    UPDATE: Alec Ahsoak

LOTTERY ASSAULT LEADS TO THREE YEAR SENTENCE
excerpts from an article in the Anchorage (AK) Daily News

May 19, 2009–The man accused of attacking the winner of Alaska’s biggest lottery with a metal pipe or rod pleaded guilty this week to a reduced charge of second-degree assault, a prosecutor said. Brandon Hughes, a 20-year-old from the Los Angeles area, was sentenced to three years in prison under a plea bargain, said prosecutor Clint Campion.

Hughes will be eligible for parole and time off for good behavior, which is usually about one-third of the sentence.

Anchorage Superior Court Judge Patrick McKay accepted the plea and sentenced Hughes on Monday.

The victim was Alec Ahsoak, a convicted sex offender who won the $500,000 jackpot in January. After taxes, Ahsoak took home a $350,000 prize. Hughes knew a relative of one or more of Ahsoak’s sexual abuse victims, according to authorities.

If you remember the original story, Alec Ahsoak received his registered sex offender status because he is a 2 time convicted child molester. Ahsoak was convicted of two counts of sexual abuse of a minor in 1993, and once again in 2000, according to Alaska’s sex offender registry (Click here to see Ahsoak’s report).

One thing we didn’t know at the time of the original story was the fact that Brandon Hughes was friends with a relative of one of Alec Ahsoak’s victims. So Hughes’ “tune up” of Alec the Diddler’s head was not some random act of a guy who saw a child molester on the street and decided to rough him up – he had a personal stake in it.

Brandon Hughes’ mistake was running, forcing the police to look for him, and getting rid of the tire iron. I’ve said this in the original thread, but if I was in his position, I would have waited for the police after I’d finished adjusting Alec Ahsoak’s attitude and admitted to what I’d done.

We can argue about whether or not Brandon Hughes should have taken justice into his own hands all day long, but I think we can all agree there were only two roads for him to choose once the beat down was over. If you’re going to go so far as to commit assault on another person, and believe you’re in the right, then you should be prepared to face the consequences of your actions.

Geez, now I wish I had submitted my app to the AK state police :( I coulda done some damage to the kiddie molester’s manky ass

          • Steph-Ann says:

LMAO…just don’t stick a baton up anyone’s ass, whatever you do!!

            • NavyCop says:

I have better things to shove up Ahsoak’s ass…. A size 9&1/2 extra wide boot, a lead pipe, a half dozen mercury thermometers, an MK9 grenade launcher, a lit piece of dynamite, some shards of glass, Paris Hilton, Janet Reno’s dildo, a moose’s dick, an elephant’s trunk, a rusty railroad spike, a bonsai tree, a rabid gerbil, and a turkey baster filled with active HIV.

            • Steph-Ann says:

……you had me at Paris Hilton!! ROFLMAO….throw in Nicole Richie while your at it!

            • Mulch says:

Hey squid would the Mk-19 be loaded? If so what kind of rounds? I would like to use Willy Pete but since it’s your idea I will defer to your decision.

OH and would your 9 1/2 be a mns boot size? Same as mine. I refuse to fuck up my new Docs but I have an old pair of leg boots that have the terrain grip soles……

            • NavyCop says:

Ya know, Mulch, if my 9 1/2 was a men’s size, I’d be like Peggy Hill in real life… Nope, my men’s size is 7 1/2. Yes the MK19 would be loaded… with M383 high-explosive grenades… mwahahahahahaha! Mulch, my man, have you discovered my femininity? Evil She-Squid :D

        • Fred says:

The “criminal justice system” has forgotten about the victim for a long time, and this is just another case.
The system seems to think that a criminal has “paid their debt” by spending time in jail – with certain crimes the debt is NEVER repaid, especially to the victims. Rape is just such a crime…….

          • Steph-Ann says:

Amen and Hallelluiah, Fred! Not to get all religious, but you can tell this really is the Devil’s world…when things can work out like THAT!!

          • Mulch says:

Fred I have been saying the same thing for many years. Normally when I do express my ideas, opinions and wishes on the subject I get called all kinds of nasty names. All in the name of tollerance and love. YAH OK

Murder is murder. Self defense is just that. Should murder be proven 2 appeals in the span of 6 months taken care of on the county and state level.

Rape when proven and convicted same as above.

DUI involving a death. Same as above.

Sexually abusing a child. Same as above.

            Selling drugs same as above.

Committing a crime to feed a drug habbit 5 years with manditory rehab.

All prisioners will be required to work manual labor for at least half their sentance. The second half should be dedicaed to education and rehab. Take away TV’s but leave radios. Magizines should be forbidden but not books. Every morning except Sundays everyone gets up at 4AM and lights out at 10 PM.

The list goes on. But if that is put in to effect then we will see a drastic reduction in violent crime in our country. If the bumbling federal government would get the hell out of the states affairs then we could have safer and cleaner communities.

      • Genevieve says:

Brandon is my brother, he is currently in Seward, Alaska ad I haven’t been able to see him because I live in California. He needs help when he gets out because he has no family out there. Please write to him, you can call the jail there and get his personal info.

    2. Mulch says:

Only a beer? Damn I’de like to buy him a whole brewery! Well maybe not as he did run. OK how about a truck lad of the good stuff?

      • NavyCop says:

A truckload of beer, a pallet of porn, and a whole brothel of hookers… That is what I want to give Brandon for Christmas. :D I’m gonna start a collection right now *holds out empty coffee can* C’mon, give what you can ;)

        • Mulch says:

I got €20 for the cause and 3 cases of good German beer. God in heavan knows you can’t get any beer in the US. You can get loads of yellow bubbly water. And I say the same thing about piss.

Amsterdam is only a 2 hour drive from my place. I’ll pick up the porn. No plastic women having sex. Way too tame. How about 5 women doing a single guy? There is worse but I don’t think I have to go in to detials do I?

If we’r going to give him good beer then he needs BBQ. Now the best I have ever had was in Texas. Sorry to anyone else but the true at of BBQ was invented and perfected in Texas. Everyone else can only try.

          • NavyCop says:

You know Mulch, I think we should team up on Mr Hankey-Spanky right about now…. lol. And yes, sir, you should go into details. But those details can be on fb, k? Look me up, yo. I need more twisted fuckers as my friends :D

    3. Harley Quinn says:

Brandon kinda acted like a little douche, but I love a little street justice when the supposed legitimate justice fails us all.

    4. Riva says:

Does anyone know how much time Alec Ahsoak actually served? I’m just curious.

      • Max The Cat says:

4 years for the 1993 conviction, and 6 years for the one in 2000.

        • Linda says:

only 4 years for child molestation when Brandon got 3 years wíth plea bargain?! Unfair.

Imo, Brandon made a mistake when he ran off, but he was totally right when he grabbed that metal Pipe and smashed a sick bastard down. It’s what everyone wants to do to a child molester when given the chance to.

          • Fred says:

And yet the victims still suffer.
While Alec is free, some victims are paying for therapy – which costs.
Alec should be paying for that – his victims are never free, he should not be living free either.

