Robert Loren Masters Jr., Ricky V. Smyrnes, Melvin Knight, Peggy Darlene Miller, Amber C. Meidinger And Angela Marinucci
Jennifer Daugherty may have looked like a 30 years old woman, but because of of some flaw in her brain, she acted more like a 12 year old girl. Like a lot of people with this particular type of mental retardation, she also had a very naive view of the world. According to her sister, Joy Berkholder, Jennifer’s mental disability made her vulnerable:
“She trusted anybody. If you met her today, she was your friend for her life.
And if you had a friend, they would be her friend as well. She trusted everybody, she believed everybody was good and that nobody would hurt her.”
Jennifer’s stepfather, Robert Murphy, echoed Joy’s words;
“Jennifer was just a gentle, laid-back person. There wasn’t a mean bone in her body.”
As I found out more and more about Jennifer Daugherty, she became someone I wish I had known, so I could have protected her from all the evil that exists in the world. It was obvious that her naiveté’ and trusting nature was going to end up getting her in serious trouble.
Jennifer Daugherty’s aunt, Linda Kovaks, must have had that same feeling.
“There wasn’t a mean bone in her body. She loved and trusted everyone.”
“I always worried that Jennie was too trusting.”

Jennifer’s sister Joy said it in stronger terms.
“She was exploited, and her kindness and her handicap made her very vulnerable,”
There are always people out there just waiting for an innocent victim to come along. Some of those people found Jennifer Daugherty, and the aftermath of this fateful meeting was full of broken hearts and tears.
Jennifer was last seen Monday, February 8th, 2010, by Robert Murphy, when he put her on the bus for a routine trip from their home in Mount Pleasant to Greensburg, both in Pennsylvania, where she had a dental appointment and a scheduled meeting with a counselor.
Later that day, Jennifer Daugherty called home and asked permission to stay over at “Peggy’s” house. Apparently, some time ago she had met some people, including Peggy, at a Community Center in Greensburg and told her family that they had become her friends.

Twenty-three-year-old Ricky V. Smyrnes is a just the kind of guy I’d want my daughter to bring home for dinner. He’d been arrested at least three time for beating the women in his life – His ex-wife, an ex-girlfriend and, well isn’t this just precious, his own mother. He’s been released from prison just a couple of weeks ago, I’m guessing for one of those assault convictions.
Bonnie Gordon of Jeannette said she incurred the wrath of Smyrnes when she broke up with him in June 2006. Smyrnes broke a water pitcher over her head and tried to rape her, according to a protection from abuse court order filed by Gordon.
“I asked him to leave. He went berserk on me.”
His constant companion lately had been seventeen-year-old high school student Angela Marinucci. Neighbor Jim O’Brien said that when he saw Marinucci earlier this week,
“She was wearing like a princess crown, a tiara. I thought, ‘You have to be kidding me.’ “
Yes, a match made in heaven my friends.
Our two lovebirds lived in a North Pennsylvania apartment with Peggy Miller, 26, a mentally challenged woman who met a man from Michigan with mental health issues on MySpace. Miller, who had lived in homeless shelters in the area, somehow talked the guy, Robert Loren Masters Jr., 36, into moving to Greensburg.
Also sharing the apartment, which had no furniture, was another couple, 20-year-olds Melvin Knight and Amber C. Meidinger. Knight, like Smyrnes, had just finished a bid in Westmoreland County Prison, on January 27th of this year.

