    UPDATE 3: Cheyenne Cherry

CHEYENNE CHERRY GETS TWO YEARS FOR ROASTING CAT IN OVEN
excerpts of an article by Dorian Block – The New York Daily News

Cheyenne and Tiger LilyKitty killer Cheyenne Cherry will serve two years in jail for roasting her friend’s pet in a 500-degree oven.

The Bronx teen agreed to the deal Wednesday for breaking into her friend’s Bronx apartment on May 6 and standing by as her 14-year accomplice stuffed tiny Tiger Lily in an oven.

Cherry’s pal was sentenced in August to 18 months in juvenile jail for placing the cat in Valerie Hernandez’s oven.

Cherry, 17, appeared calm compared to July when she pleaded guilty to attempted burglary and animal cruelty in Bronx Supreme Court and stuck out her tongue and yelled, “It’s dead, bitch” to an animal activist in the audience.

Yesterday, she said “yes” and “uh-hum” to the judge’s questions and said she broke into Hernandez’s flat to “mess the place up.”

She also agreed to permanently stay away from Hernandez, to not own a pet for three years after her release and to three years of post-release supervision.

Here’s another article from EmpireStateNews.net, courtesy of our good friend Jason:

Cheyenne Cherry, 17, pled guilty to charges in connection with an incident that occurred last Spring during which the crime victim’s kitten was killed.

Cherry pled guilty to one count of Attempted Burglary in the 2nd degree, a Class D violent felony offense, as well as Animal Cruelty as a misdemeanor.

Under terms of the plea agreement, entered in State Supreme Court, Cherry will be sentenced to a term of two years in jail on the felony and a concurrent term of one year on the misdemeanor, followed by three years of post release supervision. She has waived her right to appeal this conviction and also cannot own any pets or live in any residence where animals are present for a period of three years after her release from custody. A previous guilty plea by Cherry had been vacated on November 2.

On May 6, 2009, Cherry and an alleged accomplice, a juvenile, entered an apartment in a New York City Housing Authority building on Tinton Avenue and damaged some of the contents by pouring bleach on a couch before cutting it with a knife and cutting the wires on a television set. Cherry’s alleged accomplice is believed to be the person who actually put the crime victim’s kitten, “Tiger Lily,” in the oven and turned it on before fleeing, leaving the kitten to burn to death.

The 15-year-old juvenile is being prosecuted in Family Court.

Sentencing is scheduled for January 21.

Another case against Cherry, involving the violation of probation on an unrelated matter, is still pending and also next scheduled to be heard on January 7.

So congratulation everyone for getting this evil wench an extra year in prison. Some of you might not remember that Cheyenne Cherry had been already made a deal that called for her to serve a year in prison, but the judge threw out the deal after receiving multiple letters and petitions complaining about the light sentence.

It’s still not as good as it could have been. The maximum sentence for the felony animal cruelty alone is five years, but if you add in the parole violation, Cheyenne Cherry will be spending a fairly long time in prison.

You can be sure of one thing, when Ms. Cherry does get out, it won’t be for long. It’s an unfortunate fact that people like her don’t usually change. Whether it’s contempt for authority or some warped sense of entitlement that tells her she has a right to do whatever pleases her, Cheyenne Cherry is heading down a road that will undoubtedly end with her spending the majority of her life in prison.

thanks guys for the follow up! She should never be able to own a pet again!

PYSIH readers are on the ball. I literally just sent Max a link to this story, but I guess y’all beat me to it. :)

I personally think she should’ve gotten the death penalty via sharp pointy objects, but until animal cruelty laws evolve, I guess this was the most that could be done.

And once she’s on the outside…people will be waiting for her. Tiger Lilly won’t be forgotten.

      • deedeebug95 says:

let’s roast her in an oven!! is that too much….?

      • Max The Cat says:

I’d love to take credit for that elleflam, but Jason posted an update with this info as a comment a few hours ago. All praise and honors should go to him. The cash should go to me, of course – LoL.

      • Kenny says:

The death penalty for killing a kitten? Really? Normally I just take things like that with a grain of salt. I mean, normally it’s said very TIC…but you actually sound like you mean it. That bothers me that you would equate the life of any animal over the life of any human being, even one as despicable as Cherry Berry here. 5 years in prison is plenty for killing a cat (2 in prison, 3 out supervised). I love animals as much as the next average person…but human life is still worth more. If she’d burned a baby in the oven, I’d be right there with you is all I’m saying really.

        • SD says:

An eye for an eye…that poor defenseless kitten was tortured…being trapped and burnt alive. That’s the kind of person she is now, it will only get worse. And the remarks she made in court? We’re going to bee this b*tch back on here again, guaranteed.

        • zm says:

I’m always very curious what people’s rationale could possibly be for claiming that a human life is worth more than an animal’s. Care to elaborate?

          • SD says:

I don’t understand it either…never have, never will.

            • poptart1 says:

Animals’ lives are always worth more when you compare them to scumbgas like this bitch. I have never understood the presupposition that just because something is human, its life is valued above all other living creatures. You have to consider the human.

For example, if I had to choose between saving a cat from a burning building versus this ghetto piece of trash, I would pick the cat. Hands down. Shit, I would pick a maggot over this cooz.

            • realhuman916 says:

Poptart or should i say Pooptard. You deserve to be in hell. you racist shit brain

            • VCBecky says:

How is Poptart1 racist? Are you referring to her use of the word ‘ghetto’? Do you even know what ‘ghetto’ is? Are you thinking it only applies to black people? Seems to me you are the racist shitbrain here.

