    Brandy Sherrie Foreman

Brandy ForemanThis is 36-year-old Brandy Sherrie Foreman.

A few years back, Brandy Foreman had a child, a little girl that was named Daelynn.

Tragically, Daelynn Foreman was born with cerebral palsy and a seizure disorder. She had an abnormally small brain, never walked or talked and wore diapers every single day of her life.

Daelynn was completely dependent on her mother for survival.

Brandy Foreman was dependent on the state for financial support to take care of her daughter.

Fortunately for the little family, Ms. Foreman had applied for and received just about every single social service available to her that the great state of California offers – free food, free doctors, free teachers, paid-for special schools, paid-for therapies. There was free medical equipment and supplies. Brandy Sherrie Foreman is also recorded as receiving Supplemental Security Income payments and an In-Home Support Services salary.

And a $175,000 windfall from a mold lawsuit settlement paid out by a former landlord did help some. Brandy Sherrie Foreman was the trustee of the trust set up in that amount for Daelynn.

With all the support available, life for the Foreman family was manageable – and by all accounts, for the first 11 years of Daelynn Foreman’s life Brandy Foreman did a pretty decent job of taking care of her.

    Until 2006.

Sometime in 2006, an old boyfriend of Brandy Foreman got out of prison. He headed straight for Brandy’s duplex and resumed their relationship.

According to witnesses, that was about the time that Brandy really stopped caring so much about Daelynn and started caring much more about methamphetamines.

But even before the boyfriend moved in, there were some signs that Brandy Sherrie Foreman was starting to push Daelynn Foreman out of the nest.

According to police reports, Brandy had not taken Daelynn to the doctor for more than a year, and she had also stopped sending Daelynn to a school for the severely physically disabled about 11 months earlier.

Sacramento’s Child Protective Services had been called a number of times to the Foreman home. Their due diligence ended at the front door, as Brandy Foreman avoided dealing with CPS agents merely by refusing to answer the door and pretending to not be home.

4.5 ounces of methamphetamine and Daelynn’s 23.5-pound body was found by authorities on the 31st of July, 2006 in the duplex Brandy and her boyfriend shared. They arrived after Brandy Foreman called 911 to report that her daughter had died.

A sheriff’s report made by an officer at the scene stated that the girl was “morbidly thin” with her skeletal features “clearly outlined under her skin.” She also had bed sores in which bones showed “through several open holes in the skin.”

That sounds a bit painful, doesn’t it? Open holes in your skin that go down to the bone?

Of course, when you weigh less than the average welsh corgi, your skin is somewhat thinner than someone who weighs a bit more. And you probably have considerably less in the way of muscle.

According to the coroner’s report, Daelynn Foreman had died of bronchopneumonia, complicated by malnutrition and neglect. Death had been slow and excruciatingly painful.

While we will never know how deep the thoughts were that Daelynn had, you can safely assume that she felt loved when fed, when taken care of. You can bet that she enjoyed the presence of those who cared for her.

And, on the opposite side of that coin, you can believe that Daelynn – that helpless person who relied on the kindness of others for her existence – felt deep, deep pain as she wasted away.

Did she feel the horror that we can imagine anyone feeling as their body consumes itself, slowly, over a period of months? Did she understand that her mother had problems of her own scoring enough meth to support her half-gram a day habit and couldn’t be bothered to change her bedding, give her food or give her water?

    We’ll never know.

Brandy Foreman was arrested and charged with first-degree murder 7 months after her daughter died. You can be sure that Brandy ate well during that time, probably while waiting for the remaining $153,000 in the trust account – all of which would go to Brandy as the next beneficiary in the case that Daelynn died.

At the trial of Brandy Sherrie Foreman, the prosecutor was nice enough to point out that the only signed withdrawal from the $175,000 trust account was $22,000 that went toward a Dodge Magnum. The reason given for the withdrawal of the money and subsequent purchase of the vehicle was for the transportation of Daelynn to and from school and medical appointments.

However, it was proved that Brandy Foreman never took Daelynn to school in the car – and the back area of the station wagon would have had a hard time transporting any kind of a wheelchair because it contained large sub-woofer type speakers instead.