These six misfits were a regular fixture in downtown Greensburg, walking to the library, thrift shops and a community center for the mentally ill. They slept on the floor of their apartment and subsisted on welfare checks and disability payments.
At some point after her call home Monday, Jennifer Daugherty entered that downtown Greensburg apartment. She had no idea of the enormity of the mistake she was making, or that she would never leave that apartment alive.
Sometime that night there was a disagreement, and Jennifer Daugherty lost the argument. The six occupants shaved her head and smeared her face with nail polish. They forced Daugherty to drink and eat urine, detergent, medication, spices and vegetable oil. They beat her with a towel rack, a vacuum hose and a crutch. They wrapped Christmas lights around her.
Neighbors reported hearing screams from a female and sounds of someone being slammed into the ground. This sort of thing went on for nearly 33 hours – THIRTY-THREE HOURS, and no one ever thought to call the police.
Finally, on Wednesday, February 10th, Jennifer assailants forced her to write a suicide note. Then, in the only act of mercy any of them would ever show this childlike woman who trusted everyone, Melvin Knight stabbed her in the chest, side and neck and Ricky Smyrnes cut her wrists, killing her.
Knight and Smyrnes wrapped Jennifer Daugherty in plastic, secured it with more Christmas lights, and stuffed their victim into a trash can. Then they dragged the trash can a few blocks to the parking lot of a nearby middle school, where the it was found about 6:30 a.m. Thursday by a truck driver.
It didn’t take police long to find out that Smyrnes, Masters, Knight, Miller, Meidinger and Marinucci were the last people to see Jennifer Daugherty alive, and even less time for these six morons to start throwing each other under the bus.
On Friday, February 11th, 2010, Ricky Smyrnes, 23, Robert Masters Jr., 36, Melvin Knight, 20, Peggy Miller, 27, Amber Meidinger, 20; and Angela Marinucci, 17, all of Greensburg, were charged with homicide, kidnapping, aggravated assault and conspiracy. All are being held without bond in the Westmoreland County Prison, Pennsylvania.

Cops wouldn’t speculate on each defendant’s degree of responsibility, but the did say that one of the six most likely was the ringleader of the group. I think the smart money is on Ricky Smyrnes; He already has an extensive record for hurting women and was a ticking time bomb, in my opinion.
Police did not comment on a motive for the murder, but the did confirm that Ricky Smyrnes was aggressively pursuing a sexual relationship with Jennifer Daugherty, even though he was supposedly in a committed relationship with the 17-year-old defendant, Angela Marinucci. According to Jennifer’s best friend, Robert Cathcart:
“Jennifer Daugherty didn’t like Ricky Smyrnes, but he would force her to do things with him,”
“He was being a bully toward her, but she wouldn’t let it happen.”
That gives us jealousy and rejection as possible motives, or both. Perhaps Jennifer Daugherty rejected Ricky Smyrnes, and true to form (He assaulted his wife over the exact same issue – he wanted to and she wasn’t interested), Smyrnes snapped and the game was on.
Whatever the reason, Jennifer Daugherty didn’t deserve this. No one does of course. But because Jennifer’s mental disability made her so trusting and friendly, that somehow made it so much more offensive to me. In my eyes it was a child killing, because Jennifer was so childlike.
Jennifer Daugherty’s family has been totally devastated by what’s happened. It seemed to me like they were torn between wanting to protect “Jenni” from the evil in the world, and letting her enjoy life. In the end, their worst fears were realized.

Just so you know, Our Robbie could not have taken part in anything like this. He may have hidden in the next room and failed to help the victim and for that he will be punished but he could not have taken part in this horror.

Even if that is truly the case, then he is still just as bad as the rest of them. He could’ve stopped it, done something to help, but he chose not to. Anyone who can stand around and watch this happen to another person and not do anything to help has something seriously wrong with them. Especially if he was hanging out with trash like these guys, then you have to question him as a person. You weren’t there and you don’t know anything to make such a statement that he could not have taken part in anything like this.