‘Ghetto’ as Poptart1 uses it, refers to the persons mentality and how they handle their life, not their color. Cheyenne Cherry is as ghetto as they come. Not because she’s black, but because she is scum. ‘Ghetto’ comes in all colors.

(hehe. I made a rhyme! “Cheyenne Cherry is as ghetto as they come/ Not because she is black, but because she is scum.” I R TALENTED!)

Becky this is a lazy ignorant person. Don’t waste yer time on such people. No need.

I am a racist. I hate every human being on this planet until they prove to me that I shouldn’t. It’s that simple. Thats what I say when people ask me why I have a fuck the world tatt.

            • VCBecky says:

Yeah I know, Mulch. I just get protective of the good folks on this board. I’ve always been a sort of Den Mother. The kind with teeth and claws. Hah!

            • poptart1 says:

realhuman 916 I am anything but a racist. I am an equal oppotunity hater. I dont care if this bitch is pink, she is still ghetto trash. Sounds like you have a bit of baggage there. Do you need to talk to someone about your feelings?
              LOL

            • poptart1 says:

And thank you Becky for defending my comment. Anyone who knows me knows that I am the furthest thing from a racist out there.

I dont know why certain people always have to say that others are “racist” when they dont like what they hear from others. It’s always seemed to me that it is a cop out.

Ghetto is as ghetto does. And this bitch Cheyenne is GHETTO. And trash.

            • VCBecky says:

Anytime, Poptart! :) Ignorance can be so entertaining sometimes, can’t it?

          • MC says:

Properly trained, human beings can be hundreds of times more useful (both to humanity and to the world in general). Of course, usually this doesn’t happen. That, and there are six and a quarter billion humans on the planet, which makes most of them pretty expendable.

It’s not that I hold animal life in such high regard (I don’t) – it’s just that the human race is such a disgusting infestation, and so few human beings have earned the privilege of living. Humans do have far higher potential than animals, but they rarely meet it. And unlike an animal, a human being has negative karma simply by existing. Before we can justify our existence, we first have to compensate for the damage caused by it.

          • Kenny says:

If you don’t already know why the life of a human should be held above an animal, then you really don’t understand the difference and to explain myself to you would be futile so I won’t waste my time.

MC…Badd MC *Spray with a water bottle*
If you really think so little of the human race then why do you stick around? Is there a large number of stupid people in the world? Yes but stupid is relative, with your comment filled with hate for the human race, I may feel you are stupid and don’t belong, but many would disagree with me I’m certain. I guess I tend to pay attention to the good people do rather then the bad. Sure reading this site you might feel everyone is evil and deserves to be killed…however in the grand scheme of things, people are good. Was her comment in court reprehensible? Yes, she’s a child (basically) lashing out at authority taking the brunt of the punishment for what someone else actually did. You seem to forget that. She’s a smug little peice of work yes, but she’s got issues with authority. Look how she acted differently the second time to the first. She’s still smug, but she kept her yap shut. We will see her again in court for other things, she’s been there before for theft and vandalism, she’ll be back, you don’t have to be a genius to see that.
I love animals, I own a dog but would not run out into the street to save her if it meant I’d take the car instead even if she’s the closest thing to a child my wife and I will ever have, because I still know she’s a dog. She will never learn to speak to me and tell me what she wants, she’ll panomime, but the art of human speech alludes her. I do not put her above any other human being however no matter how disgusted that person makes me.
You read PYSIH and vote to metaphorically send people to Hell which means you likely have some semblance of faith. I do as well and I see God as…a giant fire that burns and as it loses embers into the sky, those embers become souls. The souls are all related to the same fire and within every human being resides that ember. Whenever you kill a human being, you are killing your brother or sister in flame and snuffing out the greater fire and diminishing us all as a whole. You may believe in reincarnation and feel that the life of any animal could be an ancestor and little Tiger Lilly could have been your grandma and it wasn’t a cat to you, but your grandma burning to death. If that’s the case, I can respect that.

I’ll likely be black listed as a troll by some of you, and that’s unfortunate because I’ve been a commenter here for several years now. It’s just with this one thing, and these 2 comments it’s made me have to defend myself for the first time in a long time.

            • elleflam says:

I’m not going to lie–I think there are plenty of people who have lives that are much less valuable than those of your average barn mice.

I feel (and this is just me, but I feel like this is a valid point of view) that animals are the perfect innocent. They are incapable of doing wrong and are at the mercy of those who live with and around them. In this way, I consider them to be like perpetual infants. Much like an infant could not have fought back if Cherry had decided to roast him in an oven, neither could Tiger Lilly. Even if you do not feel that the life of an animal is as valuable as that of a person, you must recognize that Cherry deserves the maximum punishment possible for even being capable of doing this to an innocent life.

Although Tiger Lilly was never going to grow up and be a productive member of society he was a living creature capable of giving and receiving love and of making someone’s life much brighter. Cherry took that away with no thought or respect for Tiger Lilly’s life, and she took it away in one of the most horrific ways imaginable. Do you think it hurts less to be roasted alive because you are covered in fur and not flesh?

When you really stop to think about what that perfectly innocent animal went through, and the implications of Cherry being able to commit such an act with absolutely no remorse you should be able to see why I think the death penalty was warranted.

            • mulch says:

So you are saying that life is precious and should be held in high regard right? But you are playing God be deciding which form of life is more important than the next.

Since you are God please do me a favor and give me the next lottery numbers for the WA lottery. I need the $46 million.

