival-of-the-fittest. Like what is happening in Africa, this will cause the spread of AIDS through a society and culture that is so backwards that it is no longer viable in its current form. This will eventually cause a massive change in the New Guinea population – probably not a bad thing. Stupidity is not a good evolutionary trait – good riddance.
As for the Scots – they should take a page out of the way Singapore would treat them: strip them naked and publicly cane them.

I see the women in story one are living in a donated house. Not sure about gun laws there (laws are obviously not the first thing on peoples minds anyway if thay are raping for fun) but maybe someone should donate a gun to that house. The whole taking aids home to the wife and kids bothers me a bit. Nip it in the bud when perps walk in the door, bang! Done.

I thought the same thing…I can’t imagine my mom letting me wear stilettos at 14, or some of the other things it seems to be normal for teenage and pre-pubescent girls to wear nowadays.
How would they be taking AIDS home to their kids? Hopefully they aren’t having sex or sharing needles with their KIDS…although giving it to their wives is certainly heinous enough.
The first story is really heartbreaking for these poor women. They are already living a daily nightmare dealing with having AIDS/HIV, but they also have to worry about getting raped and attacked daily! That would be terrifying! Getting raped is something no one should ever have to experience. It takes a part of who you are and destroys you over and over! These poor ladies have to live with the aftermath of the rape they have already endured and the thought that they could be raped again. The thought is enough to drive you insane.
I can’t understand why these men would want to rape these women. I wonder if it’s because most of the rapist themselves are already HIV/AIDS positive? Maybe, but probably not. Most rapists just rape so they can have a feeling of power over others and see that they are the ones in control of the situation. These women can’t put up much of a fight, so these rapists probably feel like they are like legends in their own minds. These guys are some sick bastards to be raping these poor women, especially after the women are telling them that their infected. In the story above, the rapist that refused to wear the condom after the victim asked him to was only in 11th grade……..so that would probably put him between 15 to 17 years old? Somewhere in that age range. Is this kid just stupid? I’ll admit that it’s nice to see karma kicking rapists in the ass, but these rapists will go on to infect other women and children. They will pass this disease on through sex to their wives, girlfriends, or lovers. Another thought that is really fucked up is that these guys would probably think nothing of raping a child, so the child could become infected. Then there is all the usual ways of spreading this disease. This situation is going to spread like wildfire in New Guinea because of these rapists. It’s very sad to know that there will be a lot of innocent lives affected because of this situation.
The last situation is another lovely example of brats that need a dose of their own medicine. I hope the poor victim in this case will be able to heal physically, mentally, and emotionally from this situation.

I don’t remember any human beating option in Resident Evil, from what I remember of the game, you get to fire into a crowd of zombie and then get eaten by them.
Another note on sexual assault and infection:
Remember this: if any of you ever have the misfortune of being the victim of a sexual assault, please promptly go to the hospital. Even if you don’t want to file a report, even if you are not sure it’s a sexual assault, if you have been unwillingly or accidentally expose, you need to go the hospital. Your confidentiality will be protected. You need to go to get your vaccine cocktail.
Pregnant women with HIV take drugs to lower their virus count and the risk that their babies will also be born with the virus. If you have been raped or if the condom broke during sex with a stranger, get thee to a hospital.
If you are a male victim of rape by a male …or rather, if you are a victim of anal rape, you need to go to the hospital because a tear there can lead to sepsis and that is a very terrible way to die. And remember, being rape doesn’t make you less of a man, raping someone makes someone less of a man.
Would just like to say, it wasn.t the idiots in scotland that freed al magrahi, it was the british government that freed him. Scotland are autonomous from england having their own parliament but the british freed the Lockerbie Bomber so you need to get your facts straight the second commentator. In fact scotland were pretty pissed that the british home secretary freed him on compassionate grounds, because he had prostate cancer and dying.