        • E says:

          UN. BE. LIEV. ABLE.

          4 years for molesting a child . . . Brandon gets 3 . . . .

I can’t even say another word.

          Unbelieveable. I’m just . . . shakin my head.

    5. motherof3 says:

      Ten years…wow.

The fuck sentenced those two kids to a lifetime of pain.

      That sounds soooooooo fair, huh?
      *note sarcasm*

I don’t care if Hughes ran afterwards…he did the right thing.
At least the guy is alive, right?
      Hmmph.

    6. SD says:

Wow..a little street justice, huh? I kinda like this Brandon guy…

      • Steph-Ann says:

I know, SD. How could I go about getting his address so I can write to him and tell him ‘Good job, kiddo!’ It chaps my ass this kid has to do at least two years of that, when he shouldn’t do a day. Hell yes, I believe in vigilanty justice. Think of how much better this country could be if the crooks in it thought twice–reconsidered before hurting someone, especially a child–knowing daddy and mommy can come around and bash his head in. That kind of justice would cut down on evil doing dramatically. For those who disagree, don’t be a law breaking, heartless monster and you wouldn’t have to worry about it anyway.

        • SD says:

God, I couldn’t agree with you more, Steph-Ann. If someone even tried to hurt my child I’d be all over them like flies on shit, no matter what consequences I had to face after. Same with any of my friends or family. It really does suck that Brandon has to serve any time at all for this, but at least he may have a chance of parole after serving 1/3 of the sentence. Love to take to take him out for some beers or whatever his heart desires when he gets out…drinks on me!

    7. The Bosses Secretary says:

Brandon, the next time a friend squeals to the cops about what you just did and where you are, I hope you get the chance to wield your tire iron of doom over THEIR head. Some pal they turned out to be.

    8. vcbecky says:

Street justice serves well when the system fails us. The system has been failing our children for a long while now.

Running was really his only mistake. In a situation like this, you stand up and take your lumps because no one is really going to blame you for it. If you end up in prison, I would think many of the convicts would already respect you for what you did. Not that prison is easy, but it would be a bit easier as a result.

On a side-note, could a child molester look any creepier? I don’t think so! YEESH!

      • deedeebug95 says:

Becky Yes they can. My son’s(molester) played Santa Claus every year, at my sons school. I have 4 years of my kiddo sitting on that son of a bitches knee……I have asked my son what he wants me to do with the pictures, and he said throw them out,I know I should but they are still pictures of my little boy and it is hard to throw away that sweet face! Damn writing about this is still very painful and I am trying not to cry! When some one like Mr. Hanky goes on a tangent about the perpetrators rights it really upsets me….

        • vcbecky says:

I am so very sorry. That’s got to be one of the worst things for a good, loving parent to have to deal with.

I can tell you from experience that he WILL bounce back. He WILL be alright, and so will you. It’s tough to come to terms with being unable to protect your babies 24/7. It is not your fault. You can’t go through life mistrusting every single stranger you meet or you may as well lock yourself and your loved ones in the house forever. You have to trust sometimes, and dammit SANTA SHOULD BE TRUSTWORTHY. You had no reason to think otherwise. Sometimes people are just too sick to fathom, so those of us who are normal can’t guard ourselves against them. All we can do is try, and be there for each other when we fall. You will be o.k, Deedee.

This is a horrible statistic, but I don’t have a single friend who wasn’t molested in some way as a child. I didn’t intentionally collect people with these scars, it’s just that there are so very many of us and we tend to find each other. My personal experience left me physically changed, but it also shored up my mind to weather practically any emotional storm. I am a strong person now, and very protective of innocence. Your son will find his strength too. If people like Alec Ahsoak can’t break us completely down, then no one can. You are bruised, but you’re both far from broken.

          • deedeebug95 says:

You are a sweetie and you can add me to the collection of friends I too was molested. The part that still bothers me about my son is that being a survivor I really was careful about who my boy would go to see, amazingly the signs were not present… we have really bounced back with lots of therapy and we have great communication! He will break out of his shell someday, girls chase him all the time! As a Mom I am glad to be his #1 girl for now (I know it won’t last!) ah well, venting is good, venting at a dick like Mr. Hanky is even better! ; )

          • Southern Lady says:

I was actually not molested, even though as a “child star” I was surrounded by adults.
However, my daughter was raped by an old guy when she was 6, and it took her 11 years to tell me about this, asking “Am I still a virgin?”

How the hell do I deal with this?

            • vcbecky says:

Yes, she is still a virgin. I had the same question for my mom around her age. My mom explained that being raped is not the same as making love. That’s like asking “If someone grabs me from the front and squeezes to break my spine, has that person hugged me?”

Losing your virginity is not a violent act, or a simple matter of ‘breaking your cherry’. Hymens get busted all the time from simple physical activities. My best friend lost hers while BMX racing. She landed badly after a jump. (ouch!) Some women are even born without hymens.

When your daughter does finally have sex with someone she cares about, she will find there is a world of difference between making love and being raped. They’re simply not the same. She has not experienced the act of physical love. Therefore, she is a virgin.

Much strength to you and your daughter SL. I am so sorry for her, but I’m glad she’s got you to care for her.

    9. Roy says:

He should be sentenced to 3 years of praise, not jail.

    10. LilMissSunshine says:

Child predators should not be allowed to keep lottery winnings. Why does this sicko deserve anything>? As for Ms. Hughes, kudos- I’m just mad you’re gonna have to do jail time for this POS. I wonder how much time Mr. Ahsoak did for being a sick bastard? It’d be ironic if it was less than 3 years.

      • USS Yorktown says:

The only lottery this pervert should be playing is Russian Roulette with an assault rifle.

        • justjaney says:

          Ditto on that one :)

(although forget the Russian Roulette just stick the gun where it fits and keep shooting…IMO :))

    11. Harley Quinn says:

Brandon Hughes, I sentence thee to 3 years of AWESOME.

Is what I would have said, if I were the judge.

    12. Miwist says:

      3 years?
Christ, the way the courts work with “good time” and “time served”, he’ll be back on the streets in a fuckin’ year. Year anna half, tops.

      Where’s the justice?

    13. deedeebug95 says:

Thank you Brandon for doing what so many would like to but do not! I am sorry you got any time!
As for the ass wipe child molester… the families of the victims should take you to civil court and take all of your lottery winnings from you! Then you should take yourself to the nearest lake and jump in (during winter) and freeze to death, you sick fuck!!! God I fucking hate molesters!! The fucktard (borrowing your favorite word here Max!) that molested my child was already in jail when we found out, good thing to because my brother would have killed him, A little Texas justice!

    14. Fantomah says:

Yeah, Alaska is kind of a haven for child molesters and women batterers. Check the Anchorage Daily News archives about all the priests who were sent up here BECAUSE they were creepers and the rest of the world didn’t want them. Also we have one of the worst rates of violence against women in the country. For every Alec Ahsoak, there are a dozen “[relative] did a bad thing but nobody told the cops because we want to ‘keep it in the family.’” Add to that legislators like our former governor who make rape victims pay for their own rape kits and you have a state that despite being beautiful and wonderful in many ways is hell if you are ever a victim of abuse.