But since we both know you are not God please go to the top of tallest building in your area and jump the fuck off.

LIFE is precious. ALL life. Not just the life you decide. You are not God. So step the fuck off that roof. You’ll be doing the animal world a huge favor.

            • elleflam says:

Mulch, if you were replying to my comment, I’m not sure where you see that I claimed to be God or that I was judging one life form as more valuable than the next.

I, personally, believe that there are plenty of humans who lead lives that aren’t exactly what most would consider “valuable” but I by no means think that they deserve for anything bad to happen to them, or that if a junkie and a fish tank were both trapped in a burning building that we should choose to save the fish because the junkie is a worthless piece of junk.

My point was the Cherry obviously has a blatant disregard for valuable life in all of its forms, and I feel she should’ve be given a harsher punishment if not for the value of the life of Tiger Lilly then to deter her from taking it even further next time.

If you were not addressing me, I apologize for my misinterpretation of your comment.

            • deedeebug95 says:

I don’t see you as a troll, on the contrary your opinion is as valid as any others on this site. We agree to disagree and have fun in the disagreeing, isn’t that part of the purpose of this site? All over the web there are stories of animals saving human lives, why do they do it? This is not programed into their genetics as fight or flight is, they do it because animals have a capacity for love and loyalty, animals are “lesser” on the food chain but after reading stories of animal heroics you might want to take a second look at the perspective you have of animals..

        • alyxzandra says:

Anyone who is willing to kill another being for the fun of it should just be put down. She did not show any remorse and even said to a protester about it being dead and calling the person a bitch. She would probably put a baby in the oven (I shudder at the thought) with no regards at all. She, along with her mate, shows no regards for the feelings of others, whether it is animal or human. So, put the bitch down before she kills again.

BTW, does anyone else want to just smack Cheyenne’s face? She just has that look that is begging for a smack.

          • Kenny says:

Aly…remember Cherry didn’t do it. She hid the cat in the oven to be mean, her accomplish decided to turn the oven on. Her reaction was wrong, but not incorrect. The cat was dead.
Elle, she’s being punished to the maximum extent of the law, 2 years in jail (sex abusers often get less) 3 years supervised. The person who actually turned the oven on is getting less because they are a minor.

            • Max The Cat says:

I need to make something clear first. I love animals, especially cats – My wife and I have fifteen of the furry little beasties to prove it. And we’re not crazy cat lady hoarders either; every one of them has been spayed/neutered and is up to date on their vaccinations. Two of them are diabetic, which require insulin shots twice a day, one needs daily meds for hyperactive pituitary gland, and Oscar is FIV positive. This is my second marriage, and my wife didn’t want kids, so these are our children in a way.

That said, If Cheyenne Cherry would have received the death penalty for what she did, cruel and inhuman as it was, I would in the front of the line with Kenny to protest her punishment. No doubt she deserved prison time, and to be honest, two years wasn’t nearly enough for me, but in no way do I think she forfeited her life by killing that poor little kitten. A little torture, maybe, but death? Even I think that’s a bit on the extreme side. Perhaps we all need to take a deep breath here and think about the value of a human life (even Cheyenne Cherry’s miserable life).

Unlike Kenny, I would probably risk my life to save one of my cats. However, I can think of no conceivable circumstance in which I would risk someone else’s life.

Just kidding about the torture thing – or am I?

            • deedeebug95 says:

You are right Kenny she did not do it, but when she found out what her friend did she did not run to that oven and take that kitten out did she? Instead she left that helpless creature in there and proceeded to trash the apartment, then when the screams of the kitten got to be too much to listen to they left. If any person of a decent caliper heard something like that most would go to help, she did not…there is a murderer lurking in that head of hers I am afraid we will see her in the headlines again someday.

    3. VCBecky says:

Can they pin on another year because she’s just so damn butt-ugly? Seems only fair.

    4. Harley Quinn says:

I’m dying to know how she fares in prison with a porn star name like that.

      • deedeebug95 says:

She is were she needs to be for sure my fear is that she will come out of there harder and meaner than she is now,you can not teach empathy but I think forcing her to work in a shelter day after day might help, she did not actually see what she and her friend did to Tiger Lilly, maybe time seeing animals who are tortured and abused would help her to open her eyes…i don’t know it makes me sick to think about..

    5. jq0789 says:

people like this are a harm not only to animals but to children and other people that can’t take care of themselves. this story reminds me of the young girl that put the baby in the dryer. it wouldn’t suprise me if she does something like that in her lifetime.

    6. Textbook Rental says:

I think Harley Quin is more of a porn star name… Glass houses people glass houses…

      Jean

      • Gabby says:

I am going out on a limb here but I’m going to say that Harley Quin is in referance too the Batman charater. I maybe wrong because it’s my kids that are Batman fans, but I believe that Harley Quin was the skizo chick that hung around the Joker all the time.

        • vcbecky says:

          Gabby is correct.

Cheyenne Cherry sounds more like a transvestite. A BAD transvestite.

        • MD says:

She is. She was a psychiatrist by the name of Harleen Quinzel who was already fixated on the Joker even before she set foot in Arkham. He gave her the Harley Quinn moniker as a play on the Commedia dell’arte character the Harlequin. =P

And I am glad to hear she’s getting some real prison time for her “prank”. Sadly, I doubt it will have a reformatory effect and I am sure we’ll run across her here again someday …

        • Harley Quinn says:

You’re right. She’s Joker’s hench-wench. I got branded with the nickname in college, being both a Batman/Joker fan, and a psych major. She was a psychiatrist at Arkham Asylum before she became a villain.