Brandy ForemanOn the 22nd of January, 2010, Brandy Foreman was sentenced to a 25-years-to-life term, to be served in one of California’s magnificent prisons.

As she read Brandy’s sentence from her perch up on the judge’s bench, Sacramento Superior Court Judge Marjorie Koller said:

This is a particularly egregious case given the vulnerability of the victim and the help that was available to the defendant.

Daelynn’s death came despite six reports of suspected abuse over a four-year period that were made to Sacramento County’s child protective services agency. Since attracting media attention, the case has been heralded as one of the first real signs of how troubled Sacramento’s CPS had become.

Since this case was brought into the light, a series of other child neglect cases resulting in death have come to the attention of those in the media. The outcry has resulted in some people being charged with minor crimes and a few managers losing their cushy government jobs.

But that doesn’t help Daelynn much at this point now, does it?

The question remains – does the 11 years of decent care by Brandy Foreman outweigh the 6 months of intense torture by neglect that her daughter endured that resulted in Daelynn’s death?

Neglecting someone who is incapable of taking care of themselves, who solely relies on help from the person who is supposed to love her unconditionally??? Absolutely unforgivable, straight to hell with you. Selfish bitch.

    2. Oceanic says:

I have to wonder why she let that loser back into her life. I know being a single parent can be lonely (it is for me), but when one has a child, especially a child with special needs, that parent needs to be EXCEPTIONALLY picky about who he or she lets into that child’s life.

Speaking of parents, where was Daelynn’s father?

    3. Harley Quinn says:

When you have a special needs child, you don’t sign a contract for how long you’ll take care of that child. The non existant contract doesn’t end so you can just stop after a decade and do whatever the hell you want.

Brandi was afforded EVERY thing she could have possibly needed to care for her daughter. She was given more assistance than most. She squandered it on a drug habit, either because she was too selfish or too weak.

But there are parents who would give their arms and legs to care of their children when they don’t have the resources. There are single parents worried sick about how they’re going to pay the rent/bills next week, they look at their giggling child or get a random drooly toddler hug and remember why it’s so worth it. There are parents of special needs children who are making just barely enough to scrape by and still fight to the bone to make sure their child is cared for. How either of you do it, I’ll never know. If I had that kind of strength I know I would be a better person. If any of you are reading this, I’d rather thank you than condemn Brandi to hell.

Don’t get me wrong. I mean, I hope she burns in hell either way.

Sorry if this one is rambly! I had a valium for breakfast.

    4. Penny says:

I am guessing that their was another family member responsible for the 11 years of resonable care that was given, like maybe a grandmother. Then the a-hole gets out of jail and didnt want that person snooping around while he was using the apartment to do drugs, at which point the girl stopped receiving the care and attention she needed! It is just a guess, but I see it everyday. Also, atlot of good it did to keep giving this woman everything she needed, no wonder she was able to be so easily influenced by a man. Those hand outs she was given didnt teacher the value she should have for herself.

      • Fred says:

Your theory works very well as it seems to be a serious 180 that this fat bitch did.

      • E says:

You make several good points and especially about some another family member probably providing the 11 years of good care. I completely believe that. It explains so much and fits in with the big picture.

    5. Hard On For PYSIH says:

Lets get this fat bitch a big fat box of kleenxes, and ram it right up her big fat asshole.

      Seriously Mrs. Meth… bad choice.

    6. Big Mike says:

I am beside myself on this one. Horror’s like this are causing me to lose faith in humanity. How can a person watch another person suffer? I don’t get it. I hope I never will.

    7. Clorisa says:

Why are parents of neglected children often overweight?
Children are starved, but momma is usually quite large.

      • vcbecky says:

Women who are lardly usually have emotional and self-esteem problems. They use food as a kind of security blanket. In the case of neglected and starved children with fat parents, it’s a physical manifestation of pure selfishness.