    15. Oceanic says:

The kiddie diddler needs to pay out his lottery winnings to his victims.

I can’t help thinking about how unfair it is that someone who rapes children wins the lottery when the rest of us poor schmucks who would never even dream of doing such a thing to a child have to bust our asses just to pay the bills and keep our kids fed, sheltered, and clothed.

    16. Mr Hankey says:

Why are you defending this little asshole? He attacked this innocent unsuspecting man in cold blood. This looks more like a case of attempted murder and this sick little fucker should be going away for life. I mean seriously why are you people praising this little fuckwad yall r off ur rockers.

      • justjaney says:

With a name like Mr Hanky….why don’t you wipe that ‘hanky’ across your mouth it seems to be dribbling alot of shit right about now :)

      • motherof3 says:

WHY ARE YOU DEFENDING A CHILD MOLESTER WHO WAS CONVICTED TWICE?

Did you know the kid was RELATED to one of Mr. Chomo’s victims?

Let me put it this way…let’s say you have a daughter…Let’s pretend she’s molested. What would you do to the person who molested her?

Exactly. You would beat the fuck out of them with a lead pipe.

Hell, you might even kill the bastard and end up as a story on here.

***disclaimer: I know this Hughes kid didn’t have any kids, it was his cousin that was the second victim, and In my opinion, I feel he did the right thing, because if anyone related to me were molested, I would definitely go on a warpath.

You just don’t know what its like, Mr. Hankey the Christmas Poo.
        You just don’t know.

      • vcbecky says:

Innocent? That one word exposes you for the idiot you are. I can’t take you seriously enough to be upset at you. You’re a boring court jester and we are not amused…

      • deedeebug95 says:

Innocent? Please, the children he molested are the innocent ones you stupid turd…he will never be innocent again! Child molester’s can not be “fixed”!!!!!

      • Daughter of the Firmament says:

Looks like Mr. Hanky the child-molester defending poo needs to get a life!

    17. Mr Hankey says:

Well god forbid my opinion differs from your’s huh?

      • justjaney says:

No not at all….I’m just stating my opinion also, sorry it doesn’t coincide with what your spilling :)

(oh ok maybe a slight dig)….just a little one :)

      • deedeebug95 says:

Yeah stupid turd, when your “opinion” is unbelievably wrong! There have been trolls on here that have really pissed a lot of us off but you win the big prize! You do not even see how twisted you sound…..dumb ass

    18. Mr Hankey says:

Why is this demented person who beat a helpless man nearly to death being praised though? His past dosn’t matter this guy had no right to beat this man up. he should have gotten life

      • Mulch says:

So in your opinion all the scientific data collected on child sexual abusers is wrong. Am I correct in understanding your “statment” that way?

well if I am wrong then I am sorry.

If I am right then you are one sick disgusting sack of useless shit.

      • Max The Cat says:

Fuck you troll boy – the guy was a convicted child molester. Now run along and find some other way to get attention.

      • vcbecky says:

        Dear Christmas Poo…

        GET FLUSHED.

        Love,
        Becky

      • deedeebug95 says:

Let me tell you something you piece of trash shit for brains, if the fucking monster that molested my child ever gets out of prison he will wish he was back in there with the thugs, cause I would fucking beat him within an inch of his fucking life!!! My wonderful child still has nightmares, and though he is an excellent student at 15 is still very shy and will not date. Why? because he was molested by a man he loved like a Grandpa! My child will always bear the scars of his molestation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will tell you this FUCK OFF, that fucker will never be innocent ! He did his time but he is still guilty you stupid fuck,God I hate fucking child molesters AND the stupid fucks that defend them.

      • NavyCop says:

For the very same reason that I was praised in private for kicking the shit of some sorry bastard that shook his son almost to death. You stupid twatsicle, go make nice with Alec and enjoy the surprising amount of violence that rains down on ya for fraternizing with a kiddy diddler

      • stormy weathers says:

I dunno man the hanky dude or what ever he is called has a point…..we shouldn’t really be praising vigilante justice because such actions undermines our judicial system.

i think people are a bit too quick to label him a troll and I think he has a fair point……..it’s not up to individuals to be judge, jury and executioners because if everybody thought like that and acted on their own warped version of justice then the world would be in chaos and society as 2we know would crumble.

Not saying that I wouldn’t personally take the law into my own hands (under extreme circumstances) but i wouldn’t expect people to be cheering for me either……You know laws are their to be obeyed and you can’t cherry pick which ones you should follow.

The guy is a criminal pure and simple and maybe he had honourable reasons for breaking the law…….but at the end of the day he broke the law and should suffer the consequences.

But i think labelling the guy as a troll is a little presumptuous some people still believe in the law

        • vcbecky says:

Alec Ahsoak should have been in prison being treated like the shitpile that he is. At the very least, his winnings should have gone to his victims to pay for their medical bills and a lifetime of therapy. The system failed his victims, their friends and families, their communities, and even strangers who read about it here. That much fail cannot be ignored or allowed to stand.

Stormy, you know damned good and well that the regular posters on PYSIH aren’t necessarily a cross-section of society as a whole. Many discussion groups like this are, but this isn’t one of them. This is a group of people who are fucking fed up with being the human sacrifice to the gods of Political Correctness. For the most part, we speak our minds completely. We are the ones who would wield the lead pipe if we had the opportunity.

I’m not saying all of us would go that route, but more of us would than wouldn’t in my opinion. If I had the chance, there are a handful of people on this planet I would pummel into carbon dust on behalf of all of their victims who never got to. I’d probably feel terrible for a while because I’m not a monster, but that’s a small price to pay for eradicating a fatal cancer.

Most monsters don’t understand discussion, logic, fairness, respect, reason which is why they don’t use it. All they understand is physical violence. I strive to be understood by as many people as possible out of basic respect, up to and including using the occasional Babelfish translation. Babelfish doesn’t offer “American English to Violent Monster” translations. It’s not a language that uses words.

          • deedeebug95 says:

Becky, I agree with everything above!

Stormy, there are laws I understand what you are saying, here is the point I would like to make, predators like this crap stain get their highs off of being the big one, the one who causes pain. They will not understand what they have done UNLESS pain is inflicted upon them. Right or wrong lawful or no that if I had 10 minutes with the monster that molested my child I would HAPPILY go to jail for three years….

            • vcbecky says:

I’m just so goddamned tired of our society, of all ‘civilized societies’ being obligated to walk on eggshells to make sure we don’t infringe on the human rights of people who have taken those very same rights away from others! If you have so little respect yourself, why should you be given respect? If you don’t understand kindness and mercy, why the fuck should you be the recipient of it?

            • stormy weathers says:

We need basic human rights for everyone because if we start making exceptions for certain cases….Well who’s to judge?

It would be a slippery slope and before we knew it none of us would have rights any more…….It would lead to torture and mayhem and the collapse of society as we know it.

and yeah some scumbags might be playing the system and in need of putting down or being thrown to the angry mobs…….But that’s the price we have to pay for our rights…….