      • Harley Quinn says:

It’s a Batman villain. Guess it’s easier to make assumptions than to google.

      • Harley Quinn says:

Oh btw, according to the online generator, my porn star name is Muffy Golden. Not much better than Ms. Cherry’s but you know, I’ll be sure to apologize to her for throwing those proverbial stones when we’re on the same cell block after I kill a defenseless entity to get back at somebody and show no remorse for it.

Oh wait, I would never do that because I’m not a (completely) heartless piece of crap. Guess I’ll just keep throwing them stones then!

        • Gabby says:

A lot of comic book charaters have what would make intresting porn names.

Lois Lane.. Joh’hn Jones (Martian Manhunter, I misspelled his name) Carter Hall, Shyeria Hol (my personal fav) Scott Summers, Jean Gray…

I hate to drag the mom into this, but maybe that’s what her mother hoped for her? What kind of woman raises a girl to do things like this? My parents let me get by doing a lot of shit, but damaging other’s property was a HUGE no-no. Hurting animals for any reason what so ever earned even more punishment. And I’ve done the same for my kids. We even take bugs outside and release them, no reason to kill anything, usually that get in the house by our own faults, none of the bugs. Mice are trapped and taken too a field across town. We also use live trabs to catch the cats, have them fixed then released. These girls actions have NO excuses.

I would like mom and dad (if there is one) to answer some questions, so that future parents can avoid creating these kind of people.

        • Textbook Rental says:

Yes, I remember the batman reference I think Muffy Golden is much better, and I in know way wanted to compare you to a hardened criminal, Throw stones all you want…

    9. Hollywood says:

This is good news. Maybe, just maybe she’ll mature a little in jail & realize how destructive & selfish her actions were. Then again, maybe that’s just asking too much. I am curious on her little juvenile accomplice : the girl that actually put the kitten in the oven. I would love to hear *any* info or updates about that equally worthless piece of shit.

      • Turandot says:

Only thing I stumbled upon about this other worthless piece of shit is that she is 14 (maybe now 15), living in the Bronx too, mother of a 5 (or perhaps now a bit older) daughter, now already in juvenile prison and that her name is something like Whitney B.

Someone from the area may remember such a wench??? I pray so.

She should get the same ‘loving treatment’ as our cherry cupcake did.

I guess I shouldn’t be so surprised. So many child torturer/killers in jail for less time than say a burglar and hey if your in the NFL, 60 days will suffice for vehicular manslaugher…WTF.

      • Fred says:

My wife had a dog which hated me and I it.
One day he got out and ran under a car parked in he street.
As emerged from the other side about to run into traffic, I kicked him back under the car.
I did not bend down to grab or push him
        1. I live on a busy street – if I bent down I may have become unseen by some passing motorists
        2. The little bastard probably would have bitten me.

I could have done nothing and let the dog die, but despite the fact that I hated the dog, I could not let harm happen nor bring any major harm to him because my wife still loved him.

Oddly enough the car that nearly injured us both stopped a few feet past Sparkey and I when they realized that I was kicking the dog back under the car…..

So my point in this case – if the laws were so strict, I would be in trouble for what I did or at least have to justify what I did in court!

So would yanking my dog out of the street also be punishable?
Or the way I rescued her from the river be a court matter?

The laws here in the USA are far from perfect, but seem to be more reasonable than those in other places.

    14. Fred says:

This bitch needs to be spayed..NOW!
In time there may be a child in her life and what is this bitch going to do if the judge orders her to let the father visit the child when she does not want to do so?
Cook the child in an oven to spite the father????

I broke up with a girl just to spite her mother – what an asshole I was – sorry Corinna.

I think this bitch is more spiteful than I…
I do joke about dropping one of my cats at a Chinese restaurant and picking her up 45 minutes later, but my wife and I could never intentionally bring harm to our pets in such a manner

    15. LilMissSunshine says:

hahahah.. good for that ugly bitch.

    16. Fast Eddy says:

Cheyenne Cherry, you dumb cunt, please make some infractions in jail and extend your time. The judge should have stipulated that she could never ever own a pet again. 3yrs, come on. What a horrible death that poor little kitty cat had. Cunt! F You!

    17. Nicole says:

Max, I totally agree with you that she will not change and we will see her again. I think I said that in her last thread. I hate to think of who’s expense it will be at this time. I just hope that her next conviction lands her ass in there where she belongs FOR GOOD and more than anything I hope she doesn’t reproduce . She would probably throw her kids in the oven for crying. Sick bitch!

    18. poptart1 says:

I hate this bitch and I am so happy that she will be receiving extra time on her sentence. I am pleased to see that the letters which were written to the Judge (including mine) were taken into consideration. That makes me feel pretty good, but she should be serving more time, if you ask me. She should be dead for what she has done. She has no respect for life, and I dont like sharing this planet wit her.

More than likely she will get out, get pregnant from six different losers, pump out a few spawns that will be scum just like their mamma, and then live happily ever after, sponging off the system in the form of welfare and food stamps for the remainder of her pathetic life.

Trash, plain and simple. That’s what Cheyenne is. Let’s hope someone in lock down breaks the cycle and beats her to death for running her ugly mouth.

    19. PeachPie says:

Looking at her face, and reading her story, I am reminded of the type of mean, ruthless girls I recall from high school years ago. I wonder…maybe they ended up like she did.

My guess is she’s the kind of POS that will come out of prison thinking she ’s more bad ass then ever for having served time.

Although not as fervently as I feel about perps of crimes against children/humans, I still want to punch her in the f’ing mouth. Hard.