While we all feel very strongly about the crime that Robbie either participated in or stood idly by while watching, I think it is unfair to tell a family member to “fuck off”. I think family members deserve a certain amount of sympathy as it must be very hard to come to terms with the fact that your child could have potentially been party to a torture/murderfest. They are probably reeling right now in disbelief. It is perfectly understandable that they would experience some degree of denial. After all, who among us could ever fathom that our child could be a murderer? All a parent can do is raise our children to the best of our abilities…but eventually, they are responsible for their own actions as an adult. It is an unfortunate situation for ALL of the families involved. Sadly, Robbie’s family is going to have to accept the fact that their son was involved in this crime, no matter how small of a role he played. As a mother, I can definitely empathize to a degree. However, my deepest sympathies lie with Jennifer’s family who will now experience a lifetime of pain and emptiness for no longer having their daughter/sister in their lives. This is tragic for everyone involved…especially all the mothers…even those of the perpetrators.

Isn’t it true that your Robbie abused his first wife and child to the point that she had to get a restraining order. this is public knowledge. if he could do this for reasons unknown then couldn’t he also have taken part in the abuse of this poor woman. Like it or not Robbie’s Stepmom, if he knew what was going on or knew what was going to happen, and he didn’t do anything to stop it, and didn’t report it at his first opportunity, then he’s just as guilty as Ricky Smyrnes or Melvin Knight. Amber Meidinger’s mother tried to sell her for $10,000 when she was 4 – she had the right idea and is probably trying to get the charges off of her record. “See? I didn’t want anything to do with that!” I’ll bet *she* isn’t defending Amber…

I didn’t raise Robbie. I just married his Dad. Robbie lived in our house for two years trying to distroy our marriage and then went to live with his mother. Everytime I tried to “straighten” him out he would just sit like a lump looking at his feet with an ignorant little grin on his face. I never saw a single drop of ability in him the entire time he lived with us. That is why I do not think he had it in him. But then I haven’t spent more than 12 hours over the past 18 years with him so I am willing to accept that he could have changed for the worst.
Now, all you little people who like to live in your own constructed fantasy world just remember, there but for the grace of God and a substatially healthier gene pool go you.

Robbie is mentally impaired. There was a blizzard last week as I recall. Which bridge would you want him to freeze under? I don’t say he wouldn’t participate because I love him. This was the most horrible thing I can imagine and Robbie could very well deserve to rot in hell for not doing anything to save Jennifer but I have no reason to think him capable of physically brutalizing any one. Ok, I just read some more. His father and I are absolutely crushed. We do not want to believe Robbie could do ANY of this to another human being. There is so much we don’t know. Like where he has been and who he has been with and what he has been doing for the past three years. We are heart broken for Jennifer and her family. We are praying for them all.
It is possible for him to have participated or stood by and done nothing, which is just as bad. You are so quick to come to his defense without being there and seeing what he did or didn’t do. The bottom line is he was there when this all went down. Him being there and not doing anything to stop this horrific crime is just as bad as participating.

I completely empathize with mental impairment. I have long suffered with bipolar disorder to the point where it can be unmanageable and has caused me to do some things that my parents would never be able to fathom. That said, it is a poor excuse for committing or being party to the torture and murder of another human being. It is people like you who further the stigma of mental illness by using it to explain away the irresponsibility of ones actions. I am certain that despite being mentally challenged, Robbie had the capacity to know right from wrong…at least to the degree that he would understand that murder is NOT acceptable. Even if he were unable to stop the perpetrators, he could have chosen to leave…to make a phone call to the police. Standing idly by makes him just as guilty as those who actually committed the murder. I am sorry that your family is going to have to come to terms with the fact that your “Robbie” is going to face severe consequences for his actions, or lack thereof. It must be a very bitter pill for you to swallow. No one wants to think that their loved one has the capacity to take the life of another person, but stating that he has a mental illness does not automatically give him a pass or a get out of jail free card. I understand your denial…but the reality of the situation is that Robbie WAS involved no matter how minimal that involvement was. There is a certain amount of family responsibility involved. For example, if you knew he was living in a situation where he could have been squatting under a bridge, where was the family? Where was his support system? If you knew he had a history of mental illness, why weren’t you making sure he was properly medicated or seeking help? Certainly, he is an adult and is going to make his own choices…but your statement along with his very public history of criminal tendencies, makes me realize that you all understood that he had the potential of being a ticking time bomb. Sadly, you are going to have to come to terms with the fact that he was involved in this heinous crime. Trying to blame it all on mental illness is not only unrealistic, but very unfair to those who live with mental illness on a daily basis, struggling to live a productive life…and know right from wrong.