            • vcbecky says:

We’re so busy protecting our ‘humanity’ we forget to protect our ‘humans’. Sometimes, you must get very dirty to clean out a septic tank. Sometimes you have to crawl under the house in order to fix the leaky floor. When you clean up after your dog, scooping up under a pile of shit and lifting it is better than scraping it apart from the top, right? The system is broken, if it ever worked at all. Extreme measures are acceptable in order to fix it because without it, we have no society.

I am quite comfortable with the state of my personal humanity. In fact, I am so comfortable with it that I can embrace my own seeming hypocrisy in this case. Not because I truly believe I am a hypocrite in this instance, but because I lack the words to explain to you why I am not a hypocrite. Maybe someone else can. I have no more angles from which to bang my head against this brick wall because it has become spherical.

If you ask most people in the military, they’ll tell you there is no cost that is too high to pay to protect the lives of innocent people. The death sentence is the equivalent of a single person losing a war with society which society did not instigate.

Stormy, is preventing the murder of and blasphemy against innocent children a fair trade for our ‘humanity’? Is it not correct for a mother to reduce herself to the level of the monster in protection of her young?

People who kill others in cold blood, who rape and terrorize innocent people, should not be treated as humans because they have done inhuman things. If someone acts like a crazy person, do we not try to lock them up? If a person acts like a child, do we not invariably treat them as one? If someone acts like a predatory monster, should we treat them like a human with the same rights we have?

            • deedeebug95 says:

Stormy the minute you hurt or kill anyone on purpose, you give up the right to your “humanity” if a person that commits violence against others knowingly has already lost their “humanity” if they had it in the first place. Why should we give them something they do not deserve? Animals do not commit violence against others of their species for the pleasure of it, kill or maim for food or defense of themselves and their young. Humans have the same obligation to protect…and animals will stalk and kill another for invading territory or killing.

          • Mulch says:

Thank you Becky for your words.

Stormy the justice systems world wide have failed time and again. I don’t trust them to do the right thing. You have judges whose jobs are to weigh evidence and pass judgment. Instead we have judges preaching and passing agendas. Laws are not being enforced because a judge has a political agenda.

Victims are being ignored because the so called rights of criminals are being put in front of the victim. Yes I do feel criminals have rights but damn few and you could count them on one hand with fingers left over.

The system is broke beyond repair. It needs to be ripped apart and built again. This time putting th right of victims ahead of some shitstain.

            • deedeebug95 says:

I agree Mulch, thanks for the great words Becky!

            • vcbecky says:

              Thanks guys. :)

I only wish we were a real cross-section of society. There would be so much less crime! I mean *gasp* we might even be able to send our children to school and know they’re safe! Grandma might be able to take a walk to the corner store and not get raped! Babysitters might actually care for the children they’re watching in a non-sexual way! I know it’s insane, but it’s a dream of mine…

      • motherof3 says:

Let me tell you a little story…

At 4 years old..I was molested by my babysitter…my parents did not know that this young man had done this before, because his father was a Lieutenant in the Army.
So naturally, when I told, my parents called the police.
This kid got away with it of course, because his father was very influential.
Five years later….he did it again…only this victim was silenced forever, because he didn’t want to take the chance of being told on again, because at 21, he could go to prison…and possibly be shanked.

Needless to say, he ended up going there after the child’s body was found with his DNA on her.

I really wished I would have had someone like Mr. Hughes here to teach that punk a lesson. Most likely, it would have scared him straight, or he could have continued to perform his little “hobby” of diddling little kids.

My point is, I felt cheated of justice. Hence the reason why I commend this young man for doing what EVERYONE in their right mind should do.

Beat the fuck out of the chomos.

Open your mind a little, you will find that not everyone thinks like you, and accept that fact.

    19. Mr Hankey says:

And I may think your filhy sewer is spewing some shit right now but at least i keep it to myself.

      • Mulch says:

You funny! You can’t see the forest for the trees.

      • SD says:

Wow…what a fucktard. You’re going to come on this site and defend a child molester? I would hardly call a child molester an “innocent unsuspecting man”. You want to know who IS innocent? Let me enlighten you…the children (yes, childREN, PLURAL) that he decided to molest. They were innocent, and he took it upon himself to take away those kids’ innocence for the rest of their lives. So let me guess…you are related to him or you also have a not so clean record, yourself, OR you’re just a major douche nozzle. Which is it?

      • deedeebug95 says:

I am sure there is a special place for people in Hell that defend child molesters….you stupid fuck, now go away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    20. deedeebug95 says:

To all my compadre’s I am sorry for the anger, but as you all might have guessed I still have a lot of it. And stupid Mr. Hanky has a bulls eye right in the middle of his forehead!!!!!!!

      • vcbecky says:

Mr. Hankey and people like him are only good for one thing – venting at. It’s not like we’ll change what little mind he has, so go right ahead and GRRRR at him. It’s all good, Deedee. No apology necessary!

        • deedeebug95 says:

Thanks Becky, it is a very fresh wound my kiddo was 11 when he came forward and as I said in the above post he is only 15, four years is not a lot of time to heal!

          • SD says:

deedee, no apology is needed! I can understand why you feel the way you do, and would even react the same way. I’m a mother myself and if that happened to my child, I would raise all hell and stop at nothing. I wish the best for you and your son.

      • justjaney says:

Right there with ya deedee, I’d even carve the bullseye for free :)

and he pissed me of too, fucktardian that it is :)

    21. Tito says:

      Mr Hankey (Shithead),
It’s not like he just randomly attacked a child molester, which would have been fine to me. But it was the fact that that Nosack (Ahsoak) molested someone in his family. You mean to tell me if a child of yours or someone in your family was molested, you wouldn’t be out for revenge? I should the fuck would be.

    22. pvt j0ker says:

This is bullshit Brandon should not get ANY time, if anything he should be rewarded by being locked in a cage with Ahsoak with his choice of weapon and given all his lottery winnings when he finishes him off. His snich of a “friend” deserves a boot to the ass for ratting him out too. This is fucked up on so many levels, Ass-soak
should not even have been on the outside to win a lottery in the first place. Six years for molesting children is a joke and enrages me to no end, especially since my friends brother is serving a 15 to 25 year sentence for selling coke to feed his wife and kids. Serious sex crimes should be just like murder, mandatory life without parole if convicted, if not that then death by fire. I’ll bet this crotch cricket is using the money to build an amusement park in his yard or some shit.

    23. pvt j0ker says:

Oh and to Mr. Hankey, congratulations asshole with a name like that you are the epitome of the phrase talking shit.
Seriously bro it is much better to just kick it than to just be out to piss people off.

      • Max The Cat says:

Really bro – at least you used to sound committed back in the day. Hanky here, doesn’t even have that going for him. He’s a total zero.

        • Tito says:

Forgive me being slow, but is j0ker who I think he is?

        • pvt. j0ker says:

Yeah Hankey should just do everyone a favor and just beat himself to death with that semen crusted sock he keeps under his pillow. As far as understaning the mind of a troll there aint much to understand, just a cry for help really. I may have been an asshole back in the day but at least I never defended no child molesters.