    20. dani says:

she’s a loser, and i hope she get the cockiness beat outta her

    21. Turandot says:

Hate to be a bugger but nobody has an idea about the Identity of the other slut which cranked the oven actually on??? She deserves hell most certainly too but got away with a slap on the wrist???

    22. Ivonne says:

I admit, I’m not the biggest animal lover. I like them yes, though not cats particularly. However, I do not value them over human lives as I don’t believe they have souls and accountability and self-realization, and I wouldn’t give anyone the death penalty for animal cruelty.

That said, some of the commenters sound quite demented. All of the hatred and anger and evil make them sound just like this crazy chick. Yes, she was wrong and should be punished. No, it’s not necessary for you to overreact, lose sleep, work up a sweat, or compromise your humanity over this. I promise, it’s not.

      • justjaney says:

        I don’t know you…….and I don’t want to either you sound like and ass……

      • E says:

“Some of the commenters sound quite demented.” Why thank you Ivonne! You are quite right, and so kind to mention it. “All of the hatred and anger and evil make them sound just like this crazy chick.” You love to throw around buzz words, don’t you? Pointing tremulously at others and whining about “hate” and “anger” probably makes you “feel good about yourself.” You probably think of yourself as “tolerant” and “progressive.” Oh and BTW, saying things in anger is nowhere near the same as someone like these dog bitches who deliberately picked up an animal, placed it in an oven, and turned the oven on. Completely different Ivonne! Just thought I’d point out that little distinction you missed. “No, it’s not necessary for you to overreact, lose sleep, work up a sweat, or compromise your humanity over this. I promise, it’s not.” Maybe, but sometimes people who react in this way get things done.

      • deedeebug95 says:

That is why we come here to spew about the injustice we read of! Better here than a lynch mob….as far as being demented? Only in my mind…

      • Jessecka says:

If someone can do that to a helpless kitten wth do you think they would do to a person who could actually fight back. the pysco bitch deserves the death penatly and you need serious mental help.

    23. Lindsay says:

Poptart, why don’t you write some letters to the judges who let child murderers get away? What about writing a few lines to help change the laws for getting the goddamn death penalty enacted for men that rape babies? I just hope to HELL you don’t have any kids. If you do, where in the f*** are your priorities in life? You scare me.

      • Nicole says:

Whoa–slow down there, champ. Where in Poptart’s post did they say that they were not writing letters for things like that? and who is to say that they are not just as angry and disturbed by it? All they said is that they wrote a letter vouching for Cheyenne to receive a harsher punishment for what she did to this innocent living creature.

      • E says:

Lindsay, how can you not know whether poptart has kids, when you two are such good buds that you know for a fact that s/he has never written any letters about child murders or the goddamn death penalty?

      • poptart1 says:

Lindsay, you scare the hell out of me also.

FYI I am extremely active in the community and I have written several letters to judges when child rapists and murderers get off easy.

So, dont act like you know me, who I am, or what I am about because you read one post on a website. Get over yourself, you obviously arent that intelligent. By the way, since you went there, I am gonna go there and tell you that I am afraid for YOUR children but it figures, you probably have a dozen. Reverse darwinism in effect people.

      • justjaney says:

Lindsay…as in the personal human toilet one??….

      • deedeebug95 says:

Since you are so worried about what other people are doing in their personal lives, might I suggest that you take some of your own advice and write a few letters yourself instead of making assumptions about others on this site…

    24. ahleec says:

Cheyenne Cherry is a very sick person and I am thrilled that the public backlash added time onto her sentence. It’s fascinating to me to read the comments and responses in regard to the value of the victims life in relation to the killers. Yup, killerS. That said, I submit this: all life is precious; the twisted lives in this case who should rot in jail as well as that of the kitten they killed. One commenter argued the cat’s life was of more value than the criminals, another that if they both were in a burning building they’d save the cat over her. Wow. THAT is almost as morally reprehensible as shoving a cat into an oven to it’s death (or directing that it happen). It may also be submitted that human life is more precious; without it, how do domesticated animals survive? I suppose it may also be submitted that a voiceless innocent such as a dependent animal is of more value than another animal who largely disregards life. I suppose there’s no answer, but maybe a clue lies in asking this: if you do stumble upon disaster at which lives are in danger and you’re willing to assist, do you stop first to ask details? (IE, miss, have you ever roasted a live cat?) Of course not. Oh, and kudos, Lindsay :) Well said. One can only hope it’s pathetic naivety that drives poptart to say what they said. Only someone with little life experience and a very closed mind would say someone should die for this and more so, get killed in jail to “break the cycle”. Sure proof of someone who lives with blinders on and swallows every stereotype that’s force fed them versus actually looking at the big picture. Funny how clicking a few times in facebook is now equated to writing a letter. P.S. Since when does it make sense to interchange the term “animal killer” with terms like “cooze” or “slut”. Weird.

      • elleflam says:

Perhaps Poptart did write a letter to the judge. I know many people who did, myself included. It wasn’t a “few clicks on Facebook” but a letter that I put time and thought into to best express what I wanted to say. I took the time to do so because I cared about the outcome of this case. Please don’t belittle the effort many put into fighting for a just outcome in this case.