Judging only from this writeup, I get a sense Ms. B.S. Foreman was suffering from a suppressed case of Poor Me for a long time and was just starting to lose interest in maintaining her humanity by caring for her child. Her ex-boyfriend came back at just the right time, gave her a change in lifestyle so to speak, and she got selfish. “I sacrificed 11 years of my life for this kid and now I want something for myself!” can’t you just see it?

As a side-note, what’s with the meth? She can’t have been doing it for long, seeing how insulated she is against drought, famine and the harsh cold of winter. 36 and just starting a meth problem? Sounds like a suicidal mindset even if it wasn’t conscious.

        • E says:

          HAHAHA! U r sooo funny!

          (and right)

        • Takuro Spirit says:

Um, I’m “lardly” and have a very high opinion of myself. And of course I do not starve my child. I’m getting really sick of this shit. All us fat people are just big stupid hogs with low IQs who want to hoard all the food in the world and stuff it into our big selfish mouths. BOO! Kill us all. Uh, anyway. Back on track. This woman is a horrible person and deserves whatever she gets now.

          • vcbecky says:

Aw crap, I didn’t make myself clear again. I had hoped the word ‘usually’ would help, but I suppose I should have tried harder to make sure I wasn’t misunderstood about such a delicate point. Especially to a fellow “Dark Tower” fan. ;)

I am ‘fluffy’, ‘lardly’, ‘curvy’ myself. How many of us larger women do you know who actually have healthy self-esteem? Many fake it but deep down inside they’re way more insecure than they let on. I have a sedentary lifestyle during the day, 12 hours behind a desk 5-6 days a week. I really don’t have a self esteem problem, but I know plenty of larger women who do. In fact, I have only one friend who’s big who has a healthy attitude about herself. It’s rare.

Some people are fat because they have a very low sense of self. You can’t deny that. Please don’t take my post as a jab at fat women, as much as it is a jab at women who abuse themselves and those around them because they don’t like themselves. Fat is not always a lone problem, it’s a symptom of something much worse in certain cases like this one. That ‘something much worse’ tends to do more to their life than just make them fat.

            • CP says:

I’m a very curvy size 16 woman with excellent self-esteem. I love my curves, don’t mind the fat spots, feel okay with my jiggles and wiggles and know how to play up the good stuff while camouflaging the negative stuff. Don’t lump all us big girls into the “no self esteem” category. I am a lot more secure about my body than most of my pin thin friends are. And luckily, my husband is a ‘chubby chaser’ which works out well for me. It IS possible to be entirely too sexy at a plus size weight. Wish more women felt about their bodies the way I do.

            • vcbecky says:

I would never lump all of us curvy women together! Sexiness is all about self-esteem and confidence. It has very little to do with looks. There’s a booker I work with who, when he refers to me in front of others and I’m not there, makes that hourglass shape in the air with his hands and calls me ‘the boss’. I am not a man and I’m glad it’s obvious!

The majority of large women are that way because of a negative self-image. Unfortunately our society grinds women down until they have no choice but to starve themselves to feel attractive. That’s not healthy, it’s self-destructive and wrong. A bit of chub is cause for self-hatred, which causes depression and promotes eating for comfort and there you have your vicious circle that many large women fall into. More fat means more hate and more HoHo’s. It’s horrible.

On the other hand, BS Foreman has no right to feel confident in herself. I have no desire to put more thought into expressing my hatred for her. Therefore I pick the obvious button to push. She is a lardass pile of flub with no redeeming qualities to make us look past the physical. I hope someone in prison punches her stomach hard enough to fracture her fat, causing a chain-reaction resulting in shattered organs. Maybe she’ll jiggle herself to death while running for dessert. We can only hope.

            • USS Yorktown says:

Some curvy people deserve my contempt not what they are, but for what they did. Good example are Lori Drew and Ashley Grills, but are obese, yet they called Megan Meier “fat”. Clearly, Drew and Grills were obese themselves.

            • ApriL says:

well a self-esteem problem can start when you’re a child, and it can worsen as you get older, no matter how scrawny/fluffy you are. I was a toothpick before i had my first kid (and still thought I was a cow) even though i barely weighed over 100lbs. It’s all the frame of mind, and now im bigger then i was, and in all honesty I don’t give a shit lol. I am the way I am, if i lose my extra weight so be it, if not owell. I am happy. I have too many other things to worry about, then my weight.