The knife was only a single act over a 33 hour period. Fuck the knife. Torture is torture and the only true relief is death. The only way to remove the mental scars is death. You will forever be scarred and those scars go to your very core.

Do you know how I know that your Robby abused his first wife because I am his first wife. But you are right There is something wrong with him It would have been nice if someone would have warned me before I jumped into marrying and having 2 children with him. And don’t say oh you made that decision on your own because you’re right I did but I was pregnant and young and scared to death that i wouln’t be able to raise my child right without a father so i married him. it didn’t take long for me to realize that something wasn’t right with him. we split up and then he got into a car accident after that I felt bad so I went back to him. that’s when I got pregnant with MY son. And that’s when the abuse started. I believe that maybe the abuse was due to the accident or maybe some meds he was taking I don’t remember what he was taking if anything but the truth is , his own mother watched him punch me in the stomache when i was eight months pregnant and to this day will lie for him and say nothing happened. I don’t want anyone to think that I don’t love my children because MY kids are great and I wouldn’t give them up for the worked oh and guess what my gene was dominate because they are nothing like him. They are great very mild tempered and guess what both of them are all there. These people will stick up for this man regardless of what he has or has not done. I believe that his mother is right he probably did sit there and watch but at what point does a person realize that things have gotten out of hand and at what point should he have decided to sneak out of that apartment and tell someone, what he never did he sat there and watched this and there for sick int he head or not he is no better than the people that actually committed the crime.

Sometimes things spiral downward so quickly, especially when you’re young and kinda ignorant like we all were at one point. You got yourself out of that situation one way or another, and that’s worth a hug. You didn’t stay in an abusive relationship ‘for the children’ or any of that bullshit.
People remain married ‘for the children’ thinking they’re providing stability. They don’t realize what they’re teaching their kids about relationships and life. Kids are way more savvy than we give them credit for. They see and understand so many things, including dysfunctional relationships. They take those examples and form opinions and habits around them that they sometimes can’t shake for the rest of their life. If you’re in an abusive relationship especially involving children, you get the hell out of it and teach your kids that yes, you can break free and have a better life and it’s o.k. to do that!

Actually, I did better than that! My father was a stock broker back in the 70’s for a large corporation…one of the first to move into the WTC building. I believe I was about 7 years old when I got to not only go up into the newly constructed building…but I got to paint the walls of my daddy’s office. It was WAY too much fun. We went up to the observation deck which was amazing. Windows on the World restaurant was not open yet…but we did have hot dogs and soda and candy. It was an incredible experience for me as a little girl. Of course, I went back frequently to the Towers over the years with friends who worked in the buildings and out of towners who wanted to see the buildings. When they fell, it was like a little part of my life ended. My father passed away back in 86…so those towers always held a certain part of my childhood history. My own kids never got to be in the towers…which is unfortunate. It chokes me up when I go back home and see the skyline now. It’s not the same. It never will be…but I will always have those precious memories of being with my daddy on the top of the world. thanks for asking!

I was lucky enough to tour the grounds before they tore it down (I think I took like 14 rolls of film).
Those places became hell holes when the government started to misuse them. Studying the city where I grew up, Springfield MA, maps from 1910 indicated that they had a poor house within the city, but at an area that was “far away” at the end of some of the trolley lines. Also the new county jail was rather big at the time for the area population. Also there was an isolation hospital just a bit further than the poor house.
Thus criminals, sick and poor had seperate places to be and the lunatics and feeble minded had their own place.
Once the justice system started labeling more criminals insane, the asylums became burdened with a class of people that did not belong. As the city grew, the poor and sick were sent away to Northampton as well, desroying the micro society that had once made otherwise unproductive people productive citizens in their own safe haven.
The asylums that were closed operated in the buildings of once great intention and results.