          • pvt. j0ker says:

Yeah it’s me I decided to quit coming on here acting like a racist dumbass because that’s not who I really am. I was just trying to amuse myself by pissing others off and I have realized how pathetic that is so I grew past that and came back to pysih and posted an apology for being an asshole. Now i’m just here to kick it like everyone else.

            • vcbecky says:

It’s all gud J0ker! You’ve been a fine contributor since you started posting again. I find it quite admirable that you came back and apologized when you knew you were being douchey. There are too few people who have that kind of self-honesty particularly on the anonymous internet. :)

            • Tito says:

Well then by all means, it’s nice to have you as one of us j0ker.

            • Max The Cat says:

Becky’s right Joker. It’s rare to find someone who’s willing to risk what you did for the sake of doing the right thing. I admire the hell out of you for that, no bullshit.

            • NavyCop says:

              Good on ya, j0ker.

            • stormy weathers says:

This is all very good and well but i feel people are too down on Mr Hankey he has a valid point even though his delivery is completely fucked up……But don’t feel his comments warrant the kind of vitriol they have generated

Vigilante violence undermines our judicial system

            • vcbecky says:

Our judicial system undermines itself. No system is perfect, Stormy. Sometimes vigilantism is all we have.

            • Max The Cat says:

Mr Hankey is a troll – over in the Luis Alfedo Garavito Cubillos story he commented that it’s OK with him if the convicted serial killer and sexual sadist was released in 22 years. He figures that’s plenty of time for Luis to change his evil ways – rotflmao!

    24. jas says:

Now i have heard it all. Child Molester wins lottery, then is beat with a tire iron. DIE ALREADY! WTF. How does HE win the damn lottery?!

    25. Mr Hankey says:

the fact that he molestered kids is a seperate issue as far as the law is concerned, it is done and over with and he still has the right to win a lottery and keep his winnings. this little puke had no right to beat this helpless man nearly to deaTH, AND FOR HIS POOR CHOICE HE HAS TO DO HIS TIME WHICH I THINK SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE, and you people think murdering this man is acceptablke and you condemn me just because i happen to look at the big picture and see that his actions were wrong and deserve way more prison time, you people act deplorable and you are hypocrites

      • vcbecky says:

Hankey, you’re a fool. Your ideals are blind. I sincerely hope you don’t have children.

His victims are still in hell over this, and they always will be. The law is WRONG, Hankey. Alec Ahsoak should have been put away for life, or sentenced to death. You’re preaching to the wrong crowd. Save your feculent breath.

YOUR big picture may involve accepting Alec Ahsoak back into society, but obviously that’s not everyone elses big picture. Funny thing about the Big Picture; it’s a matter of perspective. You’re looking at it from the standpoint that, because the monster Ahsoak beat the system and is a free man now, that he’s paid his debt to society and deserves to carry on his life as if he never destroyed anyone elses. We’re looking at it from the standpoint that there’s nothing he can do short of death or lifetime incarceration that will even come close to paying his debt to society or relieving his victims nightmares.

If he had a heart at all, he’d voluntarily give at least part of his winnings to pay for rehabilitating his victims.

If you had a brain at all, you’d take off your blinders.

    26. Mr Hankey says:

He did his time, He won the lottery fair and square, that’s the law and thats final. Brandon is a criminal who deserves at least 10 years and all of you who think what he did is ok are criminals too. but im not going to argue with people that know everything or think they do

      • mulch says:

your mouth and my nut sack have a date.

      • merci says:

        Mr. Hankey,
You are correct. Though I’m not sure he deserves at least 10 years, you are still correct that Brandon commited a crime and his actions were wrong. Unfortunately the people on here have allowed their anger to get to the point where it is their torment. They do not have valid opinions so don’t worry about any of the vicious statements thrown at you. It doesn’t mean anything. What they should do is take that energy and focus it towards a good cause. Charitable acts. Maybe then they will learn to forgive. Doesn’t mean to excuse, but to forgive. Until then their opinions do not count.

        Chris

        • vcbecky says:

“Unfortunately the people on here have allowed their anger to get to the point where it is their torment. They do not have valid opinions so don’t worry about any of the vicious statements thrown at you.”

OH, I’M SO TORMENTED BY OTHER PEOPLES’ IGNORANCE! OH, WOE IS ME! Pffft.

All opinions are valid, schweetie. Yours included. Your opinion is asinine, but that doesn’t make it invalid. Your opinion that my opinion is in valid doesn’t invalidate my opinion, it only makes you look like a hypocrite.

Keep turning the other cheek. Eventually someone will miss, and maybe sodomize some reality into you.

          • merci says:

You are your own tormentor. And any opinion that is fueled by rage is not valid. Sure some people may agree with you. As for me though, these crimes I hear about every day in the paper and on the news, I WANT them to stop. We have to move into the 21st century first though.

            • vcbecky says:

Your opinion that my opinion is invalid, for whatever reason, shows you are a hypocrite. And a bleeding heart hypocrite at that. I’d say a rage-fueled opinion is more valid than an idealistic one because at least the rage expressed on PYSIH is based in reality. That’s just my opinion though.

I’m in the 21st century. Firmly. I see the repercussions of the current system we have. It is broken. That’s a reality. You don’t like that reality. That does not invalidate it.

        • NavyCop says:

          “Mr. Hankey,

          Chris”

Chris/Merci (which is a fruity screen name, by the way) I take offense at your whole post, so I will address it piece by piece…

“You are correct. Though I’m not sure he deserves at least 10 years, you are still correct that Brandon commited a crime and his actions were wrong.” Yes, Brandon did commit a crime, however he committed it out of the sorrow and outrage that comes with seeing the evil people in this world prosper, while the people who work hard and adhere to the rules suffer. He was friends with one or more of Ahsoak’s victims. When Alec won the lottery, that probably pushed Brandon over the edge.

“Unfortunately the people on here have allowed their anger to get to the point where it is their torment. They do not have valid opinions so don’t worry about any of the vicious statements thrown at you.” My anger is not my torment. What torments me is that I can’t do anything to stop evil men like Ahsoak from hurting innocent people. If I had the ability to, then I would. I took an oath to protect and serve, but there is just so much evil in the world that I can not stop it all myself. My anger fuels my purpose to make even the smallest changes, it comes no where near tormenting me. And all people have valid opinions, even you, Merci. Even if I am in the wrong, my opinion is still valid. Opinions are your gut feelings, your own personal thoughts, the workings of your inner heart, hence their validity.