          • Clorisa says:

My apologies! I wasn’t insulting people that are overweight. Its just that a couple of years ago there was another story of a boy who was chained in the trailor so he couldn’t “steal” food and his mother was also really large. Both of these woman live on assistance. My thought was more: do they get a kick out of starving their child and stuffing their faces in front of them for torture.

          • deedeebug95 says:

I am a big girl too!!! I do have low self esteem and have been working on it. It is hard to read the stereo typing sometimes but a lot of what folks say is true. I try not to be offended and on this site I know that I am in NO way similar to the scum on here!

            • vcbecky says:

That’s the problem with stereotypes. Usually, they’re based in fact. The thing about PYSIH is that PC goes straight out the window when those facts rear their heads. Thank you for understanding me, deedeebug. I’d hate to have hurt you. This book, like so many others on this site, was true to it’s cover.

I used to have a self esteem problem. Then I got into theater and music, and decided I didn’t care what people thought anymore. Turns out, the more you act like yourself the more people like you and the less you end up caring that they do!

There’s nothing wrong with being a curvy woman. My husband certainly isn’t complaining, and I still draw a crowd!

            • deedeebug95 says:

Becky, all is good Sista!! I am working on my issues it is a long slow process! Dumping the ex was a big first step and two years of therapy… I do really think I am a cool chicka with a lot to offer and my 14 year old son thinks I am cool so all is well!!

            • deedeebug95 says:

Oh and I like my curves too always have!! I never could have been a stick woman like what we see all over tv and rag mags…I do miss that 36-24-36 figure though!LOL babies do that ya know?

            • justjaney says:

well sheet what’s my excuse…I don’t have any kids to blame for my umm ‘lardliness’…lol….Oh I know who I can blame…good ol mother dearest…lol

            • NavyCop says:

Better than I was. My blood pressure was through the roof from countless hours arguing with people on here, lol. I have vowed to keep my comments full of dark humor and sarcasm from now on ;) I sounded like a pompous ass for a while, huh?

        • USS Yorktown says:

Lori Drew fits the bill right there Also, she was a raging psychopath with issues of envy and self hate.

    8. LilMissSunshine says:

Cases like this make me extremely angry. If she really didn’t want to take care of Daelynn, she had other options besides neglect. People like this make me sick. She obviously wanted to hold onto Daelynn because of the money coming in. I am sure it is extremely hard raising a child with all these issues, but at the same time, that child did not ask to be here. I wonder… was Brandy on meth when she was pregnant as well? did she have a history of drug abuse?

      • E says:

Your last sentence about drug use during pregnancy — that is EXACTLY what I thought! I commented on it above. She probably smoked a lot of grass and was in permanent munchy-frenzy; just look at the size of her. Then switched over to harder stuff. Altho I don’t think she used heroin or meth, at least not for long? I heard those kill your appetite. But when she gave birth to the poor mite she probably looked down and thought. “Ah. Disabilities. Aid. Drug money.” And helped herself to another carton of ice cream.

        • IPattyKake says:

Doing drugs has nothing to do with Cerbral Palsy. CP is a birth defect that happens during the birth of the child “usually a doctors neglect” and a lot of kids with CP also have seizure disorders (my daughter included) it is cause by a lack of oxygen during the birthing process.

          • E says:

IPattyKake, what really made me wonder about the mother using drugs was that Daelynn had an abnormally small brain. This brought the condition “microcephaly” to my mind and my understanding is, that’s been linked to drug use. i don’t know for sure. I know a little girl who is microcephalic, cannot walk or talk, like this child. We don’t know for sure but suspect the mother may have used drugs before the little girl was born. She used them at other times. I didn’t mean to link cerebral palsy with drug use, although my post may have sounded like that.

    9. CP says:

I say we immobilize this pig on a bed and let HER starve there for six months while bedsores form on HER fat ass. Ulcerations of the skin are so painful and they get laden with infection so easily. The skin just melts away from the body, exposing bone and muscle. Starvation is a very slow and painful death.