I hate to quote friend of a friend hearsay, but all the additional information in your article seems to support the following… My understanding is that Marinucci felt that Daugherty was stealing her boyfriend, Smyrnes, and was the primary ring-leader in the whole plot.
Marinucci apparently tried to rope in some other mentally unstable customer of a Greensburg coffee shop they were known to frequent.
Thus, said customer relayed that information to my friend who actually lives in Greensburgh, and I come to have my story.

I was walking late at night and heard terrible fighting inside a house. I heard thumps and yelling and a CHILD crying.
I did nothing.
No one was killed, and the family moved out soon after. I’m weirdly thankful every day that nothing irreversibly terrible happened that night because I would never forgive myself for not doing anything about it.
I guess I haven’t forgiven myself, because I dwell on it still, and here I am confessing it to a worldwide audience of strangers.

I’m just wondering, why hasn’t anyone suggested that we damn to hell the biological mother of Amber Meidinger? I know that whatever has happened to Amber in her past does not justify what happened to Jennifer, but I do think that having your mother try to sell you off when you are four years old is a terrible start in life.
Final note for now — I am not defending any of these people. I am mentally ill and a survivor of long-term childhood abuse. I’ve never murdered or even tortured anyone. I’ve been in a couple of fistfights as a teen and lost both miserably. I hate for anyone or anything to suffer. To intentionally inflict pain on another person is a completely abhorrent notion to me.
Unfortunately, though, I know a good bit about how people allow bad things to happen to other people. I’ve experienced that on all sides. I wish that meant I could provide some insight as to why no one tried to help Jennifer. But I don’t understand it.
I want to understand it, so I can correct it in myself.
No one deserves to deal with what you did, woodlanddark. But you are living proof that people who have terrible childhoods, if they’re fundamentally good people, don’t have to be criminals.
You sound like a strong person with a good sense of self. I’m sure that sounds funny, but you’re way more aware of who you are as a result of therapy and soul searching than most people are all their lives. That makes you strong.

“Strong” is not a word I’d ever choose to describe myself. And being a not-bad person is not the same as being a good person. I’m not a good person, I’m a not-bad person. A not-bad person who sometimes has very bad thoughts.
It seems that a lousy, abusive childhood can produce a heartless adult, or it can produce an adult whose heart is always breaking. I’m glad I ended up as the latter, boo-hooing over someone I’ve never met, such as Jennifer.
I have no idea how I would have turned out if my mother had tried to sell me when I was four years old and I never saw her again and became a ward of the state and who knows what all else.
Even when I’m caught up feeling sorry for myself, I realize it could have been so much worse.

There are lot of people who come from two parent homes, stable, and had a good childhood and turn out evil. Eric Harris/Dylan Klebold, Jeffrey Dahmer, Osama bin Laden, and Fred Phelps come to mind with that kind of background.
At the same time, there are people who come from unstable families and have bad childhoods and turn out normal. In the end, I think people can be born evil and people choose to be evil despite their background.
When I was living in CA. I called the police when I heard from across the street what sounded like severe child abuse. The police did show up. Nothing was done. A few days later the child was dead…he had been left home alone while the mother partied….and he had bruises all over him. I remember how horrible I felt. I tried. and still nothing. And ….. sometimes….. you do what you can do….and the rest is not the bystanders fault….(speaking of the neighbor.)….the asswipes in the actuall apartment? well…..thats a dif. story!

