JP deserves going to prison, hopefully he isn’t getting raped in prison, but all of you on this site are saying you hope he gets raped, are just as bad as the rapists themselves, unfortunately it happens in prison, and hopefully he repents of his crime, but everyone on here that wants him to get raped, you are no better than those that rape. think about it.

You clearly don’t actually have any experience with the judicial system. The idea that it is becoming too soft is a total myth. If you look at the actual figures, our crime rates are about the same as all western, civilized countries, but our incarceration rates are dramatically higher. In Michigan alone, we spend almost a quarter of our GDP on prisons. These factors are directly attributable to ever increasing sentences and harsher biases of potential jurors against defendants. The punishments keep increasing, no matter who is in office. As long as people like yourself continue to think otherwise, they’ll continue to do so.

Holy crap, you’re evil.

Wishing something horrible on a judge because he did what he thinks is right, in granting a new trial to a kid who wasn’t allowed to present valid evidence at his murder trial? A disagreement is one thing, but can you really feel that high and mighty while saying such despicable things? In one breath, you use some of JP’s potentially hyperbolic statements as examples of proof of guilt, and in another you wish a judge serious harm. Perverse, if you ask me.

I live in Michigan. Let me tell you something. The judicial system in Michigan is pathetic at best. Maybe someday when we get all these liberal nutless so called leaders out of office, and get some hard core conservative leadership we can get the death penalty reinstated in this damn state, and people like this can get whats coming to them.