      • VCBecky says:

I submit that you do not understand the reason for this website. Further, I submit that you should come down off your cloud because icicles are forming in your nostrils and could swear I see a yeti in there…

      • E says:

Ahleec, please stop patting yourself on the back long enough to think. First, about why you are even at this website. Surely the name, People You’ll See In Hell, must have clued you in? That if you read the comments here, you’re in for a rough ride? Second, also on the subject of comments, please devote some thought to this amazing concept: ACTIONS are different from WORDS. Actions may cause bodily harm, but words? Outside of comic books, they don’t normally bring on any physical hurt. Now, once you’ve wrapped your mind around these ideas, think about this. The people at this website use WORDS when they talk about Cherry. “Cooz,” “slut” — doesn’t matter — all just words. Cherry on the other hand and her “dog” performed a deliberate, calculated action, resulting in the death of a live creature by burning. And you whimper, just because you read “I’d save a cat from a burning building before Cherry” (paraphrase) and you think that’s wrong. Disagreeing is fine, but do not say, this is almost as morally reprehensible as burning the cat. No, it isn’t! Different ballparks, different freakin leages! Can you not see what a silly and pretentious ass you’re being? “Only someone with little life experience and a very closed mind” — will you give your pretentiousness a fucking rest already? I say, only a hermetically sealed, airless, completely-lacking-all-life-even-at-the-microscopic level, mind, is unable to distinguish between actions and words!

        • poptart1 says:

Cooz and slut are damn good words and there is no reason for them not to be used. Especially when the shoe fits… LOL.

Just gotta love the people who come onto this site and act all shocked and mortified because someone writes “cooz”. Shit, there is more emotion about my verbiage choices from some of these posters than in regard to the hideous act which this little bitch was a direct part of.

Good to know Lindsay and Ahleec dont lose site of the big picture, huh? Keep on doing what you do, guys. Right on. Fight the power.

          Geez.

          • E says:

It astounds me how the Ahleecs and Lindsays of the world get their Spanx all in a wad over insults, curses, epithets, fantasies of violence. They must be such sensitive little flowers. The plights of the Tiger Lilys leave them strangely unmoved. Oh, they may throw in a “Cheyenne Cherry is very sick!” or “She deserves jail time” or something like that, but that’s it. Then they can’t understand other folks who prefer animals to people. Ought to take a good long look in a mirror.

Poptart you ARE an overzealous psychotic, and I love it! The world needs more O.P.

I think I’m going to have a T shirt made that reads “Patronizing, Pretentious Ass.”

      • poptart1 says:

BTW, I was rolling with this site BFD, or before faceboook days. But in any case, you shouldnt get so uptight when I talk about breaking cycles…. Cheyenne when released will do nothing but breed and sponge off the system. Look at her. Eeew.

Again, I hope someone beats her to death in prison. I mean that. And I wouldnt spit on her if she was on fire. Thats my perogative.

Why are you so affected anyways? And what do you know about MY life experience? Get over yourself because it is evident that you are not perfect either. You seem a little naive yourself.

    25. Fred says:

      Speaking of cats
      http://nibbleandbit.com/roz/
Let me know if anyone can help.
I have 3 cats that have their claws and they’d kill this poor cat….
Also living in an older house on a river bank I need my cats to have claws as to control the mice…..

      Thanks

      • Gabby says:

Fred, declawed cats tend to have back claws for climbing and defending. Front paws are usually the only ones removed. (Which btw, is very cruel if you ask me. They don’t just remove the nail, they remove the whole paw too the joint, they are removing the bone.) Also, declawing a cat doesn nothing to a cats mousing capibliities. We had a declawed cat that we adopted one time that caught mice just as well as any cat we’ve ever had. She could climb trees and I have scars from her back paws when she attacked my feet. If you want this kitty, don’t be afraid to adopt it.

        • Fred says:

We have 6 animals in a small 6 room house 3 cats, 2 rabbits and 1 dog (black lab) – next animal out the door could be me!

          • justjaney says:

… I have two cats one dog and now me mate wants me to go look at an abandoned kitten….of all things!!! a kitten….better make that 3 cats and a dog….I’m such a sap

    26. E Diddy says:

Cheyenne looks bomb in a bikini.

    27. MeAhna says:

I have heard that people that are capable of torturing and/or killing animals with little to no remorse usually move on to “bigger & better”; humans. I believe it would behoove us all to keep that in mind.

(In the words of Forrest Gump) & thats all I have to say about that.

    28. Lindsay says:

Well, CHAMP..why don’t you go back and actually read poptart’s posts. Now, tell me if you know of anyone that unhinged ever writing letters on behalf of ANYONE. She wants the death-penalty for killing an animal. You did get that,eh? I never claimed to be buddies with the chick. I tend to shy away from overzealous psychotics.
I never said that killing animals is okay. Animals are innocent creatures that should be protected. And yeah, I do believe that their are people out there that should drop dead. Their lives are worthless (This is debatable to some people, but I can argue this point all day). Just take time and actually read some of the articles on here! If some of these bastards don’t make you regret that you aren’t a lifeguard in the gene pool of life, nothing will. YET…I just can’t equate an animal’s life to the life of a human kid. I just can’t.

And E, you are a patronizing, pretentious ass. Most folks on here can use big words too!

      • Nicole says:

You know what Lindsay, people like you are proof that there is no shortage of stupid in this world. I have no patience for you or your presumptuous comments. First of all, before you start running your mouth on “Poptart” or any of the other members of this site, try re-reading that particular post, since that is the one you chose to pick on, as apparently all of us piss you off. And you want to talk about overzealous psychotics? All they said was that they wrote a letter to this judge demanding a harsher punishment for this sick individual, who will undoubtedly get out in a couple of years to commit more crimes. So I would say, even if the letters only got her more time, then those who wrote those letters performed a public service, wouldn’t you? Never once in that post did I see the death of a human being belittled in comparison to the death of an animal. You obviously read the post and twisted it into your own warped little words. So, that being said, who’s the scary one here? Calm the fuck down. Go take a xanax and stop soiling yourself.