You know I’ve been thinking about this a lot the past couple of days.. Neighbors heard it, and didn’t do anything. What is wrong with them? 33 hours is a long time!!!! They could of called one of those anonymous tip lines, if not 911. I am not saying they should be charged, but I am saying they should feel ashamed. Ok I have been keeping up with this case cause I knew Jennifer. She was a nice person but she was way too trusting. She didn’t deserve what happened to her. The way I see this whole case is like this. They all admitted they were involved with what happened to Jennifer. Now it is coming out that they are mentally disabled too. I don’t believe westmoreland county will serve justice for her. I think death is the easy way out for them. She was someone I knew and one of the sweetest people I ever met. All she wanted was to have friends. I dont believe she understood what they were doing to her. What makes me sick is that it took 6 of them. How come not one of them said” this isnt right” ” lets stop this”? I think if they were involved or not they were all there. They should all be held accountable for their actions. Jennifer and I were never best friends but we did talk. The last time I saw her was on the 3rd. What is hard to believe is the fact that everyone thinks she was dating ricky. Well from what I heard he had made sexual paaes at her but she rejected him. I know at least 2 guys she dated ( not Rob or Ricky) the 2 guys she dated happen to be friends of mine who I still talk to. I also have a bunch of friends that knew Jennifer. She was pretty much always smiling. All I can see is her begging for her life. If you guys would have ever met her you all would think she was way too trusting. she truly loved people and never seen bad in anyone. If you look at all the suspects eyes you can see the evil. I was just watching the videos with the neighbor’s interview. She is so casual about the whole thing. I’d really like to have been there so that I could punch her in the fucking face! She should be charged as well. Everyone who has commented has already pretty much said anything I can think of lol. I am feeling so sad for poor Jennifer. It makes me think back to when I was younger and so very trusting of people, just like she was (before I entered the real world of adulthood). My mom used to tell me all the time about the evil out there and I would defend the goodness of people to her, and tell her that not everyone was bad. I thought she was so wrong and that could very well have been the same mind set that Jennifer had. Now that I’ve seen evil first hand, I understand that I could have been a victim in such a way as Jennifer, but I was lucky. It is so sad that it is too late for her. If that lazy ass neighbor would have made one phone call, she may have had the chance to learn from this and live a full life with more realistic expectations of people. Ok update time. Can you believe the police had Ricky in custody on Feb 2nd for trying to break into the train station in Greensburg? The judge from night court let Ricky go cause he said the police didnt have enough evidence to hold him. When the police caught him he had screwdrivers, a hammer and 7 pair of gloves on him. He told the judge that he was trying to stay warm cause he was homeless at the time.He moved into the apartment the weekend of the 6-7 says the owner of the apartmrnt building. As if that is not enough the dj in Greensburg filed a arrest warrent for Ricky but the police didnt get it until the 11th. The police think they killed Jennifer the night of the 10th. Also on Feb 8th he was at the court housr complaning about hom much he still owed on his fines. He was very mad about the amount. But yet the clerk of courts let him go. Why did it take so long to get the arrest warrent?
I pray they don’t escape, because if I see any of those worthless, inhumane, BASTARDS–Ahem, I could not guarantee, that I and many others would refrain from ending their disgusting lives.

Long time lurker here….Did anyone else notice Meidinger’s pupils are dramatically 2 different sizes in the updated mugshots? Or, am I just seeing things?
I think the pupils look equal, but to me it looks like one of her eyes is dramatically darker than the other. Not sure if it is a trick of the light or what. Either way, she is a freak!

I also read that the police were called to the home on Monday evening before Jennifer arrived. If you have neighbors who fight and scream at each other ALL the time, how many times do you call the police? Every 5 minutes? The person who actually held the lease on the apartment left on Monday because he said he was constantly “thrown down the stairs” by one of the suspects. Yeah, I’d leave too (sooner than that). Point being, the neighbors were used to screaming, fighting, banging, etc. They HAD called the police numerous times. Maybe they taped Jennifer’s mouth or drugged her and there wasn’t much screaming going on. Truth is, we’ll never know, but I’m sure if Floria had known what was really going on, she would have called. Maybe to her, it was just another day in Nutsville.
Yeah, I got a similar impression while I was researching this story Perspective. It sounded to me like the perp’s apartment was a three ring circus and noise like the day Jennifer was murdered was an regular occurrence. While I wished someone had picked up the phone, I couldn’t fault the neighbors for viewing the racket in that upstairs madhouse as just another day in paradise.