“It doesn’t mean anything. What they should do is take that energy and focus it towards a good cause. Charitable acts. Maybe then they will learn to forgive. Doesn’t mean to excuse, but to forgive. Until then their opinions do not count” The outrage directed against Mr Hankey does mean something. It means that he offended to good people here, by saying “Why are you defending this little asshole? He attacked this innocent unsuspecting man in cold blood.” Alec Ahsoak is far from innocent, and even further from unsuspecting. He had to assume that a friend or family member of his victims would be hurt and angry enough to threaten his life or attack him in some way. Brandon did just that, lashed out at Ahsoak because of the pain and suffering he caused Brandon’s friends. Human beings as a whole have a difficult time forgiving people who hurt children. Cliche or not, Children are our future. Why would anyone want to hurt them!? For me, a good cause is putting child molesters behind bars or under ground. So I focus my righteous indignation and anger on that. If someone harmed my precious little one, I would not rest until he/she was dead. No adult should ever put a child in harm’s way or intentionally inflict pain and mental suffering on that precious little life.
So in closing, Chris/Merci, if you WANT these crimes to stop, stop the individuals commiting them.
          MA2 Young

    27. merci says:

I’m very much aware that our system is broken. But not in the way that you think it is.

    28. merci says:

And any opinion that does not seek for the ultimate good of all those involved does not mean anything to me.

      • vcbecky says:

I seek for the ultimate good of all humans involved. Monsters like Ahsoak are not included in that. He is a different species entirely. He preys on humans. At least, he does in the real world. In your world, his heinous actions deserve a slap on the wrist and a cuddle.

Mercy is for those who show mercy themselves. Not for this waste. There are enough good people on this planet that we don’t need to waste time and resources on a creature who will never be of any benefit to society. Why should the innocent continue to fall victim to this monster? To appease your sense of ‘the ultimate good’? How selfish of you.

      • Max The Cat says:

Merci, in spite of all your flowery prose and your holier than thou attitude, you are still here arguing with us, and that makes you one of us.

        Welcome to the family.

You’re also dumber than dogshit, I might add. You started off defending Mr. Hankey. Mr. Hankey isn’t even a real person. He’s a troll, created by some bored loser with too much time on his hands. He leaves outrageous, controversial, and contradictory comments on Message Boards like this one, trying to stir up as much excitement as possible and basically cause a big ‘ol ruckus, while he and his housebound friends sit around and laugh at the angry comments they’re responsible for. But what a troll truly lives for is someone who leaves comments supporting their “position”. It’s a rare event to find someone who’s stupid enough to believe in the sincerity of a point of view that was thought up just to get people pissed off, but they are out there. You’re basically doing Hankey’s job for him, but because you trust him, it makes the whole thing that much funnier.

Congratulations, you’re a one in a million asshole Chris. You’re a punchline, a fart in a quiet room, a pair of naked ass cheeks pressed up against a bus window. You started out trying to wow us with your new world sensibilities, but you ended up as cheap vaudeville shtick.

    29. merci says:

I’m not one in a million. More like 1 in 4. Almost all of them however choose to keep quiet because of the viscious, satanic, verbal equivalent to anything you’ll find in a sewer type remarks that they get from the haters. They talk to me because they know I understand. Again if you want these people you post on here to repent, you must Love them. But that’s a leap of faith you aren’t willing to take. How sad. You call me stupid but it won’t do any good to change an opininion that I know is correct. I don’t think it’s correct, I know it’s correct. I know that because I’ve seen it work. Vcbecky says I’m selfish yet what is she doing for others. Why not get out there and do some good rather than spending all your time being the top commentator on some stupid hate site.

      • vcbecky says:

You don’t know me to know what I do for others in my life. Your assumption that I do nothing is laughable and absolutely baseless. I prove myself to people who matter every day. I have no need to prove myself to you.

Are you trying to imply that people, so intimidated by my opinions and those like them, come to you for advice? What are you, the Bleeding Heart Messiah? Delusions that massive are dangerous, Merci. Maybe you should request of your army of followers that they post here and shut me up. Or are you also implying that they lack the ‘courage’? Do they know you think they’re weak? How insulting.

Leaps of faith are for ‘believers’. I’m not one to follow someone else over a cliff hoping some ancient god will cushion my descent. I will not offer love to monsters. Alec Ahsoak doesn’t deserve love, and I doubt he could understand it. Love must be sincere. I will not fake love for a monster to appease your sense of correctness. They showed neither love nor mercy for their victims. They do not deserve it in return, or does the old phrase ‘do unto others’ mean nothing to you?

As to repentance, I couldn’t care less if they repent. Who does that help, but them? They’ve helped themselves to enough, thank you very much. Many criminals find that god is a great shield if you proclaim your faith in prison. Fools believe them. Not all of them, but the ones who think they’re capable of penance. Do they suddenly start attending church when they get out? Do they donate their time and money to the church, to thank god for their second chance? I don’t need them to repent. I need them to find a way to fix what they did. In most cases that’s impossible, so they should pay for their crimes. In most cases, that is also impossible because our system is gimped by your kind of naive thinking.

Merci, I’m done with you. People like you are not worth any more of my time than I’ve already given them. Your solution, to love offenders and help them get out of prison, is insane and has failed this country for decades. You’re just too wrapped up in your own righteousness to see it.

        • merci says:

Be done with me then. Again some opinions don’t matter. Especially not ones that come from supporters of baby killing.

          • Max The Cat says:

Oh you are so much better than the rest of us, aren’t you Chris? Arrogant, judgmental holier than thou Christians like you must make Jesus weep with frustration. I have my own personal feeling about abortion, which I’ll keep to myself, but I’m also adamantly pro-choice, because I’m not qualified to make that kind of intensely personal decision for every woman in the United States, and neither are you.

It’s time for you to come down from your high horse Chris, before someone knocks you off and you realize how wrong you’ve been about everything. For most people, learning their failures is an opportunity for growth, but for the likes of you it’s always a devastating period that most can’t recover from.

            • merci says:

Didn’t the last time we discussed I showed you over and over how I am not holier than thou yet you completely ignored what I was saying. But I’m still not wrong. Being right doesn’t make me better than others. You all love to light up in intolerable anger and rage towards the people you post here, and when someone challenges that way of thinking you do the same to them. Why? You want these crimes to stop but you don’t want to be a part of what is necessary to make them stop. You hate the problem but you also hate the solution. I try to point that out and I get the very same rage. It’s just sad to witness that.

            • Max The Cat says:

What rage & anger Chris? The best you’ve gotten from me is mild amusement. You’re a joke, and I find it very hard to take you seriously.

I don’t care if you change your opinion or not. Do you think someone who’s as wrong-thinking as you are has a chance of convincing anyone? You do more to convert people to my side of the issues than I could possible do myself, if only because you’re an unlikeable person in general. You ARE arrogant and self righteous, and you saying over and over that it isn’t so can’t change that simple truth.

You don’t know anything about us or what motivates us to do what we do on this website. You haven’t got a fraction of the experience with the kind of people we write about here as some of us do, or have done a fraction of the research that I myself have done on pedophiles like Alec Ahsoak. But because you have this incredibly high opinion of yourself and your belief system, you think you’re qualified to judge us and lecture us. You have no idea about the emails and comment from the victims of these shitheads in our stories, thanking us for the feelings of love and support they get from this website.

So do you really think you have any power over us? We respond to you because it amuses us. It’s funny to watch a deluded person in action. Honestly, if someone, say Becky, baits you into responding over and over again, who’s the fool? Well, you are of course.