      • dani says:

in the bible it states something about an “eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth” and “treat others as you would want to be treated” right? does that mean just humans cuz i didnt remember that part. and its been proven that when they start with animals they will move up the food chain, so rather then yelling later that nobody did anything to help the little bastard reform or why wasnt idiot stopped before reaching that point? be glad that she got jail time, and whatever happens in prison hopefully hurts

        • CAD says:

that’s the old testament sweetheart, you might want to get up on your biblical knowledge which says turn the other cheek. Eye was before Jesus died for our sins.

          over and out!

          • Jason says:

“treat others as you would want to be treated”

was Christ, perhaps you should read the Bible before you try to use your lack of knowledge as a lever against someone else.

Who are you CAD, and do you know Cheyenne?

      • E says:

“Well, CHAMP..why don’t you go back and actually read poptart’s posts.” I have. “Now, tell me if you know of anyone that unhinged ever writing letters on behalf of ANYONE.” Certainly I have. I do, all the time. “I never claimed to be buddies with the chick.” No, but your assumption that s/he has never written any letters to any judges presupposes a fairly intimate acquaintaince. “Just take time and actually read some of the articles on here!” Another assumption, honeybunch. I’ve read them all. “If some of these bastards don’t make you regret that you aren’t a lifeguard in the gene pool of life, nothing will.” When I read about the pond scum featured at this web site, I do very much regret that I’m not, etc. etc. ” YET…” Whatever that means. “I just can’t equate an animal’s life to the life of a human kid. I just can’t.” Fine, so we disagree. Perhaps coming to a website like this and then reacting so strongly to the posts was not the most productive use of your time? However, how you choose to spend your leisure hours is certainly your own concern. “And E, you are a patronizing, pretentious ass.” See, Lindsay — you CAN be perceptive, if you only try! Maybe someday you’ll say, “Hmm, a website devoted to figuratively sending people to hell. If I read these posts, they might upset me.” “Most folks on here can use big words too!” Your point?

      • poptart1 says:

Overzealous psychotic? Maybe on a good day. You give me too much credit. I really ticked you off, huh?

        So affected.

      • Max The Cat says:

Poptart, you’re an unhinged crackpot? Why didn’t you let me know that? We’ve been friends for a while, and I never picked up on that. Sensitive to the suffering of others, yes. Disgusted when murderers, rapists and child molesters get off with light sentences, absolutely. But a lunatic – mmmmm, no, I’d have to say I disagree with that assessment, especially coming from Lindsay here.

I mean, wasn’t it you who recently posted this quote in the UPDATE: Harve Johnson and Nedia Benz thread Lindsay?

“I’ll be your co-defendant and we can get both get put in jail with her. You hold her and I’ll stick a shank down her throat.”

“I’ll stick a shank down her throat?” Now, I’m no expert, but I think that qualifies as an unhinged comment.

Not that I disagree with you, Lindsay, but you’d think someone who was able to vent her anger like this would be open minded enough to let poptart, or anyone else for that matter, vent in the exact same way.

        Nobody likes a hypocrite, champ.

        • Nicole says:

Hahaha Max, you’re so awesome! :)

          • Max The Cat says:

Me Nicole? LOL – No way…It’s just that sometimes a person paints a bullseye on their back so huge even a dolt like me can’t miss the mark.

            • Nicole says:

I hear you, Max. You just worded it much better than I was able to. Sometimes people (like Lindsay) frustrate me so much that I get too flustered to even get my words out properly. And you’re not a dolt!

        • poptart1 says:

Thanks Max. I know that I can be affected also at times, but I do believe that there are some humans whose lives are not equal to those of our animal friends. Just because someone is human means nothing in the sense that their lives are automatically worth more or more important than an animals’. Lindsay’s basis for her argument bothers me simply because it is the same mentality which exists in REAL racists who believe that just because they are white they are superior. You know what I mean? It is the content of the character which counts in the long run.

Why Lindsay had to pick on the poptart I dont know.

Some things never change around here. LOL. But Max, I really do appreciate your defending me in the fact that I am not a full blown psychotic. I havent gotten to that point yet. Close but not yet. Showing knives down people’s throat seems more psychotic to me than my commentary about just letting some bitch like Cheyenne burn to death because she is scum.

        • justjaney says:

I love it when people get caught out like that, cracks me up…sometimes one should go back over old posts before they reply to others, me thinks :) and for some reason I still can’t get lindsay and toilet go in the same sentence…hmmm ahh aussie humor love it :)

      • poptart1 says:

You just got put on blast. LOL.

    29. justjaney says:

Again, why do I get the feeling that the three names that kinda of repeat the same thing are actually one and the same?…could be wrong….if im not what’s with all the E’s in the names??

      • VCBecky says:

The dipshittery is too similar to be different people, Janey. I’m with you – I wish the sock puppets would retire, or at least wash themselves once in a while. Its starting to smell like feet around here!

      • E says:

You guys don’t mean me do you? I’m completely on the side of some savage hurt visiting Cherry’s meaningless life. I have no idea who the other posters are. They’re not connected with me.