I still feel the neighbors should have called the cops when the noise was so extreme and violent, especially since it appears one of the neighbors described it as ’someone slamming a body onto the floor’ to paraphrase. Yelling is different from screaming in pain and terror, and body-slamming sounds.
I still think the neighbors blasé attitude about the whole thing is disgusting and strange. However, in my opinion at least, the neighbors culpability is lessened considerably now.
Yeesh, how could their neighbors have lived with that kind of constant verbal violence? How in hell did these six RETARDS survive so long? How did they avoid pissing off the wrong person and getting shot? How did they not fork each other to death while fighting over the last bit of Mac ‘n’ Cheese? Yeah well, hindsight is 20/20. Should’ve, could’ve, would’ve.
I don’t know how the neighbors lived with the violence; maybe they were used to having violence in their lives and thought it was somewhat normal. Maybe they couldn’t afford to move anywhere else. Maybe they didn’t see a choice, or thought it would end soon. I don’t know. This had only been going on for a few weeks, remember.
I just know that if I were living downstairs and heard constant stomping and yelling, I don’t know that I would know the difference between a “body-slam” and any other loud bang. I think she realized it after the fact. One could also assume that there was a drunk person up there who kept falling.
I’m not making excuses for those people; I don’t know them. I’m just trying to make sense of it and I don’t think the neighbors were intentionally negligent here. To them, it was just another day in paradise.
As for the six, they all played different parts in this and that is yet to be determined. They are all guilty of something, even if it is just failure to act on Jennifer’s behalf. It will be interesting to see how this plays out and what their defenses will be. I’m sure they will all claim mental illness/challenge. Call in the psychiatrists – they have their work cut out. It’s scary to me that people who are that bad off are allowed to roam the streets. That thought can keep a person awake at night.
Ricky Smyrnes went to Wesley Spectrum Schools where the administration allowed him to beat up autistic children and reward him with candy. Is this for real? Parents of that school have gone on record stating this as if no one is surprised! What institution would allow criminals and sex offenders to be in the same room as an autistic child? Now he has committed such a vile murder, that people can;t even stomach hearing about it!
Shame on that school and I hope no one has to suffer like Jennifer because of institutions like that – How Sick!

When I first heard about this case it made me absolutely sick to the stomach. I actually lost sleep thinking about what that poor woman went through in that apartment. I can think of many things that I would like to see these pigs subjected to, but death is not one of them. That’s the easy way out. Make them suffer. I would prefer seeing them experience the pain and torture of hell while they’re still alive and kicking. Nothing but misery for the rest of their natural lives. Anyone who would do the things that these sick fucks did to Jennifer should be forced to take every ounce of the torture they put her through, but without the benefit of death. It doesn’t end for them. They get to feel her pain without the knowledge that it will all soon be over. In fact, I’d suggest a team of paramedics be kept on site to resuscitate them when necessary, then attach jumper cables to their genitals to wake them up a bit, so they’re nice and alert when the pissing recommences (I’m not a mechanical person. Would that actually do anything? LOL). Well, in any case, no death for these people. Hi, I am Jennifer’s mother and I would like to comment on some of the things that I have read on this site. First to “Robbie’s Stepmom” yes your boy had plenty to do with Jennifers torture and murder. He may or may not have actively participated in the acts, but he held her in the apartment when all the others left, and WOULD NOT let her leave. All he had to do was call me, the police or 911 and we could have gotten her out of there. So yes, he is just as guilty as the rest. They are all guilty….I had to listen to the confessions….and believe me it was the hardest thing that any mother should have to listen to. She was my baby and it breaks my heart to think how scared she must have been. She considered these people he friends and what they did is unforgiveable. May each and everyone of them rot in hell!