            • Jason says:

I try to point that out and I get the very same rage.

It’s hard to listen to a blind man, who has been blind all his life, who is so certain he knows what color the sky is. It is possible he knows, but difficult to believe him. You are not more informed, more enlightened, better educated, or inventive in any reasonable estimation. Nothing you’ve said is functionally new or actually the truth. You’re prattling. You think you know God’s will. That’s laughable only in where you’re attempting to apply the lessons learned. You think you can dictate how we feel about an injustice and somehow prevent the injustice from happening. That’s like telling us you have a magic trick that only works after we gouge out our own eyes. Stop, put one thought in front of the other, and for one second act like skepticism for your “new” and “amazing idea” isn’t the craziest thing on the planet. You are not one of Arthur C. Clarke’s exceptions. You get to be wrong here.

            • merci says:

Jason you will never convince me that forgiveness doesn’t work. Not when I’ve seen it work through experience. It softens the heart and makes the criminal more susceptible to repentance. That is a fact. They still have to choose but it’s the best thing we have to rehabilitate them. All these people who go off and vent their rage will continue to feel that way until they learn to forgive. All venting does is give them temporary relief, it doesn’t heal them. In fact it desensitizes them. The more you practice it, the more hateful you become. I’m afraid that’s what happened here on this blog. Earlier on someone simply posted that they felt Brandon deserves to serve prison time and the people on here tore him up.

            • Jason says:

Translation: You don’t get it because you don’t want to.

Response: You know what happens to a finger of a rock out in the ocean? It wears down. It’s polished smooth and then eventually it breaks and is pulverized into sand. Sometimes the tiny fragments of whatever is left is washed up on a shoreline before the pulverization brings it down too small. Those small little nuggets are actually quite beautiful, if so much smaller than the masses they came from.
You think you have it all figured out, but the tide’s coming in and that tide is filled up with an ocean of life experiences that’s going to wear at you and leave you in a pile of small jaded pieces. Not because idealism doesn’t have a place, but because you dare to believe that something is a fact because you want it to be true. There is a time unto every purpose and you haven’t even a clue what that means. You think forgiveness has to come before repentance because you’ve never faced real grief. You think this somehow slows down what comes next?

Let’s start earlier, more basic. When you go to sleep tonight, the Internet is still on, and the people you think you’re trying to educate, are still smarter than you. They’re still making things while you think you’re so much better than them. They’re still not agreeing with you and what you say is no more a fact than it was when you think you figured it out.

Forgiveness is great, it is not the answer to every problem just like you should not use a Philips head screw driver to rip cut a straight line in a 2×4. There are other tools for that purpose.

            • merci says:

The only reason your here responding to my posts is because you don’t like the fact that I care for these criminals and want them to repent. It’s intolerable to you. You want everyone in the world to hate criminals and desire for them to suffer and you can’t take it when someone cares for them.

    30. merci says:

Max you don’t know what Love is. You can’t offer it to these victims. Joining up in hate, it won’t heal them. Only forgiveness can do that. The one thing that can help them, is trashed so much from people like you. How sad. It’s not just some tiny little hope that you would change your naive and false opinion that causes me to post, you need to know that not everyone will respond to these criminals the way you do here. You can’t tolerate that. You find some people who value unconditional Love and it just nags your conscious. It’s the only true Love there is, and sadly you don’t have it.

      • Jason says:

You must be young. Love is a hand on a damp wash cloth when the fever hit 105, and you’re on the way to the hospital when it hits 106. Love is 8 days shy of your 65th wedding anniversary, when the Alzheimer’s makes her brain stop working enough to keep her heart beating. Love is both sides of the adoption table and pen on the dotted lines of a marriage certificate. Love is hands held before a dance, a poem read before Chemotherapy, a funny text message at work, a tire changed by a random stranger, a word of advice or a healthy handshake at the right time or place.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.”
        –1 Corinthians 13:4

You don’t get to dictate love, when you so obviously have experienced so little of it. You don’t know Max. You haven’t bothered to read the few, but worthy words from the friends and families of victims who have been helped by his words and his efforts. They’re on here. It’d take you a few minutes to find them. It really would. Perhaps you should be patient enough to find it, kind enough to consider its possibility, less envious of its small successes, stop boasting when you have nothing to stand on, and set your own pride aside, before a lesson in love has to be learned at too great a price.

        • merci says:

You posted one of my favorite scriptures on here, but just about everyone on here has ignored Jesus counsel to Love their enemies. All those instances of Love that you mentioned would turn to hate (according to your philosophy) if they did something heinous. That’s not Love. True Love is unconditional. It’s your choice if you only want to follow part of the Bible and not all of it.

          • Jason says:

I don’t kidnap 6 year old girls and repay their parents for her virginity with a lamb. It’s in the bible, but I don’t do it.
To the Bible, you’re misquoting Christ, a fairly big no-no.

“But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
            Matthew 5:44

Read the rest of the chapter btw, there’s some great stuff in there specifically for you.

There is no light within you either. Depart.

            • merci says:

You’re the one that has no light. I knew that when you said you support baby killing. And you probably can’t stand that scripture deep down. You don’t wanna Love your enemies so you probably put some theological spin on it to make it mean something it doesn’t. Sure I need to read the Bible more, we all do. I can read it a thousand times and there will still be much more to learn and get out of it. But it will do no good if i reinterpret things to fit what I want to believe rather than what I should believe.

            • Jason says:

You don’t understand the simplest lesson of the Bible. Start small and get bigger. Explaining to a man bigger than another that killing him and taking what he had wasn’t right, was a fairly major leap in social evolution. Telling him that he should forgive small crimes after a short period of punishment was fairly hard. Getting him to forgive someone when a man kills his only son, is fairly close to impossible, even now.

As it stands, you think I want to make Abortions available on every street corner and want to wash my unclean body in placentas. Why? Because you can’t think clearly and can’t evolve past the simplest logic. We have to wait for people like you to die or learn to think for yourself before we can move on to the next stage, because you think you get it, but won’t bother to learn or put the actual portions of the knowledge into practice. You’re empty. You’re a glass with nothing in it. There’s nothing for you to teach anyone until you decide to fill yourself up and figure things out. Abortion was around for 6000 years, and you and people just like you picket and swear and some of you even blow up bombs, not realizing that you’re taking twenty steps back and not a single step forward. You don’t bother to think about where we need to go to solve the problem. You don’t want abortion? Well figure out a reason not to have it. Banning it did absolutely nothing to stop it!

You tired of people being angry at murderers? Ask why they’re angry and figure out what they’re trying to do.

This site has a simple, reasonable and functional purpose and you haven’t taken even a second to figure out what it’s for.

        • merci says:

If you truly value Love, then extend it to the people mentioned on this site. Forgive them as the Lord commands. If you truly believe in the Bible then you KNOW that forgiveness will help these people to repent.

          • Jason says:

You miss the point again, you’re so freaking close to it, but keep missing the point.

Why do we have prisons and a justice system instead of a mob swinging torches and killing the murderers and rapists?