Animal. I would love five minutes alone in a room with this cow…

    10. E says:

This load has probably never taken responsibility for anything or achieved anything in her life. She probably got pregnant and blithely went right on using her chemical du jour, because hey! It was just too hard (whining voice) to quit. Thereby delivering an unfortunate child with birth defects.

This swine is responsible for so much on so many levels and should pay, pay, pay.

    11. E says:

What’s with the face mask? Is that the only way they could keep her from chewing on people’s arms during the trial?

      • vcbecky says:

I’m thinking the mask was probably a court order for health reasons. Such a huge concentration of Soul-Sucking Ugly must be contained somehow so it doesn’t infect the populace and I’m not even talking about the vomitousness of her flubbety body. This pork pie is ugly to the core of her being, so much so that apparently it overflowed and coated the outside of her. I consider it a blessing that we never see her face. Probably looks like a giant, swollen pin cushion. I’d want to stick things in it. Things like knives. Swords. Railroad spikes. Bullets. Particularly bullets.

    12. madamayhem says:

I have a special place in my heart for children with special needs, and there is a special place in hell for those who treat them in such an inhumane way. People with special needs are often abandoned by their families, only to become wards of the state and live their lives in long-term care facilities. They often are some of the kindest and most gentle people you will ever meet, and can form strong bonds with the professionals who take care of them, looking at them as their actual family. It is a shame that Brandy did not consider this option when determining Daelynn’s fate, but then that money might have been put to decent use instead of providing Mrs. Oinkery with nose candy and pie. Some things are worse than death itself, and I am sure the pain associated constant hunger and with lying on a bony prominence, wishing that someone would roll you over and feed you, ranks right up there. That sniveling swine has not even begun to cry…

    13. deedeebug95 says:

Here is the problem, the bitch looked at the poor child as a meal ticket NOT as her child, she was too selfish to go to the State and say I can not take care of her and have her put into to a group home. The the boyfriend comes back and the money the bitch is making off the child is now being snorted, shot or whatever the hell they were doing. In this case I also blame the State for NOT being more aggressive, the teachers at the school did they red flag the missed school days? The case worker could have been more aggressive too…waiting in the car until someone came out out of the house or went into the house and ambushed her! I know they do that because it was done to me. My son had bruises from my ex picking him up and taking him out of a dangerous situation and there were little finger prints on his back and the day care called them in. I was ambushed a week later by a case worker who came out of the dark showed me her badge and there you go. There was not a bruise on him by then and no case, it was unnerving, but I was not angry I had nothing to hide and was glad they did their jobs! The case workers and the Dr.’s and the school system really let this little girl down…..sad all the way around.

      • Daughter of the Firmament says:

“Here is the problem, the bitch looked at the poor child as a meal ticket NOT as her child.”

LOL! I am surprised she did not see her child as a MEAL and not a meal ticket!

People like this cunt are a drain on our system and our society as a whole!

    14. Penny says:

I get the need for welfare, and will admit at 18 I was on state provided health care and food stamps, but once I got a job and was able to care for my child, I didnt not ask for help again. I know as a society we dont want children to suffer, so we provide for their needs. However, thesystem has totally screwed a whole generation. Instead of people finding ways to get on their feet and make it on their own, they are finding ways to get more and more assistance. There are no checks and balances. Unfortunetly, I don’t see a way to turn back either, without the children suffering. If people receiving welfare were required to do some form of community service, or volunteer work, maybe we would see a change. This woman had no incintive to do for herself. Why cant our goverment address this problem before they add to it by giving out more handouts, ie healthcare reform. I live in Texas, and the news has been reporting how hard it is for people to get assistance here, like that is a bad thing. Lets spend more money on case workers that are able to monitor more efficiently, so that people that actually need the help can get it, and stop breeding drains on the economy.

      • vcbecky says:

YOU did it right, but you’re in the minority as you know. Welfare is fine. Unemployment insurance is fine. People are shiftless and will take advantage of all they can in this life because most of them are lazy and lack any real personal pride. Thank you for using public services as a leg up when you’re low, rather than as a lifestyle. That’s what those services are there for. If people didn’t abuse the system the country would be much better off. Basically, the country would be fine if people didn’t act like people.

