Hello visitors and frequenters of People You’ll See In Hell. It’s Human again, and I’ve got another serial killer gem for you today. This time, the subject hails all the way from China, more specifically China’s Henan province. I would like to introduce everyone to Yang Xinhai.

In Yang’s four-year spree, he was responsible for the brutal deaths of at least 65 individuals, as well as the rapes of 23 others. But before we go into his rampage, let us backtrack, learn a little more about this crazed Chinese man.

Yang was born poor. Dirt poor. He was actually born into one of the poorest families in the village of Zhumadian. He dropped out of school and left home to work as a laborer, but that’s not important to the situation. What is important is his imprisonment.

This little blushing beauty is Tessa L. Vanvlerah, 20, of Ballwin, Missouri. Isn’t she just a peach? That growth, err, beauty mark on her neck is just so alluring don’t you think? I’m sure that like a lot of young, single mother’s out there, little Ms. Tessa felt a certain amount of loneliness and entrapment by motherhood. It’s really tough to maintain a young, active lifestyle with a new baby in the house.

So like many young mothers, Tessa took to the internet looking for a little companionship with a like-minded individual. She found Kenneth M. Kyle, 47, of San Francisco. She must have been in seventh heaven meeting Kenny, probably thought she had found her soul mate. I mean what are the odds of finding someone, and a gainfully employed college professor to boot, that shares your interests in child pornography and child rape? I mean really, what are the odds?

HERNANDEZ GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES

CENTENNIAL — Arapahoe County jurors today returned guilty verdicts in 18 criminal charges against Francis Hernandez, the man accused of causing a car accident that killed three people in 2008.

Hernandez was charged with 19 criminal counts, including vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident involving death, and child abuse resulting in death related to the deadly crash at an Aurora Baskin-Robbins shop.

After the verdict, Arapahoe County District Court Judge John Wheeler found Hernandez guilty of the 19th charge, driving while under restraint, in a trial before the court.

Hernandez faces more than 100 years in prison if Wheeler sentences him to consecutive terms on April 5.

ADULT TRIAL FOR BOY IN DEATH OF PENNSYLVANIA WOMAN, FETUS

March 29, 2010 — A Pennsylvania boy who was 11 when he was accused of killing his father’s pregnant fiancee with a shotgun blast to the back of her head as she lay in bed will be tried as an adult in the death of both the woman and the fetus, a judge ruled Monday.

Jordan Brown, now 12, is charged with criminal homicide in the death of 26-year-old Kenzie Marie Houk in their farmhouse in New Galilee, in western Pennsylvania, on Feb. 20, 2009. Houk was 8 1/2 months pregnant; the male fetus died from a resulting lack of oxygen.

Hello there, visitors of People You’ll See In Hell. I’d like to introduce all of you to Somer Thompson. Cute little girl, isn’t she? She was seven when tragedy struck.

Somer was walking home from school with some of her siblings when she got into an argument with a classmate and ran off ahead of them. When her brother and sisters caught up with where she should be, Somer had vanished into thin air.

Then, on the other side of the spectrum of innocence, we say hello to Jared Mitchell Harrell. Harrell’s unlucky number is fifty. Fifty is the number of sexual abuse charges he was arrested for pertaining to a single young girl. Sadistic and horrific, isn’t it? Sadly, the situation grows worse.

For 17 years on the force, police officer Paul Ayala utilized the “Police Standards of Professional Behaviors” which consists of honesty and integrity, respect and courtesy, equality and diversity, etc, etc… The equality and diversity part of the “Police Standards of Professional Behaviors” states: …when it comes to equality and diversity, police officers are to act with fairness and impartiality; they are never to discriminate against anyone, any sex.

So when ex police officer Paul Ayala made his career move from police officer to child rapist and molester, it came as no surprise that he carried his non-discriminating behavior and began to rape and molest both boys and girls, making sure not to show favoritism to just one sex.

To set the scene, imagine yourself in Pakistan. A little more tense than Dubai, but a little less ghost-town than Afghanistan, with the urban sophisticated refinement of Greece. Call it the Missouri of Asia. Except with more grieving families and dead, disfigured children, thanks in the most part to Javed Mughal.

This man, whose name makes my spell check cringe, was on the high road as far as Pakistani class systems were concerned (born in business, live in business. Born in poverty, live in poverty). His dad was a businessman, and this thusly prompted Javed to start a business of his own.

I think that most of us make a “to do” list on occasion, especially when we have a particularly busy day. I know that if I don’t make a list, I might drop the dogs at the dry cleaners and take the clothes to the groomers. I have been accused of forgetting my head if it wasn’t attached (thanks honey, love you too).

One can only imagine the March 7, 2010 “to do” list of Ashley Nicole Cox (AKA Ashley Jones), 20, of Corbin, Kentucky.

2. Give birth to a baby on a prison toilet in the visitors’ room.
3. Stuff toilet paper down the throat of the baby, suffocating it.
4. Throw body in the trash. Make sure to cover the body up with garbage.
5. Resume visit with boyfriend.
6. Pick up something for dinner on the way home.