        • VCBecky says:

Pffft. No, not you. Your gibberish is at least as sane as mine and you’re obviously a single person, as opposed to several people using the same body to type with. ;)

    30. E says:

“Yes,” “mm hm.” My, a good little girl all of a sudden. Or maybe her DA had a little talk with her on her behavior. Either way, I doubt someone this evil will ever change. And the same goes for Whitney B. I’m pleased she kept her big yap shut and got a longer sentence (I phoned the judge too) but plan to keep my eyes and ears open on the subject of Cheyenne Cherry Cat Cooking Cunt. Someday, someone somewhere who’s having a bad day will recognize her and think “what have I got to lose.” This ain’t over, not by a long shot.

    31. E says:

Greetings, I’d like to do a corrective addendum on some of my earlier posts. (Like the big words, Lindsay?) I wish very much that I had not referred to either of Tiger Lily’s killers as “dogs” or “dog bitches.” I was angry and not thinking. Happens sometimes when you feel strongly about something. We all know what kinds of creatures dogs are, and for me to even mention them in the same sentence as these excrements with legs was incorrect and terribly unfair. I apologize.

    32. bo says:

damn i cant speak near as whats that word{eliquent}as some of u in here,my shit just comes out BLOWING UP,lol.

      • Max The Cat says:

I wouldn’t say that bo – you may not have the fancy words, but you’re just as eloquent as anyone else I know. Everything you say comes from the heart, and when you do that, the important thing is what you say, not how you say it.

Besides, some of the stupidest, most nonsensical posts were made by people who had beautiful vocabularies. Think pompous ass and you’ll know who I’m talking about. Overeducated bullshit artists are all these people really are – they think too much of themselves and don’t mind saying so.

        • deedeebug95 says:

So true Max…Bo I like your post, sometimes fancy is not what we need to read anyway!!

          • VCBecky says:

I concur. Besides, there are different types of eloquence. People can use big words and know what they mean, but the emotional impact of those words is actually lost on them. So it will be lost on their readers. I’d rather hear a ’simple’ vocabulary used well, than a complex vocabulary used without heart.

For instance, the words “Skank” and “Cooze”. They mean the same thing, and they feel similar. Harmless, stupid, dirty whore. However the words “Gash” and “Cunt” used in the same context, with the same meaning as the other two words, describe more of a bitchy, cunning dirty whore.

            Or am I wrong?

            Hehe!

            • bo says:

damn becky that just got me all kinds of worked up,lol, what ever the fuck u said.lllllol.

            • deedeebug95 says:

Becky darlin’ you are funny and so right…

Bo, please do not thank me I find your post’s are straight forward and that speak to all of us!

          • bo says:

and thanku deedeebug and max.that means a lot comeing from u 2.

        • E says:

You’re right, Max . . . only I would say . . . some are overeducated bullshit artists, some only sound like overeducated bullshit artists . . . they don’t think about how they sound, or are too weary to care, or it just comes naturally and they don’t want to front. And they don’t mean anything offensive by it anymore than, say, bo does, whos as direct as a punch to the gut, and it’s great. Everybody’s got different jobs, lives, habits, hobbies, that make their speech what it is . . . just sayin . . . he he

    33. Nicole says:

It’s true Bo, just like Max said, some of the stupidest things come out of the mouths of some of these people who are so “well spoken”. They think just because they know how to read a thesaurus that they are smart.

      • bo says:

    40. Kathy says:

Well, I’m VERY glad this bitch got some jail time. It’s too bad that dog-killer Nicole Spatig got NO jail time or even probation. Unless we toughen animal abuse laws across the board and have mandatory sentences, sick assholes will continue to think it’s funny to torture helpless animals to death.

    41. Kat says:

I agree that Nicole Spatig deserved just as much jail time as Cheyenne Cherry and it is a complete travesty that she was sentenced to none at all. Anyone who could leave a dog to starve to death in a cage is nothing but pure scum and no better than our Ms. Cherry. I hope Ms. Spatig’s life has been as ruined by the publicity of her crime as she claims. While I am not on board with condemning such people to the death penalty I admit to having fantasies of them being put through hellish torture. It helps to soothe my rage at them.

    42. Schmoo says:

Cheyenne deserves death and Ill be happy to bake her. Ill save any animal anyday over a useless piece of human flesh like Cheyenne.
That includes feral cats that will rip my eyelids off. Im right behind Bo and Im puttin on ma boots!

    43. hazzard2myself says:

just a nasty waste of space that girl is. No morals, no manners, no upbringing, no decency. Just a big shit with teeth.

    44. Tabitha says:

You know what? I hate this bitch and I dont even know her. And before anyone says racist, just know that I am black myself. I dont give a shit what color she is, the bitch is sick and should be taken out of the equation of society at an early age (long years in prison). Sick bitch, but dont worry, there is no man that will wanna touch her after he knows her rep. Stupid bitch fucked herself.

I may sound harsh but I GET SO RILED UP when people hurt: Elderly people, children/babies, and animals!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OKAY. I’m kinda confused, everyone is talking about this chick like SHE stuck the cat in the oven and how 2-5 years isnt enough. WTF what about this accompliance whose idea it was, the one who actually carried out the action, to stuck the kitten in the oven only getting 18 months…in juvie??? what sick 14 yr old would do that? I’ll tell you a future serial killer! Dont get me wrong she’s a crazy bitch but i think some misguided blame is being place on her.

People like C.C. are why I prefer animals over most people. And yes, alot of serial killers started their careers of death by killing and maiming helpless animals. I hate hearing about babies and animals being treated like this and both are helpless and give unconditional love, so I would have no qualms over fucking up mistreaters of both. Who the hell said humans are more worthy than animals? They were here long before us so who do we think we are?!