        • Mulch says:

Becky the system in the US is far beyond broke. It is truey fucked and destroyed. I have been saying for years andI am 100% correct that giving out money is never the answer. Education is the answer. Instead of handing out checks which in many cases will last a life time. Instead hand out vouchers to send people back to school. Give them a trade and when they are doen with school they will be armed with what they need to get a better job. During that time yes they will need help. Give them that. But demand a complete list of debts and expenses. Provide them with that.

But sadly the trend for the last 40 years is somply throw money at it. Mor money and more money. And now that we have Urkel as president there is even more money being thrown at welfare.

          • deedeebug95 says:

Mulch, you are right in what you say but, my best friend of 32 years had to go on welfare several years ago. She and her husband always lived a good lifestyle (he owned a construction business and she was a manager with a large grocery chain). They had three kids at the time under 12. Seemingly overnight my friend became ill the Drs. (20 or so) could not diagnosed the problem. A couple of years into her mystery illness her husband was diagnosed with brain cancer. They lost everything. She had to fight to get benefits and eventually received all the Government had to offer. So while being ill, having children to raise alone and a husband who was bed ridden(he was terminal) she went back to school got a degree, kept her children fed and the bills payed. Her Husband died ,she graduated, the children grew up went to school and all of this on government aid. So I know the help the gov. offers can help you to get an education and get back on your feet to become productive. The system is badly abused and needs better monoriting.

        • Harley Quinn says:

I think that if we all helped each other out to a reasonable extent, we’ll all be ok. I know a fund isn’t a bottomless pit of money so when I got laid off from my job, I thought I would just job hunt like crazy and snag the next job before my money ran out. Unemployment was on the rise, and in 2 months I had not yet been able to secure a good position anywhere. I then filed for unemployment. I tried to stick it out but simply couldn’t. About a month later though I got a good job at a retirement fund firm and stopped collecting, but about 2 months later there was a stock market crash and the company severely cut back their budget – which included cutting my department down to just the supervisors. No more job. I have a science degree mind you, and I can do just about any job set in front of me – so a voucher to learn a “trade” at this point wouldn’t serve me well unless that trade was say, plumbing or cosmetology or something. I went about 7 months before I just couldn’t scrape by anymore. All I could get was part time work. I could have left and filed for unemployment and gotten more money than what I was making part time just sitting on my ass but that just didn’t feel right. I kept my part time job to cover my rent/bills, and applied for food stamps. I only got 200 dollars a month assistance from there, as opposed to 150 weekly from unemployment and I was able to make it work. The day I got a full time job I let them know to cut me off. I don’t ever want to abuse the system, and I think if nobody did it would be a GOOD system. It’s hardly the fault of the welfare providers if the recipients take advantage and abuse. A school voucher does the 30 year old who already has a degree in their field and got laid off due to budget cuts absoutely no good at all.

I understand your reluctance I am in the same boat. I have been looking for full time employment since June last year I have been working part time but I am not making it. Everyone keeps telling me to go get some help but my pride won’t let me!

    15. kpoppy says:

she was trading meth for food.

that’s not a face mask, she’s trying to eat her shirt.

penny is right, gramma and california tax payers were doing right by the kid. then gonzo showed up.

      sad shame. poor little girl.

    16. Joe says:

It’s awful that she would let her daughter just rot away like that. I don’t know how anyone could let someone just rot away and die in front of them. It is really awful that people are so inhumane at times. I can’t really say how life must have been for her, but put yourselves in her shoes. How long and how much patience would you be able to have with someone who has the mind capacity of a young child and can’t do anything for themselves. Having to fully dedicate your life to a child. I’ve never lived with a person who was that severely disabled, but I don’t know if I could even do it. The frustration of 11 years probably got to the mother and when the boyfriend got out of jail and she started doing drugs, it was probably an escape for her. She probably started wishing that wasn’t her life anymore and doing drugs just helped her.