What’s the purpose of a site to vent rage about hopefully rare events? What’s the purpose of telling each other stories about the crimes people do against one another? You can figure this out, it only takes about a 6th grade reading level and the ability to think 3 steps into the future. Why would you want a people to hate a crime as horrible as murder? How do you get them to that stage? Where does it go from there? What’s the current purpose being served here (under heaven)?

            • merci says:

I never said we shouldn’t hate the crime. We hate the crime, but not the criminal. This is a criminal hating site that is destroying the souls of those who vent their anger here.

            • Jason says:

You’re so close, take another step forward and it might just dawn on you.

How did you learn murder was wrong? I’ll give you a hint, you were told it occurred in the bible and the victim was Able.

      • Max The Cat says:

LOL – well I will let all those people who contacted us know that you said they’re all crazy. I’m sure that they’ll be thrilled to know that we were going about it all wrong, they shouldn’t have felt better because of our articles and comments, and only you know the way to truly relieve their suffering.

Yeah, you’re not an arrogant, self righteous, self-deluded hypocrite – not you Chris. rotflmao!

    31. merci says:

      I’m done here

      • Jason says:

Oh well… missed the chance to figure out that Able’s murder by Cain, which predated the Law of Moses, was the first murder. According to the Bible, Cain was never forgiven for his crime.

The steps Merci could have followed with were.

        * This site is a place to record and spread the news about the characteristics and nature of truly abhorrent crime.
        * The nature of these crimes is usually of the harder to forgive kind. The kind that should be addressed to children early on to A. Protect them from it and B. Warn them against the pathways to it
        * The anger and rage vented against these victims is verbal abuse. While damaging to the soul it’s better than a mob attacking the jails and dragging the rapists into the street and killing them in summary justice.
        * The evolution of justice is only a few steps more evolved than the Werguild of the Vikings. There needs to be more advances, but these advances occur slowly.
        * Biblical forgiveness is an acceptable concept, but even Christ’s forgiveness of the fellow thief crucified alongside him was postmortem. He was remembered to his father, not in life, but to death.
        * Universal forgiveness has an order of operations which requires repentance for sins for God to answer them. Given that without impetus to repent a sinner may be unaware of his sins and the truly insane often are, it seems reasonable that a crutch would be offered those who failed to understand their crimes.
        * Judging those who decry a crime before judging the criminal as hypocritical is in itself hypocritical.
        * merci, or the man using it, so obviously does not live a life considered.

      • Max The Cat says:

I hate to tell you this Chris, but you were done before you even started. Think the 7 deadly sins – the one that begins with the letter “P”. You should work on that…..

And don’t feel bad – you’re not the first person Jason has destroyed with his intelligence. He’s hands down the smartest guy on this website, with a heart nearly as big as his brain. It’s a tough combination that’s very, very hard to top. I have yet to see anyone even come close.

    32. merci says:

I’m tired of all the arguing. I only ask one thing before I’m on my way. I care for people, all people. And that includes criminals. Can you respect that? Or no?

      • Jason says:

I can respect it as long as it doesn’t step on anyone else.

Seriously Chris, you haven’t read enough of this Bible or this site to figure either out. You don’t know me from Adam, and you certainly don’t know enough to judge me. I know enough to know I don’t know enough and that people who claim to know more aren’t paying attention or are trying to sell me something. This site does good work, you just need to dig a little deeper (like say read the about page as the first step) and you’ll get it.

    33. Mulch says:

Good lord I turn my back to enjoy my weekend and this happens? Why didn’t I get the call? No one sent me a memo? I am not a happy camper. The bible thumper is gone and I didn’t get a chance to add my bullshit to the fire. Damn not cool! :-)

Loving your enemies? What a crock of horse piss! The book The Art of War was written long before Jesus was even a good idea wrote that the only true victory is when your enemies will never rise up again.

Just to let everyone know I do in fact believe. I am a Christian but in my own way. I don’t need a church nor do I need religion. I teach my daughter and we do in fact read the bible together. But I don’t need someone like the bible thumber to tell me I am going to hell simply because I see religion as a cancer that destroys the soul. My opinion nothing more.

      • vcbecky says:

Organized religion is a cancer. Organized Religion and Politics are the two portals to hell on Earth, imo.

Mulch, you’re not anti-religion. You don’t agree with organized religion because it is a corruption and a tool of oppression in so many cases. You’re one of a handful of real Christians that I know. If there were more Christians like you and Jason, I’d have nothing at all to complain about. ;)

    34. Budgiegirl says:

I’m with Mulch — turn my back for a minute and I miss all the fun! :-(

But damn it all to hell, I just *love* Max the Cat’s posts:
“Congratulations, you’re a one in a million asshole Chris. You’re a punchline, a fart in a quiet room, a pair of naked ass cheeks pressed up against a bus window. You started out trying to wow us with your new world sensibilities, but you ended up as cheap vaudeville shtick.”

What a hoot! And yes, this is one of the reasons I LOVE this site.

      Way to go Max!

    35. Budgiegirl says:

Just going through the comments and I can’t get over the trolls that schlep on by just to snipe and stir up shit. This site is full of committed and decent people who care and *sigh* unfortunately, there are lots and lots of shit-for-brains with an internet connection and a low-level IQ seeking to get their jollies by spewing crap.

I think that the reason so many of the people here are passionate is due to the fact that all of us, in one way or another, have either been victims or known victims of criminals and/or the *justice* system.

A fact that these fucktards cannot escape is that pedophiles are incurable. They never reform; they never change. A cop once said to me, a thief robs for a living; he can learn not to be a thief. A pedophile, well, that is what he IS.

In other words, these cretins live and breathe this shit and there is nothing that will change them. A lot of people say that castration works, but the truth is that it doesn’t. There is a European case of a pedophile who took castration as a way of getting out of prison and he was caught “raping” children with knives — his drive was more than biological. It goes back to the way their brains are wired and the fact that we desperately need some Javex in the gene pool.

      • stormy weathers says:

That’s a bit of a grim prognosis to be honest……I believe in redemption and rehabilitation and maybe the fuckers will always have those urges but believe that they can be taught to keep them in check

        • vcbecky says:

Stormy I truly, sincerely wish I could agree with you. Unfortunately, the only way to truly test if someone is capable of keeping their urges in check is to release them into society and see. I, among many others, am not willing to throw innocent lives in harms way to see if a criminal is capable of playing nice. It’s not worth the further loss. “Uh oh, he raped another one, I guess we were wrong!” isn’t worth it.

We all have urges. In your deepest mind, that caveman place that reacts unmindful of consequence, do you not have the occasional slight urge to smack some bozo across the face just for being a bozo? Why don’t you? Because you have the same filter any human does.

Once that filter is gone, if it was ever there to begin with, how do you put it back? And once you’re told it’s back, how do you know? Considering all of the normal humans in this world, is it worth our time and resources to attempt to rehabilitate these broken people when they are willing to tell you anything to be let out into society again?

If god wants to forgive, let him. In some cases, let him do it face-to-face. I am just a flawed human being. There are many things I simply cannot forgive.