      • deedeebug95 says:

Joe, you are right and honest. I am not sure if I could care for a disabled child (hard to admit), BUT I would not do what this meth head did.

    17. Michele says:

Coming from one who has worked with the disabled and elderly poplation since graduating from college, this woman is beyond sick. I have watched for my own parents care for a developmentally challenged brother. Hell is too good for this woman.

    18. motherof3 says:

I don’t have any disabled children, but it would be nice to have that kind of help for my family of 5.
Bitches like this piss me off.
I’m not even going to call her ‘mother’ or ‘woman’ because either of the two would have made sure that little girl had what she needed to keep her alive and comfortable.

I say burn in Hell, because that’s where she’s going after she dies.

    19. Miwist says:

She sullies the names of 2 fine alcoholic beverages. ‘Course, I never was much of a Sherry drinker but some brandy now and again was nice.

    20. stormy weathers says:

what i don’t get is how a meth addict got to be so fat…….shit i can’t eat for days on that stuff I mean seriously how the fuck do you get to that size on a white diet

      • The Bosses Secretary says:

If you do it long enough, it loses it’s fine diet capability. Plus, she’s been in custody eating at the jail for a while, although jail food is shitty enough to also qualify as a fine diet method for normal people.

        • Ex to this Piece of Shit! says:

This bitch only got fat sitting in sacramento county jail for 3 years. she was so skinny and tweaked out when she got arrested and then had a baby in jail after she was in there. what a cunt!! we broke up in 2001 and i never seen the girl after that, i would go over to her house to get my son and she wouldnt let me near the house. i went through years trying to get custody of my son from this cunt, and Placer County courts always side with the mom, no matter how bad of a mother she is. i call cps on her several times and they did nothing. Placer county courts did nothing to get my son out of there, so F them too. My son has needed intense therapy through all of this and my wife has been more than a mother to him, i think god for both of them in my life everyday. i can answer any and all questions about this fat bitch.

      • madamayhem says:

Who knows what she looked like before? Maybe this is a pic of her after losing 200 lbs lol.

    21. E Diddy says:

Meth Addict? She was a whale! I thought methies were all slight and toothless? Maybe her dealer was giving her sugar instead? Regardless, this is what happens when you reward losers like that fatty by putting them on the state dole. Where is Pat Robertson when we need him? I’d also like to say ‘crotch fruit’ just for the fury that it causes.

    22. inad911 says:

Sick fat bitch!! Shes not wearing a mask, shes smelling her own farts!! If she cant eat, she at least wants to smell the leftovers!!

    23. Janet B. says:

Does anyone else think that the reason this poor baby was born with so many problems was because her mom was a previous meth-abuser?

I’d put my college tuition on it.

    24. Psychochick says:

      Similar situation here:

Thankfully they didn’t die, but the oldest’s growth is forever stunted. Notice this woman and her biological kids are also fat.

      • dooflotchie says:

Holy shit. That kid’s picture is just horrifying…he was 19 when that was taken?! 1-9? Nineteen, as in one less than twenty?! He looks like he’s only 9! And the rotten bitch that almost starved him and 3 other kids to death gets a piddly, trifling 7 years. 7 years with a guaranteed 3 hots and a cot, plus free medical care to boot. What horseshit.

She and the junkie skank in this post oughtta be locked up in a room together with no food but each other.

It makes me want to try to take a foster child someday.

    26. Mrs. Antichrist says:

She’s wearing the mask because she has Swine flu. Not the H1N1 kind, but the the kind that turns you into a human pig.

    27. Daughter of the Firmament says:

I thought I was plush, but not anymore! This bitch is so “lardly” (in the words of VCBecky) that she sat on a quarter and squeezed a booger out of George Washington’s nose!

    28. Lexi says:

Oh that dear little girl! I have a 12 year old daughter and a 2 year old daughter, and I can’t imagine either of them weighing 23.5 lbs!!! My 2 year old weighs a healthy and strong 37 lbs, while my older girl weighs about 90. My heart aches to think what little Daelynn suffered through at the hands of her selfish mother. I hope and pray that Brandy Foreman gets hers in prison. She doesn’t deserve three squares and free health care for however long she serves. Stupid cow shouldn’t get the cushy amenities she denied her own daughter.

    29. bo says:

i got tried of getting on here and cussing these shitstains out on here.so ive been busy getting on as a BACA supporter and tryin to help that way, even if i dont have a bike right now.im starting out as a supporter than later as i hope a member.hope every 1 is doin cool.

    30. USS Yorktown says:

Why is she wearing a surgical mask?

    31. Rampage916 says:

      Wow…..
I KNEW HER very briefly. Actually I’ll say I met her two or three times and for all you KNOW-IT-ALLS out there commenting on Brandy’s weight let me say this:

She weighed about 120 wet when she was free so all these ignorant theories on her feeding her low self esteem due to weight problems with a man, YOU ARE WRONG.

Don’t get it twisted. I am NOT sticking up for this woman by any means. We were never friends and didn’t get along or anything and I absolutely CANNOT believe what she did or allowed to happen. I REALLY cant believe how huge she has gotten.

      In closing,
that is what happens when people go to jail. They get fat. She has been there for waht-3 years now, so ??? That’s incredible. Too bad she couldn’t save some of that good eating for her little girl-who is now gone. Amazes me.
Just felt the need to clear that out of the air. I’m sure if you really wanted to you can find her original mugshot. She was the thin of the thinnest. I don’t even recognize this “womans” picture.

      • ApriL says:

120 lbs? that’s 100 lbs more then her daughter. there is no excuse for that… if i had to chose for me to eat or my children, I would go hungry. i would die of starvation, not them.

      • vcbecky says:

I never said she had low self-esteem because of a man. Not everything is about a man. Not everyone who goes to jail get’s fat, but I believe it’s even more of a self-esteem issue in general now possibly because she is in jail. I’d have low self-esteem if I was in jail too!

I have a former acquaintance who killed her family a couple of years ago. Smothered her kids in their beds and stabbed her husband over 97 times with a samurai sword. I couldn’t believe it when I saw her mug shot and read the story about what she did. Not in MY little world!

Then I got to thinking about it, and yeah, she was a psycho from the beginning. I just didn’t see it because we don’t expect these things to happen with people we know. She was very twisted back in the day, but never in a criminal way. She was childishly self-centered and socially ignorant so she rubbed a lot of people the wrong way, but I try to give those types of people another chance because they have so few friends and maybe a little normalish social interaction will help. Usually, it does.

It was quite a shock to hear about what she did. I sympathize with you.

      • Mulch says:

She is a fat ugly disgusting piece of snot. I don’t give a shit when where or how she got that way. She only deserves my disgust and the business end of a hammer I have.

I love fat people the way they squeel when I cut extra slow across thier fat jiggley bellies. I love watching them squirm when I shove a big mac in my mouth after they haven’t had a thing to eat for 3 hours.

So Rampage should I show you what a quiet rampage really is? Should I describe to you in detial what I would like to do to this beached whale? You say you know her and don’t want to defend her but yet you want to set the record straight? You fucked in da head eh!

    32. DW says:

WOW Surprise surpise that fat disgusting pig couldnt take care of herself let alone a special needs child! Sick twisted bitch can rot.

    33. Nicole says:

Yeah, Janey. I should have heeded your warning about this one. But, you know me, I have to have my PYSIH. Poor baby Daelyn. This fat slob obviously had no trouble finding food into her own mouth huh? And this just goes to show how screwed up our CPS system really is. Although, I think many of these stories are a tell-tale for that.

    34. An1mal says:

Thumbs down, let the fat bitch fry!

    35. An1mal says:

      Squeel bitch, squeel…weeeeeeeeee…..weeeeeeeeeeee

    36. Smith says:

I’m certain it’s been said above somewhere but I’m gonna say it again..

why is it these neglectful parents who starve their children appear to have never missed a fucking meal?

      • Mulch says:

Because they are all lazy worthless pieces of snot. They all all the same and should be treated the same.

Strung up and left to rot.

    37. Belinda Gomez says:

I like that the State of California paid her to take care of her own child. And she failed at that.
